3RD PERSONS VIEW

"I think I'm gonna puke-" Hendery whispered onto Lucas as they walked side by side each other with him clinging onto the taller male. His face contorted in disgust, looking away at the sound of the frogs croaking. "I'm gonna faint!" He whined, tugging onto Xiaojun's shirt repeatedly.

"You're not alone." Lucas murmured, nose scrunched and lips pressed together to suppress the urge to scream. Yangyang looked over at Hendery who had his eyes shut tight and with a scowl on his face, he walked over to the older, "You want a piggyback ride?"

Hendery immediately clung onto Yangyang at the offer, "Just get me the fuck away from those frogs!"

"Language!" Renjun shot at them but still held a worried glance. He looked over his shoulder, checking Chenle who walked beside Jisung and Minjun.

"Hendery has a phobia of frogs?" Minjun cocked a brow up, concern flashing in her eyes as she watched Yangyang walk further ahead, trying to avoid the frogs as soon as possible. Chenle nodded his head in return.

"You? Anything you're afraid of?" Chenle pointed at Jisung who hummed profusely, tapping his forefinger onto his chin as a little gesture.

"I'm afraid of...a lot of things." Jisung shrugged with a sheepish grin plastered on his face.

"Yeah, no shit." Donghyuck chuckled, agreeing towards Jisung's sentence.

Minjun reached out to pinch Jisung's cheeks, the boy only smiled upon it, allowing her to squish his cheeks. Mark placed a hand on her shoulder, causing her to stop pinching the younger's cheeks and turn to the male almost suddenly. "Can I borrow Min for a bit, kids?"

"Hey! We're not kids!" Jisung retorted and Donghyuck scoffed, "Nah, you two are Mark's kids alright." He then latches an arm around the younger, a smug grin on his face, "Now, how about—"

Minjun wasn't able to hear the rest of Donghyuck's sentence as Mark had already pulled her away from them, dragging her back a little further. "What's wrong—"

"How's it going for you and Jaemin?" The girl widely perplexed at his question, brows knitting together and lips being sealed quickly. It was very obvious that the two weren't in speaking terms, and Mark knew the main reason why. Noticing the lack of conversation between the two, he had approached the girl regarding why they haven't been bickering like usual, and so she told him.

An awkward laugh escaping her lips after a couple of seconds of silence, her hand reached back to rub her nape slowly, refusing to make eye contact with Mark. "Okay? I guess." She yanked her shoulder from Mark's grasp. "Look, I don't really want to talk about that shi—"

"You're sharing a tent with him."

His words came out fast and sudden that Minjun couldn't even tell if she heard it right or wrong. Praying that she heard it wrong, she chuckled shortly, "I'm sorry, what?"

Mark sighed deeply, brushing back his hair with his fingers before smiling apologetically at the girl. "I tried to tell them to change the groups so that you're with me but Hyung said it'll be a perfect chance for you two to talk about it." He then notices the sullen look that washed over her face and lightly panicked. "But, we don't have to follow it! You and Donghyuck could just switch tents and—"

"It's okay, Mark. I mean, they are right, it would be the perfect chance to sort things out."

Mark raised a brow, "Are you sure?"

Minjun nodded, truthfully speaking, "Yeah, don't worry about it, I'm sure I'll think of something."

Mark hummed and patted her shoulder gently, "Well, if you really can't stand each other, I can switch tents with you, okay?"

"You worry too much, Mark." She chuckled and Mark only rolled his eyes jokingly before a voice called out for their attention.

"MinMin-Hyungs!" The two perplexed at Jisung's nickname, not quite getting his point. Jisung deadpanned at their questioning looks, "It's like Minjun and then Minhyung and you both are my hyungs and like you're together sooooo, it's yeah MinMin-hyungs."

"I think they get it," Chenle whispered onto Jisung's ear.

Jisung whispered back, "You never know, they're oldies after all."

"Hey! I'm just a year older!" Minjun complained whilst Mark had his mouth agape, "And I'm only two years older!"

Jisung flinched, "Omg, they heard us."

"No shit." Minjun huffed as Mark glared at her.

"Language."

"Korean..." she mumbled before shrugging her shoulders, "Anyways, what's up? Is there something wrong, Jisung?"

"I heard we're tent buddies! Along with Jaemin-hyung that is." He smiled, glancing over at the other blue-haired teenager who happened to be engaging in a conversation with Jeno.

"Really now, huh?" A smile raced up her lips upon noticing the younger boy's enthusiastic approach and decided to shove away all the problems she had with Jaemin, after all, she did want Jisung to enjoy this little camp activity they were going to have.

When they have found a perfect place to camp out, they began setting up their tents. And because Cabin Seven won, the counselors gave them comfortable sleeping bags and additional food, though they still have to accomplish the tasks given to them which was looking for the hidden crates of food on their first night.

"We'll go look for the hidden crates, who's coming with us?" Renjun questioned the rest. The two cabins decided to build a campsite near each other and promised to help each other as there were no rules regarding it.

Minjun sat next to Hendery on the giant log as they waited for the other boys to finish the tents. "Hey, you feeling good?"

Hendery rose his gaze up from the ground and lazily turned towards her. With a scowl on his face, he sneered, "I feel sick, to be honest. I hate frogs so much."

"I'm pretty sure there aren't any more frogs here, and if there is, I'd do my best and lead them far away from you."

"You would do that?" He mumbled, eyebrows rising.

She nodded, "Well yeah, of course, I would."

"Thanks..." Hendery murmured, feeling glad that he had friends like them to help him with his phobia of frogs. "It's just- they're so gross and- you know, I don't even want to talk about it."

"Hey, we can talk about something else, okay? I don't want you to force yourself into talking about something you're uncomfortable with." Minjun said and Hendery smiled at her though his face was still embittered and quite frightened. "Thank you, really."

Yangyang walked over to the two, "Minjun! Do you want to come with us?" He jabbed his thumb towards Xiaojun, Renjun, and Lucas who were all seemed to be patiently waiting.

"Where to?"

"The woods, you know, looking for hidden crates of food."

Minjun nodded slowly, "Yeah, I'll go." She agrees, rising to her feet before peering down at Hendery, "How 'bout you?"

"I'll stay here, I feel a bit safer."

Yangyang pointed over at the tents, "The others have finished setting up the tents, maybe go rest for a while?"

"Yeah...I'll go do that."

"Yo, be careful alright?" Mark stated sternly, eyeing at Minjun who rolled her eyes playfully. "Yes, mom."

Mark gasped dramatically and reached out to pinch her cheeks. "I'm serious, Minjun. I don't want anything bad to happen to y'all, especially you." He pointed out before pushing her towards the others.

"We'll be back before sunset!" Lucas exclaimed and waved goodbye to the others.

Minjun walked beside Xiaojun, indulging herself in his sweet voice as he sang with Renjun throughout their journey.

"So, Minjun? Are you afraid of anything? Like, something here in the wilderness? So that me, your now personal bodyguard, the amazing Lucas, will know what to protect you from." Lucas grinned widely, almost towering over her.

"I can't think of anything, but I kinda don't like the sound of thunder."

"Oh no, but I'm the god of thunder! Did you know I dressed up as Thor for Halloween?" Lucas laughed out loud and the boys, except for Yangyang, chuckled, remembering that scenario in their head very well. Yangyang hummed, "Thor, huh? Ever thought of dressing up as Voldemort?"

"I'd dress up as myself for the Halloween." Renjun quipped and that made them look at him in confusion. He smiled smugly, "I mean, I'm Huang Renjun, who wouldn't want to be me?"

Minjun judged him with her look and he scoffed, "Hey! Don't give me that look!"

"Alternative to dressing up as yourself is...dressing up as sinner you mean?" Yangyang joked, smiling sheepishly at Renjun. "I think it'd be perfect for you to dress up as an annoying orange, hmm?" Renjun retorted making Yangyang roll his eyes.

"Let's dress up as crewmates and have Minjun as the impostor then let's vote her out?" Xiaojun suggested making Minjun laugh sarcastically. "Ha-ha. But honestly? Let's actually do that."

"I can't believe we're planning Halloween costumes in summer."

"You think I'd survive this whole camp without others knowing I'm a girl?" Minjun asked the boys and they all turned to her.

"Well, you got us, so yeah, hopefully." Renjun nodded, shrugging his shoulders afterward.

"You've got bodyguard Lucas so a big Y-E-S you will survive."

"Okay then, Sushi."

"Call me Lucas."

"Sushi."

"No, no, Minjun, say Lu-cas."

"Su-shi."

Lucas sighed and waved his hands. "You know, it's pronounced Xu-xi." He emphasized the correct intonations. "It's Xuxi- not sushi. Get it wrong one more time, you'll have to treat me actual sushi."

Minjun shrugged her shoulders, "But Sushi is cute though unless you want to be called Sushit."

Lucas sighed, giving in to her antics, "Then...I'll be the... the seaweed wrap to hold you together?" He blinked a couple of times, the silence growing in the atmosphere. At the lack of response, the latter laughed awkwardly, "You know, let's just- just go find the hidden crates."

"Agreed."

"But that- that was a bit cute...? Wasn't it?"

"No."
