After school

"Alright class, have a good weekend and don't forget to finish that homework!" The teacher reminded the class just as the final bell rang, signally the end of the school day, and heck, the school week. Phil couldn't wait to just relax and unwind over the weekend, and, as always, leaving all the homework he had for Sunday night. (Or Monday morning, whatever.) But first, he had to find Dan. After the 'talk' things seemed to have gone back to normal(ish). As he got out of class, he spotted Dan a little ways down the hall putting stuff away in his locker.

"Hey Dan!" Phil called as he tried his best to shove past the throng of students, only succeeding about half the time. By the time he got to Dans locker, he was utterly out of breath and was almost swept back down the hall by Tyler who started to pull him away by the backpack. After he had swatted Tyler's hand off, he faced a highly amused Dan.

"So, I was wondering, do you want to like come over to my house and hangout? Probably watch a movie, maybe you could sleep over?" Phil asked, to which Dan promptly smiled.

"Sure!" Dan grinned. "Should we head over to your house now?"

Phil nodded. "I don't see why not. Just let me make a stop at my locker and then we can go." He told him as he pivoted on his heel and walked down the hall, while Dan hurried to catch up.

After a quick stop off at his locker, Phil, and Dan in tow, quickly left the school building and headed for Phils house. When they were about halfway there, Dan suddenly stopped, a realization hitting him.

"Phil!" He called, forcing said person to stop and turn around, not even noticing that Dan wasn't beside him anymore.

"Yeah?" Phil asked, a tad confused why his friend was just standing in the middle of the sidewalk.

"I completely forgot! I need to stop by at my house to grab clothes and stuff for tomorrow if I'm staying over." Dan reminded him.

Phil mentally face palmed. Of course! He knew he was forgetting something. "Right, duh! I'll just go with you then, we can walk over to mine afterwards. Lead the way."

Dan grinned. "Sounds good. Follow me!"
