Night One

"~Hello? Hello, hello? Uhh, I wanted to record a message for you, so you can get settled in on your first night.~"

Corrin sighed. This was gonna be a long night, since nobody was going to come out until, like, 2-3 AM, latest 4. She was going to be bored for more than half of the night, but she thought it was entertaining listening to the Phone Guy.

"~Um, I actually worked in that office before you. I'm finishing up my last week now, as a matter of fact. So, I know it can be a bit overwhelming, but I'm here to tell you there's nothing to worry about.~" Corrin shook her head.

"There's nothing to worry about!" Corrin mocked. "Yeah, sure.." She looked down on her lap, seeing a black tablet there. Picking it up, she pressed the power button and the cameras came on.

The lights were off, but luckily the cameras had night vision. Through the camera, Corrin could see three animatronics. One in the middle was a blue-eyed brown bear, with a hat and bow tie, and it was holding a microphone. The one on the left was a red-eyed blueish-purple like bunny, wearing a red bow tie and holding a red guitar. The last one on the right was a purple-eyed yellow chicken, wearing a white bib that said "Let's Eat!" She was holding a small yellow eyed birthday cupcake, which had pink "icing" and a small candle on top.

"Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie the Bunny, Chica the Chicken." Corrin snickered. "Freddy Fatbear...I'm totally going to die from him."

"~ Uh, you'll do fine. So, let's just focus on getting you through your first week. Okay? Uh, let's see, first there's an introductory greeting from the company that I'm supposed to read. Uh, it's kind of a legal thing, you know?

Um, 'Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. A magical place for kids and grown-ups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life. Fazbear Entertainment is not responsible for damage to property or person. Upon discovering that damage or death has occurred, a missing person report will be filed within 90 days, or as soon property and premises have been thoroughly cleaned and bleached, and the carpets have been replaced.'~"

Corrin felt a shiver go up and down her spine. She never felt this way when she watched YouTubers play. Or maybe it was because she was actually SUCKED into the game and can't get out for whatever reason. She never really thought about what would happen if the game was REAL and if she couldn't get to the buttons in time.

"~ Blah blah blah, now that might sound bad, I know, but there's really nothing to worry about. Uh, the animatronic characters here do get a bit quirky at night, but do I blame them? No. If I were forced to sing those same stupid songs for twenty years and I never got a bath? I'd probably be a bit irritable at night too.

So, remember, these characters hold a special place in the hearts of children and we need to show them a little respect, right? Okay.~"

"I'm questioning why anyone would want a job like this; it's like working at Chuck E. Cheese!!"

It just turned to 1 AM. Nobody moved yet. Ignoring some of the rambling the phone guy was saying, Corrin looked through other cameras, one of them saying Pirates Cove. It was a small stage that had a closed purple curtain. On the front of the stage it said Out of Order.

Flipping through the cameras, she saw the bathrooms, dining area, left hallway, right hallway, the corners where the animatronics would be standing at, supply closet, backstage, even that one camera that doesn't work, but it's obviously the kitchen.

"~So, you could imagine how having your head forcefully pressed inside one of those could cause a bit of discomfort...and death.~"

"WHAT THE-?!"

"~Uh, the only parts of you that would likely see the light of day again would be your eyeballs and teeth when they pop out the front of the mask, heh.~"

"I've seen the Game Over screen, buddy. I'm not looking for the same fate."

"~ Y-Yeah, they don't tell you these things when you sign up. But hey, first day should be a breeze. I'll chat with you tomorrow. Uh, check those cameras, and remember to close the doors only if absolutely necessary. Gotta conserve power. Alright, good night.~"

Corrin shivered and glanced at the time. He was talking for TWO HOURS?! "No wonder people were able to mute his calls! He's a BLABBERMOUTH!"

She checked the cameras again. Everyone was still in place. That was, until the camera started to glitch out. As soon as it came back on, Bonnie was gone.

"Come ON, Bonnie! It's the first night, give both me AND yourself a break!" Corrin growled. She checked the rest of the cameras and found him in the backstage room.

"I'm just going to check the doors for now. Don't want to waste power on something unnecessary.."

Another two hours past. Once Corrin got bored enough to check the cameras again, Bonnie was finally at the corner.

"Alright, Bonnie, leave!" Corrin demanded. "I'm not dealing with you! It's already 4 AM!" Bonnie either couldn't hear her, or he just doesn't care. Once she pressed the white button, Bonnie was leaning over her, his eyes glowing slightly from the brightness. The look he had did NOT look very friendly.

Corrin screamed and immediately slapped the red button. Metal doors from the top of the door slammed down to the floor, protecting her from the "kid-friendly" animatronic.

Another hour past. 5 AM. Bonnie was STILL at the door and it made Corrin very frustrated. She checked the cameras once more, and the rest were still in their spots, luckily. Putting the tablet on the floor, Corrin stepped over to press the light button again, making sure Bonnie left. His shadow from the window wasn't there anymore, so she pressed the door button and the metal pushed itself back to it's earlier position.

Just then, a clock was heard. A grandfather clock. Like in the game, the setting darkened to blackness, and Corrin could only see the 5 downward into a 6, saying 6 AM. She cheered happily. She can finally get out of this place!

The same bright light covered her vision, and...

WE GET TO A CLIFFHANGER!! Golly, I'm such a nice person, right?

...

Since when did anyone say 'golly' anymore? Mickey Mouse doesn't count...ANYWAYS! I hope you liked the second chapter! Maybe you can relate to how Corrin is feeling or something. Not trying to sound like an LA teacher...;-;

Hope you all enjoyed this part!
