Mahir's POV

I asked her so many times to get an alternative of injection but no she didn't listen !

  I don't know why I was answering her questions.

 I am not this. I should not give a damn to her questions as I do with everyone and should move out but I am not able to. I don't know why!!!

Moreover what would she think about me, that I am afraid of a mere injection.

 Mahir what are you saying. Why the hell do you care what she thinks about you. The world thinks so much about you but you never cared so why a girl's thinking about you is bothering you so much.

"Mr.Maheshwari we're here." I was brought out from the thoughts by Surbhi.

 It feels good to pronounce Surbhi. She again called me that.

"You said that again" I said

"Err...sorry. Mr. Mahir" she replied and we went inside.

"Oh you came Mahir." Said mom and I nodded

"Mom she's Surbhi.. I mean Dr.Surbhi. She's going to check di regularly till she get fully recovered" I told and mom and di nodded.

"Good after noon everyone" she wished in an enthusiastic tone while Mom and di wished her in return.

"How are you feeling now Mrs. Divya " asked Surbhi

"Better than before and you can call me Divya or di ! Don't make me feel as if I'm in a business meeting" replied di and she chuckled nodding!

"Okay. Let me check your vitals"said Surbhi and did the needed.

No doubt she was best in her field and as Dr. Uncle said caring and friendly.

She attracted everyone towards her by her gentle and soft nature. No doubt in just few hours I've known this much about her. I excused the ladies and was about to go away when baby started crying. I was going to pick her from the cradle but before I could go Surbhi went near the cradle and picked her up.

She cooed her and soon she stopped crying.

See told you this girl attracts everyone!!

I was very hungry since I didn't have my breakfast too so I excused myself going out.

But before I could enter life, my phone rang and I picked it up.

"Hey Aanand" I spoke

"Congratulations dear uncle" he chirped

"Thankyou Aanand." I replied

"Hey Bro!!. Congrats buddy" A female voice came.

" Thankyou Priya. By the way you have so much freaking time to spend with this jerk. Better go to the hotel chef!! " I smirked

"Shut up Mahir " she muttered

 I, Aanand and Priya were childhood buddies and soon these two childhood buddies fell in love.
Ughh. I am happy for both of them. Really happy....May be love might exist for them.

But for me True Love doesn't exist.

"Ohh hello. Are you even on the call" Aanand freaked

"Yeah yeah idiot" I said

"So how's di " priya asked

"She's better then before. But have to be in the hospital for some more days" I told

" Oh okay. Great .Then we are coming tomorrow morning to see her and something is there to tell you" Priya said excited

"What is it Priya" I asked

"That we'll tell you tomorrow only. Till then Byyeee" she laughed  and cut the phone.

Priya has become a complete jerk with this idiot. But they both are happy and it's more important. Not everyone in this world has a reason to live happy all the time .

I sighed and headed towards the lift when I heard her once again.

"Yeah Anjali. What happened" Surbhi asked her friend from morning.

" Surbhi come let's move to canteen. I am hungry like hulk." She said and Surbhi laughed

" No, No you go. I've to check 2-3 more patients. And I am not that much hungry." She replied

"Surbhi are you freaking idiot. You haven't even had breakfast in the morning" Anjali scolded

"Anjali. I really don't want to eat. You go" Surbhi replied

Is she mad or what. She didn't have anything from morning and was denying to eat.

"I am not going without you. Just come with me" said Anjali

"I said you go. I have three more patients then I'll eat. Okay. And you rush because you also have patients to see after that." Surbhi reminded Anjali.

" Yeah. That's true. But you should've come" said Anjali

"You go. I'll eat once I finish checking on patients" Surbhi told Anjali while she nodded going away.

She's a complete idiot but she's a packet full of energy. But than also she should eat.

Shall I say her. Yes. No.

What I'll say her.

Go and have your lunch.

No Mahir She'll have herself . 

Thinking this I went towards the food court!

"What would you like to have sir" the waiter asked

"I'll have....nothing" I blurted

"What" he said confusing

"I don't want to have anything. I'll order my self when I'll feel like. So just go" I told in a bit irritated tone.

I came here for eating then why I don't feel like eating.

I huffed and went upstairs to di. Mom went home due to some work. Dad and Raj jiju( brother in law) are on the way to come here. I went to 4th floor again and it was 4 pm.

Surbhi came from di's room and was on phone I guess. She would've had her food till now.

I was going inside when I again heard her on phone. I know its bad to listen to someone's private calls but I couldn't resist myself and she spoke so loud that anyone can hear it.

I smiled again thinking this.

Am I not a smiling bit more then needed, today.

Mahir now you are behaving like a complete jerk.
