Surbhi's POV

What the hell was he saying. Is he mad. I was here dying to see him. I was dying to live a life with him and here he's saying go back to India and he's going to live with this bitch. How can he??

Is he doing this all in any pressure. Did she say him anything?But then also how can he do like this. He told me he'll never run away from any problem.

 What's he doing.. running away like this. Can't we both stand to gather and fight this.

 He said whatever that girl said is true. Does it mean he... he don't love me. He loves that Jennifer. He's leaving me. He's telling me to go back without him.

And what he thinks. I'll go.!!

I don't know what happened to me and I just slapped him.

"How the hell did you slap him" snapped that Jennifer

"Shut up. Okay. Just shut up. Don't you speak in between when I'm talking to him" I shouted

"Bitch. Stop. Okay. Don't you dare talk to me like this" she said

"So..what..what you'll do. Want to kill me...want to do anything to me then do. The hell I care now. When this person has stopped caring for me I don't think I'll be caring for anything else now. So do whatever you want to do" I shouted and she looked baffled at me.

The hell I care for living now.

"Surbhi. Don't do anything like this. I'm telling you to go back to India then just go" Said Mahir.

"Don't. Don't even try to say me anything or order me. I'm not your slave. I thought You love me...Actually you made me believe that you love me...Is this all fake Mahir. The love you showed me... Or the love I saw in your eyes...was this all fake. " I asked him.

Well!! Honestly till now somewhere my heart is not at buying this all because His eyes are reflecting the same love which it always reflects. But today my mind is overpowering my heart..but somewhere I want my heart to win.

"Surbhi. I don't want to answer any of your questions. It's better for you if you keep quiet and go home. Everyone's waiting for you there" he said and my anger rose more.

"Home. And what will I say them. What will I tell everyone that the great Mahir Maheshwari ditched me just 10 days before marriage for this girl. You made my life hell by leaving me. You made my life loveless forever. You... you made me a lifeless body" I shouted as tears flowed through my eyes!

He was coming towards me but he stopped. Why!!!

"Surbhi listen... " he said shifting back but I cut him off

" Listen my foot!!! How could you do this. How. You know you're worth more slaps. Much more. " I shouted and he....did he smile right now!!

No it's just my imagination. I'll break his face if he smiles again !!!

"Find someone else girl. He's not coming back to you so let your feelings die for him" said that bitch again and I laughed bitterly

"I should kill my feelings. Really!! I can never loose this feeling.. I can't even find someone better because I thought I got the best one..you've cheated on me Mahir.. But I can never cheat on you. And now since I know, you'll never come back It hurts me more..it eats me from inside to see you with someone else in front of my eyes..Be happy...And don't worry I'll be very happy. Yes that's different that my happiness resided in someone else..my hands loved someone else hand's touch...my laughter started with someone's smile..but It's okay. I'll live. You know when this girl says na that you're going to marry her..it kills me. You've killed love Mahir..but still I don't know my heart's not ready to believe that you've done this!! You know I've never told anyone about this.. Not even you that  I've built a whole damn home of your memories in my heart!!
You know I love everything in you and that's the problem with me. I know I'll be loving you forever even if you're going away from me. Your smile.. Your laughter.. Your anger..your voice.. Your words..your arms.... Your eyes and Your soul. Everything... But what's just Killing me right now is this.. your silence " I accused pointing my finger at him.

He didn't say anything. Damn you!!!!

That's the problem. Mahir is not saying anything clearly and straight forward by his Mouth and my heart is not ready to believe anything and this is frustrating me more and more. This is making my anger rise much more.

"Now will you say anything. Do you have answer for any of these. " I asked and he was about to say when I cut him off.

" No wait. What you'll say. You've nothing to say " I said and he smiled.

How dare he smile at me after all this.

" Is this a comedy for you.. You're laughing. Don't you dare Mahir Maheshwari. If I can sue anyone for you.. I can sue you too. And you.. You once said me that you're hopeless. Yes you're hopeless!!! You said you won't run away. You are running away. Running away from your promises. Running away from problems.. Running away from everything. " I shouted

" Is this melodrama necessary right now" said that Jennifer in between and I looked at her.

"This wouldn't have ever happened if you won't have come in our lives" I said

"You came in our lives not me" she shouted.

Who the hell cares about this.

"You know I thought that I've fallen for someone who loves me, who wants me.. Who'll always wait for me.. Who'll understand me.. Who'll miss me.. Who'll want to be with me. But why you're not waiting for me... Why Mahir. Why you're not understanding me. Why you don't want to be with me. Why. Do you have even a single answer " I shouted

" Surbhi. I don't find it necessary to answer these questions right now. Just do as I said. " He said again.

The nerves or this man.

" Damn you. Listen you Mahir Maheshwari. You may be this rude for the world but.. For me you're just a normal person. So show this attitude of yours to anyone else. Understand. I'm not standing here to plead you. I'll never. And you don't take this tension of me going to India. It's my life. I'll decide what I'll do and not. You're no one to tell me. I'll not go to India. What you'll do then. I'll live here in England only. You just go with this Jennifer and enjoy your life okay. And one more thing don't try to smile again here in front of me. I'll break these whitened teeth of yours " I shouted

" And make me 60s again" He said looking at me.

He was looking constantly at me.

"What huh. What. What are looking at me. You'll shout on me. Shout. The least I care. I thought I'm lucky girl to get a perfect love story. But see here. My love story is ending in a so good way. Wow. My love story is ending with My fiancé going to someone else. What more I want right. " I chuckled bitterly

" Is it necessary for you to taunt me. Can't you just keep quiet and go back to India. " He said irritated now

" Shut up Mahir Maheshwari. My Life My Decisions. I'll decide where I'll go. Not you" I shouted and I looked at him.

He was frequently looking at the door. Is he waiting for those monsters to even come inside.!!!

"You shut up. You've started since so long and not understanding anything. Why are you so stubborn. Why don't you listen to anyone " He shouted and I chuckled humorlessly. 

" I don't listen. Fine. I don't because I don't want to. I'm stubborn and that's none of your business now. " I shouted and threw the glass near me on the floor.

" Damn girl. What're you doing " said Jennifer

" Surbhi. Are you mad. You're throwing glass like this. What if it hurt you " He shouted

" Hurt. I'm already hurt. What this pieces of glass will hurt me" I snivelled

"Okay cut off your melodrama. Mahir let's go" said that girl and Mahir looked at me.

Why am I finding the same love in his eyes even now. Is this what he's showing or what I'm seeing.

"Surbhi. Go please " He said and this time he was damn serious and he literally meant it.

" You go. Leave me as I'm Mahir. You go" I whispered and a tear escaped my Eye and I looked at my back.

I can't cry infront of him to tell him that I'm weak.

 I wiped my tears and looked forward.

"I always take away what fascinates me. I can do anything for what I want " said that Jennifer.

She grabbed my Mahir's.. Sorry Mahir's hand and was about to go out when there came sounds of gun shots.

" What the hell " said Jennifer moving out and I looked at Mahir.

What's this all going on.

There were some ten to fifteen sounds of gunshots and I was so frightened by this that I even didn't came to know that I'm hugging the person , I was fighting minutes before. I tightly closed my eyes. And those two arms hugged me protectively as they always did. I'm not able to understand anything what's going on.

Soon inside there came Police who were holding two men. Those two men which behaved badly with me... followed by Lady police who were holding that Jennifer... And... Aanand.

"Aanand..." I whispered

"Surbhi you okay" He asked and I nodded.

 I was not understanding what's happening.

"Plan successful Mr. Maheshwari. Those gun men are dead and The culprits are in our hands. " said Police.

" Plan... " I asked looking at Mahir.

" Yes my Lioness plan. Plan to rescue you" said Mahir

"I.. I don't understand... " I was saying when Aanand cut me off.

" I'll tell you in detail" said Aanand and I nodded

He told me everything while Mahir was looking at me smiling and smirking .

Surbhi. Don't you think you've said much more then you should've !!!

MAHIR'S POV

She was looking at me with the surprised face I've ever seen.

"This James Bond of yours is very clever and you bitch much more clever then you think. " said Aanand looking at Jennifer and continued saying.

" He knew that Jennifer will ask something which he cannot afford to loose. So he made a plan that I'll be waiting for him in car with police. He had a microchip inserted in his wrist by which I was able to track his location and actually he was right. This obsessed girl wanted Mahir in place of which she would've let you go safely. I traced his location once he was here and police shot down ten man outside and caught these two and this trash" said Aanand

"You cheated me. You cheated me Mahir maheshwari " shouted Jennifer.

"I cheated you. Shut up Jennifer. Just shut your hell mouth. You cheated everyone of us. You kidnapped Surbhi. You cheated your dad. But wait..I'm not surprised. What more can even I expect from you " I shouted.

What does she think. I was silent till now ,just for Surbhi's safety.. otherwise I would've killed her right now.

"You'll not go to that girl again. You're mine Mahir. I won't let you go" Jennifer shouted

"You know what Jennifer. I was never yours. And I don't have to go back to Surbhi.. because I never moved on from her..and I'll never ever think of doing so" I said very angrily and then I looked at Surbhi and a tear escaped her eye.

 I know my love and I know what she wanted right then. Keeping my all anger for Jennifer aside , I opened my arms and she hugged me tightly and cried.

Cried her all heart out once again.

"Hey..love..sush...see everything is fine. You're fine. We all are fine. Nothing happened. Don't cry" I said stopping her from crying but I don't know how and when my eyes also started shedding it's unshed tears.

My love was back in my arms forever. What more would've I wanted.

"I'm sorry Mahir" she sobbed

"Hey..it's okay baby. Aanand call papa right now and say him that we've found Surbhi and she's safe with us" I said to Aanand and he nodded going outside and I hugged her more tightly when she winced.

"Surbhi what happened " I asked

"No...nothing" she said

"What happened Love" I asked again

"Sprained  leg" She said and I looked at Jennifer more angrily

"You bitch..." I shouted
"No..Mahir..no" shouted Surbhi grabbing my hand...when I again realized that I was right that time when I saw her sleeve.

 My anger rose on it's peak when I realized that her cheek was red having finger marks.

I took out my blazer and made her wear that.

I carrassed her cheek and she winced in pain again

" Who Did That" I asked dead serious and her eyes brimmed  tears again but this time I stopped her.

"Not your Mistake. Who did that " I asked again and she directed her hand towards one of the man who was caught by police alive.

I went to him and held his collar.

"How Dare You. " I shouted on my peak and that man frightened

"How the hell you dare touch her. You fucking rascal. I'll kill you moron. I'll kill you. I'll burn you alive" I yelled punching on his nose.

"Mr.Maheshwari what are you doing. Leave him " Said the cop

"Leave him. I'll kill him. I'll bury him deep inside the earth. How dare he put his hand on a girl without her permission.  I'll kill you" I fumed punching him more

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry sir. Please leave me" said that man

"Leave you. You bastard. I'll leave you after killing" I shouted.

"Mahir. What are you doing. Stop it. He'll die. Stop Mahir" Surbhi yelled 

"How could I. I promised you that I'll always protect you from all the evils. I'll be with you in your bad times. I'll protect your self respect. But damn it! I couldn't. " I said wiping my tears.

"And you!! You know I'll sue you all for making her cry. I'll make you cry for your whole life! " I shouted and Surbhi looked at that man.

"Didn't I tell you that he said me, my each and every tear is so precious that he'll sue those who made me cry" said Surbhi coming to that man and he joined his hands.

"I'm sorry madam. Please. Leave me" he cried

"Leave you. Never. You know she has a  big heart that she'll leave you but I don't have that heart. " I yelled punching him more

"Mr.Maheshwari you're taking law in your hands" said the cop

"So what should I do. Leave him. I'll not " I shouted at my peak and kicked that bastard

"Mahir no. Please stop. Stop. For me. Please " said Surbhi hugging me.

My anger calmed down slowly. Slowly my heartbeat came to it's normal rate. I shut my eyes and hugged her tightly but carefully.

"They should not come out of the jail." I warned to the cop and he nodded.

"Take this bitch away from here and remember she should also not come out the jail" I commanded and the cop nodded.

"I'm sorry. I said you so much. I said you what I would've never said . I don't know how I spoke all this. I'm very bad. My anger is very bad. I don't know how those words came out of my mouth. I'm sorry. I... I'm very bad" she said crying

"Hey.. love. Don't. You don't have to be sorry. In fact I must say thankyou to you. If you wouldn't have said all this Aanand wouldn't have got time to come here. So indirectly you yourself saved you" I told and she denied

"You saved me. You gave me a new life. If it wouldn't be you then I would've rot here." She said

"No Surbhi. I'm sorry. It's just due to me you faced all this. If I wouldn't have been in your life then you would've never faced this" I sighed and she shushed me

"Who said you all this. It's all wrong. You didn't decide to come in my life. I came in your life and I decided it so early that if I'm facing happiness with you then I'll face each and every problem with you." She said

"That's you my girl. Different from the whole world. Well my lioness you really frightened me for once. I mean how much you shouted on me. I really gave you a perfect name. Lioness" I teased and she smiled.

I was going to hug her again but suddenly she was pushed away from me.

"Mahir..." She shrieked

" I'll kill you. I'll kill everyone of you. And Mahir I'll kill her first. Then what you'll do" said that Jennifer.

How she escaped police.

She pulled Surbhi towards her and put the gun on her forehead.

"Jennifer. Leave Surbhi" I stated

"Don't.. Don't come near. I'm saying I'll shoot her" she warned

She's such a mental girl!!

"How she took gun from you. Where were you looking" I shouted on that cop

"We're sorry sir. Jennifer leave her or I'll shoot you" Warned police to her and she laughed.

"Kill me. I don't care. But before that I'll kill you all. All of you" said Jennifer

"Jennifer leave her please leave her." I cried

"Mahir. She'll not do anything. She's a coward" said Surbhi

"What you said. I'll kill you" shouted Jennifer

"No..Jennifer you'll not do anything. Please" I pleaded

"No I'll not. I can't leave without you and I can't see anyone else with you. So isn't it better we all die" Said Jennifer.

Is she mad or what!! I can't loose Surbhi again.

I don't know what happened to her she pushed Surbhi away and put her gun on my forehead.

"Jennifer. What are you doing leave Mahir" shouted Surbhi

"Oh God. Mahir. Jennifer what are you doing " said Aanand coming from entrance

"Don't. Don't come near. I'll kill him. And Mahir what you'll do by living without me. Come let's both of us die!!" She like a physco spoke to me.

I closed my eyes. She's very mad. She can do anything.

"You bloody fucking bitch. How dare you point gun on my Mahir" shouted Surbhi on her peak and came in front and slapped Jennifer very hard. So hard that even my goose bumps rose.

Is she my Surbhi !! I mean for the first time she had used such language from her mouth and slapping anyone like this was totally beyond her ethics.

I looked at Aanand whose mouth was hung open and even the cops were looking at her in surprise.

"How did you even dare to keep that gun on Mahir's head. I'll kill you fucking damn it!!" Shouted Surbhi and slapped her once more.

"Surbhi... Surbhi stop. She's a girl" I said stopping her

"So what.If she's a girl she'll do anything!! How the hell did she point gun at you. I was quiet till now till she was saying anything to me or doing anything to me but I'll not spare her for this. Is this love what you say Jennifer ? Killing someone just because you couldn't get him. That's life Jennifer... not a game. And he's my life damn it. Not a toy in your game of life. Are you even in your senses that what you were going to do. I swear if something would've happened to Him na..I would've killed you with my bare hands" Raged Surbhi and slapped her once more.

My love's a real Lioness. And right now I was feeling  so lucky to have her as my partner who kept her ethics on side just for me.

"Surbhi baby calm down please" I said rubbing her back.

"Mahir. You've to be mine. Otherwise I'll kill all of you " said Jennifer who was now caught by police.

"Sir. I think she's not ready for going to jail right now. She has to go to a mental asylum for a proper treatment. She has gone mad" said Surbhi again

"Yes Ms.Surbhi. Even I think so. She'll be sent to asylum first because this behavior of her can harm other prisoners physically"told the police

"I hope you soon get your senses and I really hope you get to know what love is." Said Surbhi

Lady police took her away. Thankgod she's finally out of my sight!!!

"Surbhi. What was that you did right now" asked Aanand and she looked down.

"I'm sorry. I lost my temper " She said while we both chuckled

"Hey..love...you know you don't have to be sorry. You did a fantastic thing. You're my bold lady and honestly I was shocked at first but you again showed what the power of love is. And I love you. You don't have to be sorry. And finally this suits on To be Mrs.Mahir Maheshwari " I said and she chuckled

"Exactly Surbhi. This lioness version of yours was so great that I think you can even use it on Mahir also. But really hats off to you. That's an Indian Girl. When it comes to her family she can even fight with the lord" Aanand grinned and I smiled. She nodded her head.

"Can we go Mr.Williams " I asked

"Yes Mr.Mahir but just few formalities. You know paper works and all" said police

"It's okay. I'll handle it. You both go directly to my penthouse. It's more near from this place. I'll see the formalities and Mahir show her Priya's wardrobe. She'll pick a dress from there" said Aanand and I nodded

"Thankyou so much Aanand. I'm really grateful" Said Surbhi going to him.

"Hey...you're just like my lil sister and it was my duty to do so" he smiled and Surbhi hugged him.

"Go home and talk to him. He's desperate to talk to you properly" said Aanand looking at me and I smiled

" Come soon. We'll be waiting for you " told Surbhi and he nodded.

"And yeah Surbhi. I've called doctor. She might be waiting for you there only. I know you're a doctor yourself but right now you need another one Dr.Surbhi " said Aanand and she smiled.

"Thankyou for everything Aanand. And most importantly thankyou for being with him all the time to support him. Thankyou very much" She said and her eyes glistened

"Surbhi. You all are my family and that's the common thing between us. We all can do anything for our family"  Aanand replied and I hugged him

"It would've really been impossible without you. Thankyou bro" I said

"Okay. Now go. We've to fly back to India also" informed Aanand and I nodded

"Come lioness" I said and Aanand chuckled

"Don't start your romance here only. My poor eyes" he said

"Shutup. Your eyes were never poor" I stated and Surbhi chuckled.

I intertwined my fingers with her and moved out

Finally I was with my love.

Finally things were on their place.

 Finally my frightened heart has calmed down.

Finally all my anger vanished in seconds.

Finally I was able to smile.

 Finally I had her hands in mine.

Finally I got back my reason to live and .......

Finally My Heartbeat was with me!!
