There's a ghost
There's a ghost;
She haunts me wherever I go,
Building walls higher than mountains,
On a base deeper than canyons,
Threatening,
That she'll pull out my tongue if I complain about her.
There's a ghost;
She defines me presently,
Because she was created from the choices I made
And now she's so much significant,
That my fingerprints
Have long stopped identifying me.
There's a ghost;
She's just as stuck as I am,
Lost in an endless garden
Of a nameless fantasy,
So I think I forgive her
And just wish for her to find peace.
