Rules: 

-you must use all colors in palette.

-you cannot use any colors other than what's in the palette given

-however, black, grey, and white are allowed to be used but cannot overtake the palette colors.

-layer properties are allowed to be used (ex: add, multiply, etc.)

-the palette you use must be completely random.
