"Where are you," I call out looking around the room searching for some kind of sign that I was not as alone as I felt. I turned around and saw him standing there with yellow eyes and all right behind me.

"Don't worry, I'm not here to hurt you. Well not yet," he says with a wicked grin.

"Why am I here," I questioned.

"Just playing a little game. I wanted to see how you and your brother work together, among other things, but that's for us to discuss at a later time," he tells me.

"Let me ask this question another way then. Why are Sam and the other's here," I ask, putting some distance between us.

"It's a competition. Survival of the fittest. You just became part of it congrats," he tells me an evil smirk on his face.

"Why am I being roped into this," I asked.

"Well, while I had nothing to do with your abilities. I do want to see how it all pans out," he tells me.

"I'm not killing anyone," I tell him.

"No I didn't think you would, but if it came down to your brother's life or theirs I have a feeling that you wouldn't hesitate to take a life," he tells me smirking at the thought.

"So one winner then," I ask.

"Well if it comes down to Sam and you. I'll think about taking two. Or seeing who can outlive the other when demon's come crawling in to fight," he says calmly.

"I think she will have a fighting chance," I hear another voice behind me, one that seems to have calmed me slightly.

"Hmm, an angel does show up when she's in trouble, my assumption was correct," the demon says, as I turn around to see the person who has been part of my dreams for a while.

"Leave her out of this," he says.

"Now, where's the fun in that," the demon rebutted. Castiel walks in front of me as if to protect me from the demon in front of us, "If you want her safe then take her away. Oh wait, you don't know where she actually is. My mistake really, or not really a mistake more like all according to my plan".

"I'm here aren't I," Castiel says.

"Yes, but only in her mind where you are implanted. A small piece she created on her own. You aren't real here, just a hope that she was hoping for. Nice control of your dreams, doll. But he isn't going to be able to save you from me and what's about to happen. I made sure of that. Now, I think it's time for you to wake up, I'm done with your brother, and I think it's time for Team Winchester to win this fight," he tells me, disappearing along with Castiel as my eyes open and I noticed Sam waking up with a startled jump and a missing Ava.

"Ariel, stay here with Andy. I'm going look for Ava with Jake," Sam tells me.

"Alright," I tell him, nodding my head. Sam and Jake leave the house leaving me and Andy alone in the house. I hear a noise coming from the kitchen.

"Ava," I call out. I'm met with silence, "Andy stay in here I'm going to check that noise out, close the door when I get out, I don't want you more freaked if I come across something else".

"Okay, I'll shut the door behind you," he tells me.

I walk out of the room knife in hand ready to attack. I muttered the spell I knew by heart and lit up the room looking around and not seeing or hearing anything. As I walk back to the room I hear Andy's voice and Ava's. I knock on the door to let Andy know that the house is all clear. But he doesn't come and the next thing I hear is the word "Holy" and the door suddenly opens and I see a demon girl standing over Andy, now dead and Ava's voice coming out in a horrified scream. I run towards the demon girl and stab her with the knife making her vanish into a cloud of black smoke.

As I turn around Ava has the ax I left in the room and hits me square in the chest with it. I fall back to the wall.

As I make contact Sam comes running into the room. My eyes are getting hazy, my ears are ringing, and I can't speak as the blood is rising up my throat. I can barely see Sam running towards me, and barely feel his hands on my face, his mouth is moving but I can't hear the words. I try to choke out her name, the one who did this to me, but all that comes out is blood. My eyes become unfocused and I no longer feel anything, falling into darkness.
