Journal Entry 7

Cody has finally replied to the post on the server, which is good because the comments were getting out of hand; everyone was scared and insulting each other. But people seem to look up to Cody since he set up the server and because he always gives encouraging and comforting comments. He's an attentive community member and often acts like the group leader. After several hours of dealing with the online crisis, Cody quelled most people's qualms about the new information that Snickelway could win within the next thirty years. He posted and pinned a whole paragraph on his views on it, how hopefully the rest of the world will soon believe us all about you and the threat that you pose to humanity, and maybe something can be done to stop you in time before you take everyone. Cody then goes on to offer emotional support to those who need it, using both logic and compassion in his statement to cater to anyone reading and struggling with this new revelation. The logical side, of course, speaks more to me. Perhaps Cody is right, and the more evidence of your existence, the more likely the government, the military, a magical wizard, a group of young misfits, or whatever will come to humanity's rescue and stop you. Though it sounds heartless to rely on more people disappearing. That's all I can really hope for, and all I can do is hope. Because how do you we stop you? Do you bleed? I really hope you can bleed, that you can hurt because nothing will make me scared more than if you are some invincible entity, unkillable, untouchable, unreachable. I hope you bleed.
