Claudia and Jack were standing outside Karen's cafe, there family from Devon had decided to rent a bus and travel around America. Claudia and Jack were in shock.

"You are leaving, right now?" Claudia asked looking at her sister. Quinn nodded her head.

"This was fun but we are going to travel across America." Quinn replied and Jack was just confused.

"Well okay then." Jack muttered, Joe turned around as he packed up the bus.

"Hey, we will come back." He smiled and Claudia walked up to him.

"Surprisingly. I am going to miss you." Claudia joked as she hugged her older cousin.

"I will miss you too squirt, now bugger off I have to pack." Joe laughed and Claudia playfully slapped him before she turned to her grandparents.

"Grandma, Granddad? You are travelling as well?" Claudia asked shocked, her grandparents were in their seventies.

"I don't see why not." Granddad laughed as he hugged his granddaughter and grandson.

"We are just as young as you lot." Grandma joked as she did the same thing as her husband. Claudia started to cry.

"Okay then, well I guess this goodbye." Claudia cried as she hugged her cousin and her cousin's boyfriend, then she hugged her Auntie. "I love you all." Claudia smiled as Jack hugged everyone too.

"We love you too." Reign exclaimed as she got on the bus. Claudia walked up to Quinn and hugged her. She was going to miss her older sister like hell.

"Bye Quinn." Claudia cried and Quinn pulled away.

"Don't cry." She laughed as she wiped on of Claudia's tears. "I will be back." Quinn said smiled before she walked onto the bus. Claudia and Jack hugged each other sideways as their family drove away.

Peyton and Brooke were speaking in the car as they drove to New York.

"Rachel is gonna hate it. Win, win!" Brooke exclaimed as she drove. "Are we on schedule, navigation girlies?!" Brooke asked as she looked into the rear view mirror. Claudia and Haley popped up. 

"Yeah." Haley coughed as she looked at the map.

"We promised to switch seats once we hit Pennsylvania." Claudia groaned as she leaned on the window.

"Hmmm,... so, Best Friend, what're you more excited about? The fashion show or the cheerleading competition?" Brooke asked Haley as she changed the subject.

"New Yorks Pizza." Haley grinned and Claudia high-fived her.

"What about you Claude?" Peyton asked.

"Uh,... sharing a hotel room with Nathan." Claudia smirked and Brooke laughed. Haley just looked at her wide eyed.

"Eurgh, you a so Brooke's roommate!" Peyton groaned and Haley laughed.

"Whatever! Oh, slug bug!" Claudia exclaimed as she punched Peyton on the arm. 

"OW!" Peyton moaned as she held her arm. The three other girls laughed as Peyton looked out of the window and saw an old VW Beetle driving beside them. Peyton began to laugh. 

"I am just so sad your cousin Joe left. He was beautiful." Haley moaned and Claudia rolled her eyes. Haley and Joe kissed and Haley hasn't stopped speaking about him. Even though she still loved Lucas. Claudia was so confused.

"He was." Peyton admitted as she licked her lips. Claudia just moaned.

"I mean he was a just a mixture of everything, he was perfect." Brooke exclaimed and Claudia fake gagged.

"I am grossed out. I am going to throw up." Claudia groaned as she stuck her head out of the window. All of the girls laughed.

Later on in the car ride, the girls played the radio game. It was when you asked the radio a question and it answered it via a song.

"OK, my turn. Oh, wise radio, what is gonna happen to me in New York at the Rogue Vogue fashion show?" Brooke asked and Haley laughed.

"That was the first question you asked and you can't ask the same question twice." Haley stated and Peyton started to laugh as well.

"Well, I didn't like my answer and it's not like only one thing can happen at a fashion show." Brooke replied and Claudia rolled her eyes smiling.

"Yeah, but it defeats the purpose of the radio game. It's like magic eight ball; you have to take the first answer you get." Peyton explained and then Claudia interjected.

"Yeah, I didn't get a do-over when the answer to my question: 'What will happen with me and Nathan' was 'Highway to Hell'. OK?" Claudia laughed, it also kind of worried her.

"Fine. I will accept that at some point this weekend, someone will pour some sugar on me." Brooke replied and Claudia leaned back laughing. "My next question is: what is Lucas thinking about?" Brooke asked as she filled with the radio again. "Right now." Brooke finished as she stopped playing with the dial. Torn Between Two Lovers by Mary MacGregor started to play. Everyone's spirit died. "OK, new game." Brooke stated turning the radio off. 

"How bout movie quotes?" Claudia suggested and Haley nodded her head. 

"Great." Brooke smiled.

"I'll go first." Haley smiled and then she thought for a while. " 'If I ever start talking about these as the best days of my life- " Haley began to quote and both Peyton and Claudia grinned,"-remind me to kill myself'." Haley finished and Peyton pointed.

"'Dazed and Confused'." Peyton answered and Haley nodded her head.

"Stupid, worthless, no good, goddamn, freeloading son of a bitch. Retarded, big mouth, know-it-all, asshole, jerk." Claudia quoted and all the girls smiled, they all knew.

"Breakfast Club." All of the four girls squealed at the same time.

"Oh my god, you guys, look!" Brooke said excitably. and all four looked ahead as the skyline to New York emerged. 

"Oh! Oh, it's just like the movies!" Haley gushed as she smiled.

"New York I missed you." Claudia exclaimed.

"Peyton, we need music; plug in the iPod." Brooke ordered and Peyton complied. 

"Cue the soundtrack." Peyton smirked as she pressed play and the music started. They smiled as they looked out at New York in awe.

Brooke, Peyton, Haley and Claudia walked into Rogue Vogue in awe. They saw the models and the fashion designers. Claudia gaped.

"Howww, stinkin' great is this?!" Brooke smirked, her dream was coming true. "Well, thanks for coming with me, team." Brooke smiled at her best friends.

"Yeah." Peyton replied as they four of them watched the models walk down the catwalk. Brooke walked over to the director.

"How are they all so perfect?" Claudia asked as she looked at the perfect models. 

"Good genes." Peyton shrugged and the three girls laughed.

Claudia, Haley, Peyton and Brooke sat on the end of the stage. Claudia, Haley and Peyton watched Brooke.

"I can not believe that director lady; I hate her." Brooke exclaimed angrily, Peyton grinned. "She was wearing white when it's way after Veterans Day." Brooke added incorrectly.

"Labour day." Claudia corrected instantly.

"Whatever, almanac girl." Brooke said judging and Claudia laughed. "You guys, what am I gonna do? Can you get me a radio so I can make up my mind?" Brooke asked as she was getting desperate.

"OK, Donatella, get yourself together." Peyton grinned mockingly and Brooke looked at her with disgust. "You've never worked so hard at anything in your life except your fake ID." Peyton joked half-serious, Brooke smiled and both Claudia and Haley laughed. "It's you big chance!" Peyton exclaimed as she nudged Brooke. Brooke smiled sadly and nodded her head. 

"Yeah." Brooke whispered. All the girls hugged each other and smiled.

"Hey, you guys. I'm sorry we're late." Claudia shouted as her, Peyton and Haley all walked over to the girls in the hotel. Bevin turned to them, relieved.

"Oh, thank god you guys are here!" Bevin exclaimed as she hugged them but then she saw that one of them was missing- Brooke. "Where's Brooke?" Bevin asked concerned.

"Um,... Brooke got delayed at the fashion show. She's not coming." Haley explained and Rachel was much to delighted by that. Claudia glared at her. 

"Well, we'll just have to forge ahead without her." Rachel smirked, she was so happy. Her plan was in full swing. "Alright, team, everyone to your rooms. Let's get some rest for tomorrow." Rachel said and Bevin grinned, she was able to go and see Skills.

"Gotta rest, so sleepy!" Bevin grinned before she backed away. Peyton frowned at Bevin, amused. "Bye." Bevin smiled as she grabbed her bag and left. Claudia and Haley turned to Peyton. 

"Oh, hey, um,... gimme us call if you need anything at all. OK?" Claudia said sympathetically.

"Thank you." Peyton replied and both Claudia and Haley smiled before they walked of.

"Can you believe it has been a year since you tried to set Lucas and I?" Haley asked laughing as they walked down the corridors.

"A lot has happened in this year." Claudia sighed as she looked at her best friend. "I tied the knot." Claudia stated.

"I travelled America." Haley added.

"I went on tour and cheated on my husband." Claudia admitted and Haley smiled over at Claudia.

"I left my first love." Haley said sadly.

"I got my first love back." Claudia smiled to herself, she finally had Nathan back and they were stronger than ever.

"So much has happened." Haley sighed and Claudia nodded her head as they stood at their hotel room door.

"But we started together and we will end up together." Claudia smiled as she opened the door and walked over to the bed, she collapsed on it.

"What should I do about Lucas?" Haley asked as she laid down beside Claudia on the bed.

"He is with Brooke now Haley." Claudia replied sympathetically as she looked at her best friend.

"I know, that is what is so screwed up. Claudia, Peyton likes Lucas as well. What am I meant to do?" Haley exclaimed frustratingly. Claudia sighed.

"Wait. Just wait and it will all go according to plan. Trust me." Claudia stated truthfully, that is what she did with Nathan and look where they are now.

"You are lucky I do." Haley smirked as she held onto Claudia's hand. They smiled at each other.

Karen was in her bathroom, she rubbed her hands with lotion. She walked out to open the door. 

"Uh-oh, someone is in trouble." Karen smirked playfully as she opened the door with a smile, it was Claudia and Haley. Her smile faltered. 

"Why? It's not even past curfew." Haley replied confused, Claudia looked at Karen weirdly.

"Oh, you two!" Karen gasped. She thought they were Keith. "Oh,... you know, you're always such trouble." Karen laughed nervously and that was when it clicked for Claudia. 

"Oh my god, you thought we were Keith!" Claudia exclaimed laughing. "Ohh, um, Nathan's MIA; we just thought we'd stop by for a girl's night in with pay-per-view. But, if you've got big plans," Claudia explained.

"We can easily leave." Haley finished and Karen shook her head.

"No, of course, of course. Get in here." Karens smiled as she stepped aside. Claudia ran over and sat on the bed. 

"You sure?" Haley asked, just too make sure.

"I'd love the company." Karen replied as she closed the door and walked into the room. "Alright, uuuum, movie guide." She said handing Haley the guide, Claudia crawled over to Haley and read the options over her shoulder. "Romance, adventure. Nothing too scary." Karen stated as she sat beside the two teens. 

"Yeah, I can't really watch scary movies anyway." Haley laughed and Claudia gasped.

"Oh, I could totally be down for John Cusack: Must Love Dogs." Claudia exclaimed pointing at the title on the guide.

"Oh, yeah." Karen smiled unconvincingly. "That means you wanna watch it, right?" Karen check and both teens nodded their head.

"Yeah!" Haley laughed and Claudia nodded her head.

"Good, I like Diane Lane." Karen stated as Claudia turned the TV on. Claudia grabbed the remote from Haley. 

"Me too." Claudia replied, she was not paying attention to what she pressed. "Did you see her in uh, Walk on the Moon...?"Claudia asked before she stopped short when she saw that she had not turned it on to the movie but on to porn. Karen's eyes were as big as saucers. She gaped. Haley jerked around and Claudia looked at the guide again.

"Must Love D-OH, I missed an 'n', I thought it said Dogs! I'm sorry. Ah!" Claudia shouted realising her mistake. Karen made a mad dash for the TV. Haley placed a hand to her head. 

"We can't watch that!" Karen winced as she covered the screen with herself.

Nathan walked into the candle lit room, he shut the door behind him.

"Yeah, very funny, Lucas. Your ass is still sleeping on the floor!" Nathan shouted into the vacant room, he walked into the bathroom. He stood still when he saw Claudia in his bathtub with a lot of bubbles. 

"Surprise." Claudia laughed. "I switched rooms with Lucas. I don't have to sleep on the floor, do I?" She asked jokingly as she sat in the bathtub surrounded with bubbles.

"How'd you manage to switch rooms?" Nathan asked laughing as he walked closer to him.

"Well, believe it or not, Bevin, 'mastermind' maskey, arranged the whole thing." Claudia replied as Nathan knelt down beside the tub.

"Come here." Nathan smiled before the married couple kissed. Nathan looked at the bubbles. "There room in there for me?" He asked and Claudia smirked at him.

"I thought you'd never ask." Claudia whispered. Nathan jumped into the tub, he was still wearing his clothes. "Nathan!" Claudia gasped shocked and Nathan just laughed. "Come here." Claudia laughed and Nathan leaned forward and kissed her.

Claudia was lying on the floor, she was lying on Nathan's chest. She was playing with his wedding ring on a chain around his neck.

"Oh, god, this bed was so comfortable." Claudia laughed as she looked at Nathan in the eye. Nathan followed suit and laughed too. They both looked at the floor they were lying on. they had spread the covers across the floor. "And the most attractive girlfriend goes to me." Claudia laughed jokingly as she looked down at her stomach that had just rumbled. "Room service?" Claudia asked looking at Nathan.

"Actually,... let's have a proper sit-down breakfast somewhere. Family style." Nathan replied and Claudia smiled at him. 

"Family style sound perfect." Claudia whispered as she leaned in and they kissed. He laughed and then he moved a strand of hair behind her ear. "I was speaking to Haley about how much has happened in this one year." Claudia said changing the subject, Nathan nodded his head. "We got married, I went on tour. This time last year I was in a fight with Lucas. This time last year I got Haley to join the cheerleaders with some help. This time last year my parents came back from touring and they are all ready gone again." Claudia explained and Nathan nodded his head. They were both reminiscing over the last year, it had its up and downs.

"It has been a year since I moved into my new apartment." Nathan replied and Claudia couldn't believe it.

"Oh yeah." She laughed. "It feels like years ago." Claudia stated and Nathan nodded his head agreeing.

Claudia and the cheerleaders were gathered in the hall of the hotel, Claudia turned around to see Brooke- she wasn't meant to be coming.

"Brooke, what the heck?!" Claudia asked shocked. Haley clapped her hands as Brooke grinned. Peyton turned around, delighted. 

"HEY!" Peyton exclaimed as she walked to her best friend and hugged her.

"What about the fashion show?!" Haley asked as Brooke walked over to Haley and Claudia,

"Got the rest of my life for that stuff. Not so much to be seventeen with my friends." Brooke answered and all the girls smiled at her.

"How sweet." Rachel said sarcastically and she walked forward. "Unfortunately,... my routine only needs nine girls. Not ten." Rachel continued and Claudia rolled her eyes. She couldn't stand Rachel. Brooke nodded uncaringly. "Which means... you're gonna have to sit this one out, captain." Rachel finished in a tauntingly fashion. Claudia was away to bit her head off but Peyton held her back. Rachel just smirked at Claudia. 

"Well, I think we can manage, right girls?" Brooke asked the rest of the team who nodded there head. 

"Yes!" Bevin shouted. 

"Yeah!" Haley laughed. Rachel looked at her fellow cheerleaders annoyed.

"And watch me for the changes." Brooke mockingly said to Rachel. Rachel realised she had lost them. "Come on, girls. Let's stretch!" Brooke exclaimed mockingly before she smirked at Rachel. The cheerleaders followed Brooke while Rachel stood there, hand back on her hip as she fumed.

The Ravens were all huddled backstage, they were away to go on and perform.

"OK, Peyton, focus." Rachel said to Peyton who was scowling at her, disbelieving. "Brooke, try to keep up. Bevin, don't be an idiot." Brooke watched Rachel with her arms crossed. "Claudia try to look fun, we don't scowl like you do back in England." Rachel teased and Claudia 'accidentally' painfully stood on her foot.

"Honey, I have lived in America for sixteen years." Claudia said a sickly sweet and Haley discreetly high-fived her. 

"We're winning that trophy. Alright, let's go." Rachel stated sternly before she began to walk away. 

"And one last thing, girls." Brooke smiled and all the cheerleaders look at their captain. "Have fun." Brooke exclaimed and all the cheerleaders sighed with relief. The lights dimmed and they ran out onto the stage. 

"And, next up, this years Secret Sparkle Classic – when you're strong, you sparkle, the Tree Hill Ravens Cheerleaders!" The commentator commentated as they crowd clapped- including Karen, Keith, Nathan and Lucas. The girls began to perform their routine until Skills shouted on Bevin. She waved back at him and lost her place. She stumbled back into place and Peyton lost her balance. She had fell into two cheerleaders. The crowd gasped. Brooke looked around lost and Claudia smiled. Bevin helped one of the cheerleaders up and Rachel was fuming.

"I'm sorry." One the of the cheerleaders muttered. Peyton looked back at the rest, distressed and upset. Brooke just smiled wider and jumped to the front of the stage. She started a robot-dance. Peyton grinned, Haley gape and Claudia clapped her hand. Bevin laughed along side the rest of the cheerleaders. Rachel glared and walked away. Haley started to do her own silly little dance and Claudia began to do her hippy bohemian dance. The Ravens basketball players couldn't understand what was going on. Each cheerleader started to dance, the acted silly and most importantly they were having fun and enjoying it. Nathan laughed from where he was sitting. Rachel looked back briefly as the crowd started to clap again.

"Go, Ravens!" Keith cheered clapping. Lucas and Skills stood up. Lucas tapped Nathan on the shoulder and he also stood up. All the basketball players walked onto the stage and joined in with the dancing. The crowd stood and clapped. Claudia hugged Nathan smiling. Rachel stood there arms crossed  as other school teams and cheerleaders ran onto the stage. Brooke had her arm around Haley and Peyton and Haley had her arm around Claudia. They were laughed and having the time of their life. Karen and Keith watched it all with shock and awe.

"You know, if the rest of my days are like this, I'm gonna die a happy man." Keith confessed and Karen looked at him wordlessly. 

"... Marry me." Karen stated smiling and Keith looked at her shocked.

"... You can't... propose to me – I was gonna propose to you-" Keith grinned but she cut him off by kissing him.

Nathan and Claudia danced together, Nathan twirled her. Haley and Claudia then begun to dance, Lucas ran over and they all did the dance they when they were younger. Claudia then walked back over to the and they kissed as everyone danced around them. Life was perfect.
