Brad put me down after five minutes of carrying me we started walking toward the Valley of no return.

"Jewel?" He stopped and took my hand.

"Brad are you okay?"

"Well not really, before you helped us he hurt all of us." My stomach twisted I felt sick.

"With what?"

"Lighting and a fire key."

"Oh Brad I'm so sorry." I felt my stomach turn again but I wasn't going to throw up, I felt tears sting my eyes.

"Your mom got most of it actually." He slowly with his head turned away from me, a tear escaped my eye.

"No, not my mom NO!!!!" I screamed and cried I couldn't hold it back I wanted this to stop for him to stop hurting us, my family. Brad held me tight as I cried into his chest.

"Princess your mom is stronger then you think when your dad said he would take everyone's punishment not mine of course but the hunter dropped the key in you moms cage when it stopped and was going to go after Cody she told him to do to her again, and he did, but Jewel your mom is alive and is strong I bet she wants you to be strong to." I sniffed and played the lines again in my head be strong, strong.

"Your right Brad." I pulled away and wiped my tears.

"Wait one more time I didn't her you I am what?" I smiled

"Your DEAF!"

"I know how to make the truth come out." He said quietly I turned around and he kissed me.

Out of breath I said quietly, "Your right."

"Well a first time for everything." he said winking, "but we can't stay her and make out even though I want to we have to get your parents."

"Your ri........ lets go." I took his hand

"You were going to I was right." He smiled and I didn't say anything, I don't know how but with him I feel stronger and nothing will tear us apart or so I thought.
