Chapter 2

I woke up with the same feeling that someone was watching me. I looked around again but still didn't see anything. My door started opening I covered my head and when I saw the shadow trough the fabric I jumped and pinned him to the floor.

"Dad!"

"Good morning."

I got off of him

I leaned in to whisper

"I think someone is here."

He nodded and closed his eyes he opened them and they were blue he looked around and closed them again. Opened and there were his calm hazel eyes.

"No ones here." ,he said looking at me, get dress and come get breakfast" he said after helping me off the floor. When he left I looked around and the I saw the drawing of the mark on my arm I gasped it wasn't a dream I thought.

I put on my white t-shirt, my shorts, and my socks and tennis shoes.

I ran downstairs into the kitchen and saw mom making breakfast. My mouth water as I saw the bacon sizzling and the stack of pancakes grow higher and higher. My stomach growled mom turned and said "You must be hungry but we can't eat before Cody and Elisa."

I rolled my eyes and walked upstairs to get brother first.

"Rise and shine sweetie!"

I pulled open the curtains for the sun to shine in.

"Breakfast is almost ready and it's your favorite bacon and pancakes." He sat up with eyes still closed and rubbed them. I walked over to his dresser and pulled out a blue shirt with a green and orange dinosaur on it and a pair of shorts.

"Come on." I said "Don't make me find you in this bed when I come back."

I opened Elisa's door and she looked so cute when she is sleeping she is only 10 but still has a face like a 5 year old.

"Wake up honey." I said when I opened the curtain

She was always easier to get up

"Okay okay."

She closed her eyes and the drawer started opening and out came a pink shirt and a pair a blue shorts.

I went past Cody's room and he was out of bed the I heard a crash down stairs and my mom screaming.
