After settling their things, Vineet and Ruhana sit to relish their food. She is touched to see that he has already arranged the food on the dining table. Yet, it's packed. She sits on the chair and opens the food packets serving food in two plates. He's looking at her all the time. She feels his stare on herself.

"Kya dekh rahe ho?" she asks.

"Nothing. Pehli baar jab hum mile they tab toh tum bahut bol rahi thi." he says remembering their first meeting.

"Actually, wo toh main apni behen ke saamne bol rahi thi. Par maine kabhi ye nahi socha tha ki main yahan tumhare sath hongi kabhi." She says.

Vineet nods his head in affirmation. They haven't thought of being together. But now they are thinking of giving chances to each other. They start having their food and meanwhile, Vineet looks at her.

"Agar tum chaho toh mere sath office aa sakti ho. Waise I know tum ek achi fashion designer ho, maybe you'll get some ideas." he says.

"Really? Tumhe koi problem nahi hai?" she asks.

Maybe, she thought that he won't like her working out of the family business. But here, he's asking her to do the job as per her wishes. She looks at him while he smiles lightly.

"I want to start a new business, Ruhana. Aur agar hum dono kaam karenge, toh yeh possible ho sakta hai." he says.

"You're right. I am with you. We can always start whenever we want to." She says.

"Lekin tum chaho toh kuch apne interest ka kar sakti ho." he says.

"That's so sweet of you, Vineet. Main bhi family business se bahar kuch karna chahti thi. But I joined it. Ab jo tum chahoge, usme main tumhari help karungi. We just have to find out what we want to do." She says.

Vineet nods at Ruhana thankfully. A moment of silence prevails between the two. They finish the food and Vineet helps her in winding up the work. She is touched. They walk into their room and Ruhana stands by the window. Watching the night sky is serene to her eyes. Her trance is broken by a warm touch on her shoulder. She turns to find Vineet by her side. She smiles. Their day has passed in arranging the house.

"Tumhe aaram karna chahiye, Vineet." she says.

"Tum kya sochne lagi?" he asks.

She smiles at him lightly. She's just thanking god for sending Vineet by her side. She is just pondering over the thought what she'd have done, if Vineet had pushed her apart. But again, he proved her wrong. He accepted her as his wife. He's here away from his family to save her from all the insults. She looks at him.

"Thanks Vineet. You're doing so much for me." she says.

"Tum bhul rahi ho, Ruhana, hum dost hai. Doston ko thanks nahi kehte. Aur jab rishta jud gaya hai toh we should try right?" he asks, casting a look at her.

"You're right, Vineet. Par fir bhi mujhe  I am very much thankful to you." she says.

"I'll take your thanks when it'll be the right time." he winks at her.

She looks at her, amused. He pats her cheek and asks her to rest. She nods and checks her phone, and settles on the bed. She looks at him, he's already on his back, lying calmly on the bed. His face is lighted up with a serene smile. She smiles and glances at him for a little while. He has been her Knight. She promises herself that she won't let him down. He's here with her and they'll try to make this relationship work.  She sighs deeply and calls it a night.

Next morning, Ruhana wakes up when the sun rays touch her face. She sits up on the bed and gazes at Vineet, who's still asleep. She looks at the wall clock, it's 7AM. She should wake up and get ready for the day. A new life is about to begin today. She freshens up and walks into the kitchen to prepare coffee for herself and Vineet. She looks about what to cook, but doesn't find anything. After all they shifted here a day earlier.

She is still thinking when his voice reaches her ears.

"Don't worry. Aaj hum groceries le aayenge. Aur aaj ke liye we will manage." he says.

She nods positively and hands him a mug of coffee. They talk about various things, and she finally says something that leaves him surprised, and he only nods affirmatively, holding her hands and kisses on the top of her head.

She smiles and they head to begin a day with a new zest.
