Vineet loses his cool with his mother's words. She always finds ways to insult Ruhana. She isn't understanding that her own son is at fault too. Because of kabir, Vineet has to set his foot into marriage. Though, they didn't know that both of them are doing it for their families. But now they are bonded. Ruhana is his wife and he can't allow people to insult her, even if it's his mom.

"Bas Maa!! Bahut ho gaya." he shouts at his mom.

"Aapke jo mann mein aa raha hai, aap bole ja rahi ho. Main aapki izzat karta hoon, iska ye matlab nahi hai ki aap meri wife ki insult karein." Vineet shouts while his mother is shocked.

Gautami looks at her son. She didn't expect this from Vineet. Vineet glares at her.

"Aankhein mat dikhaiye. Main bachcha nahi hoon. Aapko lagta hai na Ruhaana ki galti hai, toh galti toh aapke bete ki bhi hai. Meri bhi galti hai. Hamari wajah se Ruhana ki life spoil ho gayi hai. Aaj main usey chhod dunga toh bhi uski life pehle jaisi nahi ho payegi. Main aapki tarah khudharz nahi hoon. Aapko Ruhana pasand nahi hain na, toh thik hain. Hum jaa rahe hain, kyunki aapke lihaaz mein main Ruhana ki insult bardasht nahi kar sakta. Chalo Ruhana." he says and they move inside the room.

Ruhana is worried at the sudden outburst of her husband. He sits on the bed while She keeps her hand on her shoulder.

"Vineet! Please aisa mat karo. Meri wajah se tum apni maa ko mat chodo." She says.

"Wo roz tumhari insult karti hain, aur tum ab bhi unki izzat karti ho. How can you? " he asks.

"She's your mom, Vineet. I know ye anchaha rishta juda hai, lekin unko yeh sab accept karne mein time lagega na." She tries to convince him.

Vineet glares at her.

"Jab wo tumhe dil se accept karengi, tab hum laut aayenge. Abhi hum ja rahe hai. Tum packing karo" he says.

Ruhana wants to say something but he shushes her, asking her to pack their things. She packs their things and they are ready to leave. At the same time, Ronit comes to them and keeps his hand on Ruhana's head. Vineet looks at his father for his act. Maybe, he didn't expect it..

"I'm sorry beta. Tum is ghar ki bahu ho aur tum wo sab deserve nahi karti jo tumhe mil raha hai. Khushi hui mujhe, ki is anchahe Rishtey mein bhi tum dono ne ek duje ko sambhala hua hai." he says, his gaze on the floor.

"aap sorry mat boliye, Papa. Shayad hamari kismat mein yunhi milna likha tha." Ruhana says softly.

He looks at his son and daughter in law.

"Rokunga nahi, kyunki main jaanta hoon ki tumhe yahan beizatti ke alawa kuch nahi milega. Isliye jao, is Rishtey ko itne pyar se bhar do, ki ye rishta anchaha na rahe." he says.

He then gives them a key, at which Vineet is astonished. Ronit pats his shoulders.

" Ye flat ki chabi hai, tum dono wahan chale jao. Tumhari maa ko main samjha dunga." he says briefly.

Vineet and Ruhana sigh. At least, their father understands them. He didn't ask them to stay back, because he knows it's difficult for them. Seeking his blessings, they leave the house without meeting Gautami.

They reach the Homeland society where the flat is. It's a flat that Ronit purchased for investment purposes. The advantage is that the flat is fully furnished. They don't need to do anything. Vineet unlocks the door and they enter in. Ruhana is awestruck at the beauty of the house. It seems like the house is used occasionally. Vineet clears her doubts.

"Yahan kabhi kabhi main aur bhai aate they. Kitchen mein zarurat ka sab samaan hai. Agar aur chahiye hoga toh hum kharid lenge." he says.

She nods and continues to look around the house. Vineet holds her hands and leads her way to the bedroom. He makes her sit on the bed and kneels in front of her. She looks at him as he holds her hands.

"Ruhana, please tum aisa mat sochna ki jo hua hai, wo tumhari wajah se hua hai. It's our fate. Aur main selfish nahi ho sakta apne bhai ki tarah. Maanta hoon, ki humne yeh rishta nahi chaha tha, lekin ab hum ek rishte mein bandh chuke hain. Aur isey hume nibhana hai. " he says.

" Jaanti hoon. Main khush hoon ki tum mere sath ho. Aksar aise Rishtey shadi ki Pehli raat ko hi toot jaate hain. Lekin tumne is Rishtey ko apnaya hai. " She says with a smile.

They glance at each other. Ruhana finds respect and care for herself in his eyes. While for her, Vineet is her savior. He not only married her, but he didn't push her out, or he didn't leave her. Instead, he fought with his own mom for her self respect. She presses his hands lightly.

"Ab jab hum yahan hain toh hume apne Rishtey ko ek aur mauka dena chahiye. Ab main tumhare jaisa dost khona nahi chahti." She says with a smile.

He too, smiles at her words. Yeah, he said that friendship is the base of every relationship. They started it with friendship.

" I'll be always there, Ruhana. Tum akeli nahi ho. " he says.

She smiles affectionately and glances at him.

"Then we should celebrate,right?" she asks.

He smiles and bows his head in front of her.

"As per your command." he says.

Ruhana laughs at his antics and they order some food, as they have to unpack their things. Vineet orders the food while Ruhana unpacks the things. Meanwhile, their order arrives and they get busy relishing their food. While eating, Vineet says something that leaves Ruhana touched for another time.
