After the wedding rituals, Gautami pulls off the  veil and is shocked to see Ruhana beneath.

"Tum?? Tum yahan kya kar rahi ho? Kashish kahan hai?" Gautami questioned.

Ruhana stays silent. She doesn't know how to tell them that her sister has flee off, causing her to sit in the wedding. Gautami looks at her angrily.

"Maine Kuch pucha hai tumse?? Jawab dogi kuch?? Tum ye shadi ka joda pehen ke yahan kya kar rahi ho? Shadi toh tumhari behen ki ho rahi hai na mere bete se." Gautami shouted.

"Aap logon ne shadi fix ki thi, wo toh ho hi gayi." the groom says revealing his face.

Everyone is shocked to see Vineet. Gautami is shocked.

"Vineet tu? Ye sab kya ho raha hai?" she demands an answer.

"Han Ruhana! Tu yahan kya kar rahi hai? Kashish kahan hai?" Mrinal asks her daughter.

Vineet and Ruhana look at each other. Even they are shocked to know that they have wedded each other. For Vineet, It's Kashish, whom he has to save as kabir has fled off the house, few hours before the baraat procession. While, for Ruhana, it's her wedding to kabir, for she can't see her parents' head gazed down because of their children.

"Ho kya raha hai yahan?" it's Ronit who asks for another time.

"Hamare paas aur koi chara nahi tha." Vineet says while looking at his parents.

"Aur main nahi chahti thi ki mere mumma papa ka sar jhuke kisi ke saamne." She says while looking at both the parents.

"Saaf saaf batao, hua kya hai? Ruhama tu toh kashish ko ready kar rahi thi na, fir?" Mrinal asks.

Ruhana sighed. She didn't know what to say. Vineet pressed her shoulder softly and asked her to tell everything. By now, he understood that they both have done it for their families. They have to stand together.

"Di toh ye shadi karna hi nahi chahti thi. Par aap logon ne hamari baat hi nahi suni. Maine kitni baar koshish ki papa, ki aap mana kar dijiye. Infact di hi kyun, kabir ji bhi yeh shadi nahi chahte they. Di ne bataya tha mujhe." Ruhana says, her eyes teary.

Gautami is surprised. Vineet looks at her.

" hairan mat ho, maa. Maine aur bhai ne kitni baar kaha aapse, par aapne nahi suna. Uska nateeja dekho, hum dono ki life spoil ho gayi. " he says a bit angrily.

" Jab shadi se pehle bhai chale gaye toh mere pas koi option nahi tha. Main kaise unki life spoil hone deta, isliye pehen liya sehra. " he says.

"Di ne achcha dhokha diya mujhe. Jab main samaan leke vaapas aayi toh wo room mein nahi thi. She has fled to Mumbai. Kya karti main. Baraat darwaje par thi, toh kaise ye sab bikhar jane deti. Ab rishta toh jud hi gaya hai. Aap logon ne chaha tha rishta jude, dekhiye jud gaya ek anchaha rishta. " Ruhana says tearily.

" Main nahi maanti yeh rishta. Tumhe hume yeh sab pehle batana chahiye tha." Gautami retorted.

"Kaise maa? Aap aur dad toh kuch sunna hi nahi chahte they. Unka bhi toh anchaha rishta hota, ab mera aur Ruhana ka jud gaya." Vineet says dejectedly.

Both the parents are unable to say anything. Ruhana and Vineet share a glance.

"Humne wahi kiya jo hume sahi laga. I think ab aap sab ko bhi maan lena chahiye. Jo Ruhana ne kiya wo kisi ke liye karna aasan nahi hai. Aap logon ko respect karna chahiye is baat ka." Vineet says.

He then turns to Mrinal and Sanjeev.

"Rishta toh anchaha hai, lekin main koshish karunga ki Ruhana ko koi problem na ho." He says politely.

" Main ye shadi nahi maanti." Gautami says angrily.

"Par main maanta hoon. Humne saat fere liye hain. Ruhana meri patni hai. Han, mushkil hai lekin ye sach hai. Kabir bhai aur Kashish ji toh chale gaye, hume Rishtey mein bandhan mein baandh ke. Yeh aaj ka sach hai." Vineet retorts angrily.

"Main itna khudgarz nahi hoon ki Ruhana ko chhod doon. She is my wedded wife. Aapko manzoor ho na ho, mujhe toh ye rishta nibhana hi hoga." Vineet says.

He holds Ruhana's hand, and makes his way out of the house. Ruhana is surprised. He is so dedicated to a relation, that is not on his will. He wants to safeguard her.

An hour later, they reach home. Vineet takes her to his room. He knows his mother won't welcome her as the bride of the house. He asks her to settle and moves to get water for her. Ruhana is perplexed. She doesn't know what to say. She didn't think that she will be married to Vineet in this way. She is finding words to speak. Her trance is broken when he hands her a glass of water. She takes the glass and drinks it in one go. She looks at him.

"I'm sorry, Vineet ji." She says.

"Why are you sorry? Hum toh anjaane mein is bandhan mein bandh gaye" Vineet says.

"Han! Ek anchaha rishta, jaane kya hashr hoga iska." Ruhana says.

"Jaanta hoon. Lekin ab jab yeh rishta jud hi gaya hai,toh isey nibhana toh hoga hi. Pati patni na sahi, dost bankar." he says.

She looks at him in surprise.

"Lekin main nahi chahti ki yeh anchaha bandhan aapko kachotta rahe. Aur aunty, wo toh maanengi nahi is Rishtey ke liye. " Ruhana says worriedly.

"Maan jayengi, Ruhana.. Par usse pehle hume apne aapko manana hoga. Dosti toh har Rishtey ki neev hoti hai. Usi se shuruaat honi chahiye." he says.

She smiles lightly at him. She nods affirmatively, and shook hands with him. He makes her sit.

"Ab ye shadi toh ho gayi hai aur ye rishta hume nibhana hoga, kam se kam 6 mahine tak. Aur main jaanta hoon ki ye kyun hua hai, lekin hume mauka dena chahiye ek dusre ko. Isliye tum please relax karo.. Main hoon tumhare sath." he says.

Ruhana smiles. She feels a little better talking to him. At least, he is not judging her. He asks her to be comfortable and gets her a pair of night suit, his, maybe. He asks her to change and also tells her that she can get her things from her house the next day. She agrees and he moves towards the couch, leaving the bed for her to rest. She is touched, and is curious what life has in store for her.
