I hope you are all enjoying this so far. Your feedback has been so helpful and I've been so thankful to everyone who writes me notes and comments <3 I really love these characters and I've had so much fun researching kinks and lore and diving into, what I hope, is something relatable as we have all been there wanting the bad boy when mister perfect is literally standing in front of us!

Here's a fun little Q/A of questions I've received over these past months! 

What is 'Alpha' based on?

Alpha actually started as a roleplay! The roleplay was a lot different than the story but I used the 'Alpha' character and really loved him and thus Alpha was born. I wanted it to be a believable story where you could go to Romania and find these cities and believe these people might have actually survived here. All the castles, cities and distances in both stories are based on real places, castles, and real footpaths! 

Who is your favorite to write for?

Victor. I love Victor, he's so fun and so muy macho! Marcus is also really fun because you can be as corny as you like and it just fits with his nature. 

Who is your least favorite?

I don't have a least favorite! Nicolas is the most difficult because he has actual trauma and I try and remember that as I'm writing for him. He deals with ptsd and sexual abuse and his reactions are different. We'd like for him to just get over things but as we know and have seen, he struggles with right and wrong! I have learned to like him more and we're friends now! 

Why aren't there more women in your stories?

Well when this story is set, there isn't a lot of females in active combat! And they are there in the rebellion, we just don't see them very much. As a few people have pointed out, women probably would be raped or oggled by the very lonely lycan army so it's smart to keep them at a distance. 

Why is everyone gay?

Animals are kind of funny! They do different things and live in the moment. I'm not saying animals are gay but in nature we find a lot of males get into bachelor groups and develop deep bonds with other males. Is it sexual? No, but put that into human forced to coexist and those emotions can be confusing. I think they love who they love, except for Adriam who is a queen 1000 percent of the way. And, as Adriam pointed out, Nicolas just bonds with like-minded people! I imagine elves are similar; when you live forever, the same pie every day would be boring! 

What happened to Tonic?!

He's not dead! That's all I'm going to say.
