The Grand Inquisitor

The Grand Inquisitor might not be an actual Sith lord, but he still deserves to make the list, seeing as he wields a red saber and is evil. The Grand Inquisitor was a Jedi Temple Guard that was present at Barriss Offee's trial. The trial made him reconsider his allegiance to the Jedi Order. This consequently led to him betraying the Order and becoming one of Vader's inquisitors. He appears in Star Wars: Rebels and in Obi-Wan Kenobi. He makes more of an appearance in Rebels, however. He dies at the end of the first season, so we never really got to see his full potential as a Sith.
