Nihilus

Darth Nihilus just makes it onto this list. Out of all the Sith in all of Star Wars he's one of the scariest to me. I mean, who wouldn't be afraid of a planet eating entity? Nihilus originates from KOTOR II, The Sith Lords. He's one of the three Sith in the video game and is solely responsible for killing the entire Jedi Council by sucking the Force out of the planet they were on. He was once a human, but became a monster that had to suck the living Force out of others to survive.

Crimes: Mass murder, mass genocide. If it has to do with killing people, he's probably done it at some point...
