Now that all the back stories are done (for now... hint hint) Let's get back to the real story.

-----Nova's POV-----

After I had told my story Nix got upand grabbed her backpack from the side of her. A cold breeze blew, ruffling the odd tree's leaves. It took me way to long to get here. I doubt I will get back before Christmas, heck probably not New Year's either! That means I'll be stuck with a whole bunch of strangers for the best time of the year. Yay me...

When everybody had gathered their stuff, Nix took the lead. Robin hurried to catch up. DId they know each other? I stopped my staring when I felt somebody walk up next to me. I looked over to see a face partly covered with auburn hair. I smiled at Sara. She was probably the one closest to me. An outcast, because of something we have or we don't have. She must've notcied how bummed I looked when I thought of that.

"So, can you tell me about this Crystal of Power?" She asked. We satrted follwoing the rest of the group, only Luffy, Chopper, and Dipper behind us. I hadn't noticed before but Dipper looks beat up badly. Must be the cat from his story. He was asking Chopper a ton of quetions, Chopper didn't seem to mind. I think it was because Dipper was hurt and Chopper was a doctor and all.

I turned back to Sara, who was readily expecting an asnwer. "Well, there are nine crystals associated with a certain part of the universe. A long time ago, these crystals decided to give their power to a human, so they could take care of the world better than the crystals could. My oldest brother, Jack, got the weather crystal's, Frostbite, power. One of my sister got the animal crystal's, Twilight, power. Rythian got magic from enderborn. Zoey got science from Prosheck. (Tell me if you get those references!) Zant got time and space from Luma. Delana got plants from Vineswing. Allegro got motion from Fastfeet. I then got power from Nova."

"Wow, seems complicated."

I laughed. "Oh trust me, it is."

-----Jack's POV----- 

I walked in between everyone. I was in front of the chatters (Sara, Nova, Luffy, Chopper, and Dipper) and behind the thinkers (Nix and Robin.) I didn't really fit in with this crowd. I was over 300 years old and yet I'm still practically 17. I sighed, my breathe visible as frost. This was SO boring! Why can't we pick the pace up! I would have said that out loud, if Nix hadn't been in front of me. She kinda scares me a bit. I tried to get closer to hear what the two thinkers were - How would they say it? Oh, yes! - 'verbalizing' about.

"What do you think the dream means?" Robin asked Nix.

"I don't know but I think we should make a plan." Nix responded to him. "After Frost over there stops eavesdropping." That nearly made me fall backwards. Actually, it did. Luckily, the wind caught me before I embarrassed myself. Oh, wait, to late for that. Robin looks angry and Nix looks like she couldn't care.

I laughed nervously. "I was just trying to learn the plan. Heh, heh." 

"Well, why don't you fly ahead and tell us what's there. Then we can make a better plan." Robin said, trying to keep himself cool. Maybe he should take some lessons from me.

I signaled for the wind to pick me up. When it came I couldn't help but scowl as I flew. Who died and made those two the leaders anyway? They're the most mysterious, probably the two that me and the rest of the group can trust the least.

-----Dipper's POV----- 

I limped along next to Chopper. He offered to carry me on his back after bandaging me up, but I refused. I need to prove I can take care of myself. Darn it Mabel. If she hadn't wanting to get a pet 'kitty' I wouldn't be in this mess. I didn't even notice Jack return from patrolling ahead, until Robin told us that there was a forest ahead, that is.

"When we reach the forest we'll rest." I could tell he was doing it for my sake. I looked miserable. Felt it to.

Nearly two hours passed before undergrowth started to appear. Another hour and the sun started going down. One more, finally under the trees. And then, yay, a comfy cave to sleep in. I never thought I would miss sleeping on the grass of the Gravity Falls woods. Chopper helped me settle down, changing my bandages, while the others went off to do stuff I don't even know. 

We all thought we would sleep here and start up again in the morning. Oh how stupid could we get.
