"Where is she?!" Peridot screeched from the back of the group. "You said she would be here!" She shouted, looking at Garnet.

"She is! I know she is." Garnet replied.

Peridot sighed angrily as she sprinted off the Warp Pad, looking around for her friend.

Just as she was about to scream her name, she saw the shadow of many corrupted gems, slowly inching toward a tree.

She pointed to them and yelled, "Guys! I think I see some corrupted gems over there!"

The Crystal Gems nodded and leaped toward the gems, leaving Steven and Peridot behind.

Steven sat next to Peridot and put a hand on her shoulder.

"Hey Peridot. I'm sorry. If we can't find her, we-"

He was interrupted by Peridot shoving his hand away.

"Don't say that! We're gonna find her! No matter what it takes. Don't you dare say otherwise!" Peridot screamed, leaving Steven sitting with a shocked expression.

"Peridot! She's here!" Pearl yelled from the beach.

Peridot beamed and ran up to Pearl. "Really?!"

"Yes, but..."

Peridot's expression went from joyous to terrified in a second, once she saw her friend, battered and bruised, sitting there helplessly.

"Tourmaline! No no no no no no no!" Peridot cried as she ran to her friend and hugged her tightly.

Purple Tourmaline's gem was cut almost halfway through, causing severe damage to her form.

Amethyst knew this situation well, because it's happened to her multiple times before. While the others looked speechless and didn't know what to do, Amethyst jumped and screamed, "Rose's Fountain! We can heal her there!"

Peridot, with tears streaming down her face, whispered, "Anything to help Tourmaline..."
