Ryu Azure and Rin were ready to face off against Isagi Nagi and Bachira.

Ryu: So, we all in agreement on who we're picking?

Azure: For sure. I'll admit, they're all decent picks though.

The top 3 were Team Red, however team White started with the ball.

Bachira: Let's get this started!

Ryu: Mind if I guard Nagi Azure?

Azure: Go for it, it's pretty fun going one on one with the Dribbler.

Rin: Neither if you screw up.

Bachira began to do high speed scissors, going even faster than they had ever seen him go before.

Azure: 'HOT DAMN HE'S QUICK!!'

Azure having been momentarily stunned let Bachira get past him.

Azure: Not bad blonde bangs!

Bachira: Training alongside Blue Lock man helped me level up my skills a lot!!

While Isagi ran with him, Bachira passed the ball to Nagi.

Bachira: Nagi!!

Nagi: Yeah!

Nagi immediately felt a chill up his spine, as Ryu was already there.

Nagi: 'Woah, when did he play defense like that?'

Seeing no other choice, Nagi with his first touch passed the ball.

Nagi: Timing is right. The distance too. Should be in range. It's yours!

Isagi was ready to take a shot.

Isagi: Got it. Nice one. 'Such a delicate pass. Focus on the connection. Don't use more force than necessary. Here goes.'

He shot the ball, as it went into the goal.

Isagi: 'My new Direct Shot!!'

Isagi: YEAH!!

Bachira: Dude, epic! Your shots are on point big time!

Nagi: Props, they're very efficient.

The two high five'd, as Ryu Rin and Azure looked at each other.

Ryu: You down to wake em up Rin?

Rin: Please.

Ryu handed the ball to Rin.

Rin: I've seen enough. Your game is so mediocre, I might actually die of boredom. Let me guess, you still think this is a sport when the truth is we're in combat. I can't stand players like you.

For the Team White players, the field seemed to change into an actual battle ground.

Rin: Don't you know? This is a battle field. And at the moment, you're turning your back on a soldier with a loaded rifle. If that's lost on you, you'll never be good enough.

Ryu: EEEEEEEDGE!!

Rin kicked the ball, much to the shock of the other 3 players.

Isagi: 'He went for it?! Right after the restart?!'

The ball went in, evening up the score.

Score: 1-1

Nagi: Was that shot... Legal?

Bachira: Totally was. Just nobody could pull it off, usually.

Ryu: Even though you would've completely missed if this was a normal field, good job.

Azure: Yeah I might've had a little trouble with that one myself.

Rin: How much clearer do I have to make this for you? Friend or foe, it doesn't matter to me. You're all a bunch of half baked NPC's to me. Let's finish the game up, and quickly. What a waist of my time.

Ryu: -_- Call me half baked again, and we're throwing hands after the game.

Azure: Yeah I'm with Ryu here, cool it before you get dropped. We're all here to win, so let's quit it with the monologue and get to it.

The White Team got the ball once again, as yet again, Bachira passed to Nagi.

Bachira: I'm not gonna let you touch the ball Rin!

Bachira floated the pass up high.

Nagi: Bachira. Nice pass. So gentle.

Ryu: A little too gentle if you ask me.

Ryu jumped up, intercepting the pass.

Ryu: Did you forget how high I jump?

Bachira: Ah shoot, I forgot that he's got the hops of a kangaroo on steroids!

Nagi: That was one sick jump. I'm impressed, we're almost the same height.

Ryu: Gonna need a pass Azure!

Azure: That's a first!

Azure kicked the ball down the field, as Ryu sprinted for it.

Isagi: 'It looks like it's a little overshot!'

Ryu: All good.

Ryu jumped, and was able to trap the ball perfectly, shocking everyone on the field.

Isagi: 'Since when was Ryu that good at trapping?!!'

Ryu let the ball hit the ground, before kicking it with a hard Dragon Strike, making it fly into the goal.

Score: 2-1 Team Red

Rin's eyes went wide once he saw this.

Azure: Oh right. This is the first time you're seeing Ryu's Dragon Strike. Or seeing him score in general. Let me tell you, it's scarier when you see it on the other side.

Isagi: 'It isn't just his offense that's through the roof...'

Ryu: 'This has been a happy side effect. After watching how everyone has played defense in my last game, I've taken the best aspects of theirs adding it to mine. Now there's not a single thing I don't excel at in this sport.'

Ryu smirked, looking at everyone on the field.

Ryu: Blue Lock man sure was handy.

Isagi: 'In such a short amount of time, Ryu's become an even bigger monster!'

Team White once again got the ball.

Nagi: I don't think we should go in solo anymore.

Isagi: Yeah, we already know that all three of these guys can beat us one on one.

Azure: What do you think they're trying to plan over there?

Ryu: If I had to guess-

Once they went on offense, the three stayed within 15 meters of each other.

Ryu: Wow you guys are predictable. Maybe it's because there's only 3 of you on the field.

Nagi: It might be predictable, but not easily stopped.

Azure: Ha, a plan you thought of WOULD end up like that wouldn't it?

Nagi passed the ball to Isagi.

Ryu: But, with both Rin and I on the field together, there's no shot this'll go as planned.

Isagi passed the ball to Bachira, before sprinting for the goal.

Rin: What a lukewarm link up play.

Rin had gotten in front of Isagi, stopping a play before it could be made.

Rin: Did you think I wouldn't be able to see everything you see with those guys?

Isagi: 'Rin? Seriously?! He spotted where I wanted to shoot from!'

Ryu: Told ya.

Bachira: If that's the case.

Bachira passed to Nagi, with extreme spin on the ball.

Ryu: 'So, was I fully right? Or is this pass just a bluff?'

Once the ball dropped onto the ground, only then did Nagi touch it, moving it away from Ryu, and facing towards the net.

Nagi: Guess I'm reading your mind, huh?

Bachira: Bingo!!

Nagi shot, however Ryu turned and stuck his foot out. Though the ball barely missed it, going into the goal.

Ryu: Oh damnit, I waited too long to move! Even I didn't expect a move like that.

Nagi: 'Th-The fact that he was almost able to block my shot still is...'

Azure: Pfft, that's what you get for not trying to stop it sooner.

Rin: You're such an idiot.

Ryu: OH SHUT UP!!

Isagi: 'Ryu's defense really did improve. It's scary to think that he was able to react that fast and almost stop us.'

Azure: Anyway Ryu, let's try to go at this like usual.

Ryu: -_- Meaning you want us both to go in with an unreasonable level of quickness with passing, dribbling, and then you getting the last shot?

Azure: Exactly.

Ryu: ... *Sigh* Yeah okay.

Azure: And that's why you're my best friend.

Ryu passed the ball to Azure, as they both went up the field.

Isagi: 'I almost forgot these two were a duo. Now to see what they've got together.'

Azure: You hit me with a good dribble move, so how about I pay you back in interest.

Azure did his usual two touch, however it was executed far faster than before.

Bachira: 'Azure really leveled up too!' That was really smooth.'

As Bachira stepped forward to get back on Azure, the teen did a quick Elastico to nutmeg the dribbler.

Bachira: 'An Elastico nutmeg from this position?!'

Azure: Over to you man!!

Azure passed the ball over to Ryu, who looked at Nagi.

Ryu: Don't blink.

Ryu began to do fast scissors, much to Nagi's surprise.

Nagi: 'Even his dribbling got better.'

As he got forward, Ryu did a rainbow flick, as the ball went over Nagi, while Ryu got past him.

Ryu: Back over to you man.

While it was in the air, Ryu passed the ball over to Azure, as it sharply dropped.

Isagi: 'There are still passes Ryu hasn't shown off yet?!

Azure: You know I've missed those fun passes of yours.

Azure did a volley, as with an even more refined curve, it hit the bottom left of the net.

Score: 3-2 Team Red

Azure: You all better have enjoyed Nagi's goal, cause it was the last one you'll score as a team.

Once Team White got the ball again, it was clear that the Top 3 were intent on making that claim reality.

Bachira: 'They've got us completely shut down.'

Isagi: BACHIRA!!!

Hearing Isagi's call, Bachira got a pass to the direction ran.

Isagi: 'I'll create the scent, and make a goal out of nothing!!'

Rin followed Isagi, not surprised at all.

Rin: Did spot an open space? If you bothered picking up a book on how the human eye works, you might've actually learned something. You garbage.

Isagi: 'Huh? What? I thought I totally got in behind him. Why is he here? This is wrong! The only explanation I can think of is that he saw what I saw!!'

Before Rin could take the ball, Ryu intercepted it himself.

Ryu: ... In hindsight you probably would've gotten that anyway.

A vein appeared on Rin's forehead at this.

Rin: 'Him and his damn super speed!'

Ryu began to dribble up the field, as Bachira and Nagi tried to catch up. However once he was at 30 meters, he kicked the ball with enough speed to make the Blue Lock Man react late.

Score: 4-2 Team Red

Isagi: 'It's just no use!!'

Once they got the ball again, Team White struggled to find any gaps.

Isagi: 'There's nothing we can do... There's not a weapon we have that they can't do to a similar, or even better level!'

Azure kicked the ball away from Bachira.

Bachira: 'Crap!'

Isagi: 'Rin pulled me into a future that I thought was mine, but one he created! And what's even more impressive is that Ryu saw that future and infiltrated it!'

Ryu trapped the ball, before passing it over to Rin, who was in range for a shot.

Ryu: Take that as an apology for stealing a possible goal from you.

The ball was placed in a perfect spot, with Rin seemingly impressed.

Rin: 'This pass...'

Rin kicked the ball, as it seemed to have an aura similar to water as to flew to the goal with a perfect arc.

Rin: 'I hate to admit it, but it feels like perfection.'

The shot went in, with the buzzer ringing. Isagi was simply in awe, not fully comprehending the situation at the time, having been entranced by the arc of Rin's shot, and the amazing team play the three had just shown.

Speaker: The Match is complete. The results of the 3 on 3 battle are: Team Red Wins. 5-2.

Azure: Good effort, but you were underprepared.

Ryu: And now for our prize.

Ryu rose is hand before pointing his finger.

Ryu: Let's play with each other again, Bachira.

Bachira was shocked hearing this.

Azure: Yeah. Instead of dividing his efforts on both passing and scoring, Ryu can focus more on offense with Rin and I. We can play a hyper aggressive level of Soccer.

Rin: If the two of you are finished talking, then let's get moving. Don't go dozing off bob cut. From now on, your future's in my hands.

Ryu: I beg your fucking pardon?!

Rin walked through the door.

Azure: Okay don't get cocky! You lost to the two of us last time remember?

Bachira: Awww man... And here I was planning to be on Isagi's team right to the end...

Isagi: Bachira...

Bachira: Guess I'll go. That is the rule.

Bachira began to follow the three.

Bachira: But just to be clear, I'm not going to wait for you Isagi.

He looked back at his now former teammates.

Bachira: If you do want me, win me back.

Isagi's eyes widened hearing this.

Bachira: All I know is: I'm going to keep following the monster inside me.

He continued walking, as the door closed immediately.

Azure: You'll be a fun teammate, Meguru Bachira.
