You entered my life like a day dream ,
And made me feel happy & bright,
In winters, together we had the cold ice cream,
You were the reason I believed in "love at first sight",

You cracked silly jokes like me,
With each passing day, I got more attracted towards you,

I still remember that moment when I asked that question as we sat together on the shore of the sea,

You answered-"Forever is not forever",

That time I surrendered to confusion and silence but later I realised that your each word was true

I had forgotten that you were a day dream ,
You left as you had entered my life,
You left scars in my heart ,
And silent screams broke me apart...
Till the rim you have pushed my life .

They say -"move on dear,it happens, you are just a teen!"
But still till now I can't forgive myself for not realising that you were a -
"Nightmare dressed like a day dream."
