1. Please don't ghost me. If you get bored, tell me and I'll understand.

2. All responses should be AT LEAST 500 characters. If you consistently write less than that, I'll get frustrated.

3. Please give me a short description of your character before you start. I don't see the need for a full form, but I do need to have some clue of who you're playing.

4. I don't know, just don't be a dick?

5. I don't care if we do it here or on PMs. That's up to you. 

6. Feel free to mix things up or change the plot on any of these. Most of this is meant to serve as inspiration, so I know some of the paragraphs sound like starters, but I'm in no way married to them.
