Natsu's POV
"F-Fedrick?!"Mikriko shuddered in amazement."Yeah, it's me."Fedrick said."Oh Fedrick! Were have you been all this time?!"Mikriko yelled trying to get up to hug him.
She stumbled and fell into Fedrick, nocking them both down with Mikriko on top.Their faces were inches away. "U-uh......"Fedrick said."Mikriko?"Fedrick asked.No reply."Mikriko."Fedrick said, a little more urgently,
'Oh shoot, Narkok, what'd you do this time?!' Fedrick asked himself."She passed out."Fedrick said."What are we gonna do?"I asked."We're almost to the stop."I said."I'll carry her."Fedrick said.
I don't know what happened but I felt heat rise in me as Fedrick picked Mikriko up.'What is wrong with me?' I asked myself.Erza glanced over at me and leaned close to my ear.
"Looks like you have competition."Erza said, pulling back with a smirk.Somehow, I couldn't keep the smile from my face."So,"I said, walking up to Fedrick and side hugged him in a friend in way."How old are you?"I asked."17." Fedrick replied.
'Shoot, same age as me.' I thought.(I don't actually know so I guessed.) "Are you a Mage or Dragon Slayer?"I asked. "Depends."Fedrick replied."What do you mean, depends?"I demanded.
"Sometimes I'm a Mage, sometimes I'm a Dragon Slayer."Fedrick said."What do you-" "He means he has the power of both."Mikriko said, clutching her forehead."Mikriko, your awake."Fedrick said, smiling down at her from his arms.
Then, Mikriko looked up and realized that Fedrick was holding her and she flushed a deep red."Fe-Fedrick! What are you doing?!"She yelled, pushing on his arms.His grip tightened on her, causing me to flinch and growl slightly.
"Saving you."Fedrick said.He set her down."But that's not why I'm here.I came to say goodbye."Fedrick said with a look of seriousness.'Yes!He's leaving.'I thought, fighting the urge to smile.
"Leave?!Why are you leaving?!"Mikriko yelled, earning glances from other passengers on the train."Im leaving you because I made a deal with Narkok."Fedrick said, looking down with pain.Mikriko's eyes opened wide.'Whose Narkok?'I thought.
"You should never make a deal with Narkok!! He'll never let you leave!!"Mikriko protested."I made the deal to save you, Mikriko."Fedrick said.Mikriko covered her mouth in shock and tears started to pour out of her eyes.
"No, no, no, no."Mikriko said, shaking her head in shock."You can't save me, he already owns me now."Mikriko said."No, no one owns you.You own yourself."Fedrick said.
'Who owns Mikriko?'I asked myself."But why would you get involved? I told you that Narkok won't let anyone leave once they've made a deal with him."Mikriko said, tears still streaming down her face.
"I did for you, Mikriko.Because I love you."Fedrick said, grabbing Mikriko's arm and puller her in and kissed her. This did it.I almost burst with all the power I was getting from my anger.
"Natsu, stop."Erza ordered in my ear, holding my shoulder.I hadn't realized that fire started to pour out of my clenched fist.When Fedrick and Mikriko pulled back, Mikriko turned her back on him.
"I hope that I live though this so that we can be friends."Fedrick said, heading to a window."We will, for now."Mikriko replied.Fedrick nodded, jumping out the window.I hurried to the window.I looked out and saw a flash of blue magic as Fedrick fell into it, teleporting somewhere else.
Then, Mikriko fell silent, sitting down on a train set and started to softly cry into her knees, falling asleep a few minutes later.
