She was shy, quiet. She had her head in her books and her mind closed to anyone who wished to see her for anything else than what she made herself be. The shy, quiet Ravenclaw with one single friend. There was nothing more about her that seemed more interesting, nothing that caught the eye of anyone else within the halls of Hogwarts and that's how she liked it.

Simple, quiet. A life within Hogwarts that didn't seem out of ordinary.

Though it seemed as though the particular events of summer had changed her. You see, Dawn, she has a best friend. One single friend and that's how she liked it. His name is Jasper, and Jasper unintentionally did more for Dawn than he would ever know.

When Dawn was bullied, it was Jasper that was chasing them with his fist in the air. He was the one getting multiple detentions because he had heard something relating to his best friend and he didn't like it. Punches to the face. Punches to...other places.

Jasper did it all. Much like a bodyguard, he looked out for Dawn more than anyone else did in her life and she would always be grateful for that. She loved him more than he could possibly know. Dawn, as much as she was grateful for Jasper, did not know how to stick up for herself.

In fact, if there was ever a strange day in which Jasper wasn't there, it was very easy for Dawn to be walked over by her peers. She didn't have a brave bone in her body. Some nights she'd be hunched over a table in the library doing her peers homework because she was far too scared to say no.

This, though, all changed during the summer between her sixth and seventh year.

She was different. A dark, glooming glimmer in her eye.

She wouldn't take any shit from anyone and anyone who tried would meet their match.

Dawn was different, now. She was slightly terrifying and branded a bitch.

She wasn't exactly the shy, quiet Ravenclaw girl anymore. In fact, she had a new nickname. She was now the muggleborn Ravenclaw bitch, and well, if anyone wished to find out – Dawn would show them that she is the biggest bitch they would ever see.
