The Raw before the Royal Rumble, Travis was in the ring, speaking about his challenger for the Royal Rumble Universal Championship match, Braun Strowman, for the contract signing.

Travis: ...and so, with all that being said, Braun, come on out here, because I wanna say something to you, face to face.

Braun's music hit and out he came, striding with purpose on the way to the ring, and got a mic, then looked straight at Travis, burning a hole through the Universal Champion.

Braun: Give me one good reason why I shouldn't squash you like a pancake right now.

Travis: Because would it really be worth it? Wouldn't you rather wait till the Rumble to do that? If you can, that is...

As Braun was still staring at Travis, The American Nightmare then surprised The Monster Among Men with a Sharp Attack from nowhere, which sent Braun reeling to the floor. But as Travis gloated by holding up the belt, the arena went dark for a good 5 seconds. When the lights came back on, there stood Josh, standing directly behind Travis, who was completely unaware of who was behind him. The minute he turned around, Travis looked like he had seen a ghost. He dropped his belt and fainted in shock. Seeing his chance, Josh climbed up top, and hit Creation Of Energy on the champion. Getting up, Josh saw the contract and signed his name next to Braun's and Travis. Josh was back and back with a vengeance.

Backstage, he met up with Cassie and Issie, and went back to their locker room.

Cassie: So... How does the title picture look now?

Josh: I've been told that it's now gonna be a triple threat, now that I've signed the contract. I'm not winning the match as Travis is retaining.

Cassie: At least you're not being pinned.

Josh: Yeah, creative have said they're planning for me to win the belt at Mania against Travis, and that they also said this rivalry between me and him will get personal. So don't be surprised if some things are said about you...

Cassie looked at little Issie and bounced her up and down a little on her knee as she giggled a lot.

Cassie: As long as this little cutie isn't thrown into it, I don't mind what is said or done. Just make sure you win that belt at the Grandest Stage Of Them All.

Josh gave both his girls a kiss before heading back to their apartment, unaware that Jessica was watching them without them noticing.

Jessica: Look at you two... Completely unaware of what's to come... And to think...

She rubbed her small baby bump as she continued speaking to herself.

Jessica: ...that soon, their little one won't be the only little one around here...

The night of the Royal Rumble PPV...

Josh was doing an interview before the triple threat match with Cathy Kelley.

Cathy: So Josh, now that you're back, we saw you sign the contract making tonight's Universal Championship match a triple threat. Are you ready to face the likes of Braun Strowman and the Universal Champion, Travis Sharp?

Josh: I have never been or felt more ready in my entire life. I've been away from what I do best for far too long. Tonight, I knock some sense into Travis Sharp for messing with my personal life and my girlfriend.

Just as Josh was about to continue, Braun Strowman then showed up.

Braun: Just remember, you ain't just facing Sharp for that belt. And nobody will stop me from claiming the one thing I have chased since I first arrived in WWE. Not. Even. You.

Josh: Braun, relax. As much as I would love to stake my claim for that title, I don't want to. Not yet, anyway. Not until I believe I have earned an opportunity. Tonight, I put an end to Travis Sharp. He went too far with what happened between me and Peyton. So after I have obliterated him to hell and back... The title is yours for the taking. I'm not gonna stop you.

Braun then had a think about Josh's reasoning for being in the match, and as the Monster Among Men looked down, Josh had stuck his hand out, offering it to Braun as a show of respect.

Josh: Make no mistake... After I've had my fun, Travis will... GET THESE HANDS!!!

He did his best impression of Braun before heading off to gorilla, where he met up with Cassie and Issie.

Cassie: So, back doing what you do best, huh?

Josh: Besides being a loving, caring, boyfriend as well as the best father I can be to our baby girl, yeah. You two mean more to me than anything.

The couple then kissed, before Josh kissed Issie's forehead.

Cassie: We love you. I love you. Just come back safe.

Josh's theme then began, and he got his hooded bodywarmer on.

Josh: I love you both too.

Cassie looked on and headed back to Josh's locker room, where she watched the match.

After the opening bell, Travis tried to play mind games, by trying to make Josh and Braun go head to head, but this failed when they had the champion cornered. Braun whipped Josh into the corner and unleashed a powerful drop kick. After that, Josh set out on his mission, laying out Travis with 3 First Sparks, with Braun even getting in on the act, hitting 3 reverse chokeslams. Then Josh climbed up and as Braun laid The American Nightmare out with a running powerslam, Josh then landed Creation of Energy. Rather then going for the cover though, he let Braun go for it.

Ref: 1... 2... Thr-

Just as the ref counted to three, the ref was pulled out of the ring by a masked person who came from out of the crowd. Josh and Braun stared down the mystery person and Josh went out to confront them. As he went face to face, Josh then pulled the mask off and revealed it to be none other than Jessica.

Josh: But... What? WHAT THE HELL?!

Josh was speechless as Jessica then began walking to the back, with Josh in hot persuit, looking for answers. Backstage, Cassie was disgusted by what had just went down.

Cassie: Oh, that bitch is gonna get it now. She's gone too far...

Meanwhile, the match continued. With Josh now out of the picture, Braun had to focus on Travis, but couldn't after what had just happened. Travis saw his chance after Braun charged at him and went shoulder first into the ring post. Travis saw his chance and hit a low blow from behind, then a quick Sharp Attack as Braun turned around to get the win and keep his title in controversial circumstances, as the ref didn't see anything other than Travis pinning Braun.

Ref: 1... 2... 3!!!

Mike: Here is your winner and still WWE Universal Champion, Travis Sharp!

Travis gloated with the title, but barely as he was exhausted and in pain from the beating he had been the recipient of. Backstage, things were now heating up.

Josh: Jessica!

Jessica: What, Josh?

Josh: That... What just happened out there?! What did you do?

Jessica: I did what I had to in order to help my man retain. You see, with my man as the top dog around here, I knew eventually you'd come back to stick your nose in our business once more. So I decided to intervene. Not only for Travis...

She then got closer to Josh and revealed her secret to him.

Jessica: ...but for this.

She took Josh's hand and rubbed it against her small bump. Just as Jessica was about to make a move on Josh, Cassie sprinted towards the two.

Cassie: JESSICA!!!

She was filled with rage and looked like she was about to explode. But luckily, before she got close enough, Josh managed to restrain her and keep her away from Jessica, just as her boyfriend, Travis, arrived on the scene.

Cassie: Let me go! She doesn't deserve to be here, not one bit! I'll end her career myself if I have to!

Josh then calmed Cassie down a little as he then told her what Jessica had told him.

Josh: 2 things. One, you need to calm down. All this rage won't help the situation.

Cassie: Why not, Josh? Those two people are people who tried to ruin my life! They tried to ruin what we had. I can't stand them, now let me go!

Josh: That's the second thing. Even if you do attack her, you'll risk a lot. Especially... since she's pregnant.

Cassie then came to a complete stop and stood like a statue as she was in complete shock and disbelief.

Cassie: Her? PREGNANT?!

Jessica: Yeah, I am pregnant. Come July, me and Trav will be parents. Here's hoping this time, I actually get through my pregnancy. Eh, Josh?

Josh then felt anger inside him. He wanted to lay out Travis, but thought better of it.

Josh: Come on, babe. Let's go. I'm growing sick just looking at these two.

As the couples walked away in opposite directions, Travis taunted Josh one more time.

Travis: Hey, Josh! Enjoy your sloppy seconds while you can! Cos this is what a proper power couple looks like! You'll never get a shot at this again! You'll have to pry this belt from over my dead body!

As Travis raised the belt above his head in triumph, Josh looked back and he only said one sentence in reply.

Josh: Be careful what you wish for, Travis.

Leaving The American Nightmare curious as to what he meant, he then left. After having a shower, he got dressed and took Cassie and Issie to the car, where he talked to his girlfriend.

Josh: Look, I know you're mad for what happened backstage, but Jessica was just doing what she did for the storyline. She's not gonna be around for a while now cos of her being pregnant.

Cassie looked at Josh with a hint of sadness and anger in her eyes.

Cassie: I know, it's just... Why her, of all people? I thought we were finally rid of that cancer. And now she and Travis are expecting, we'll never be rid of them.

Josh: Well, that's what you think...

Cassie saw a sneaky glint in her boyfriend's eyes and immediately got curious.

Cassie: Why's that?

Josh: Well, let's just say that I have one or two plans up my sleeve to make sure that those two will no longer haunt our relationship.

Cassie then began to perk up a little and even raised a smile as Josh put Issie in the back seat of the car, in her baby seat.

Josh: It all comes to a head at Wrestlemania, and trust me... Everything will be alright. I promise.

The two then hugged in the parking lot and then got in the car as they began the road to Raw tomorrow night.

Meanwhile...

Travis: You were amazing out there, babe!

Jessica: Oh come on, you did most of the work! I only helped.

Travis: In a big way, especially now I still have this.

Jessica: Yeah, shame I'm not gonna be around for a while now.

Travis: Yeah, it won't be the same without my loving girlfriend around me backstage.

Jessica: And with me gone... What will you do about Josh and Cassie?

Travis: Well, Cassie is no threat to me, but it doesn't mean she won't try and stop my progress... As for Josh, he's someone to keep my eye on. I don't know what the future holds for us, but whatever it does hold, I know that it won't end well for one of us...

Jessica had a hint of concern as she snuggled up to her boyfriend while in the car.

Jessica: Relax. Everything will be alright... Cos I know you're doing this for us, and Josh will regret the day he ever came back here. At Wrestlemania, his past will come back to haunt him.

A/N: Feels like forever since this was updated! Anyway, my friends, here it is. The latest chapter. Sorry for not updating sooner but I've been suffering from severe writers block as well as work! But rest assured, this wont stop me from writing stuff you all enjoy!

Also, just a little note to say that this book will finally be coming to an end soon. No definite amount of chapters are left, but there won't be many more. Laterz!!!
