Christmas Maximus + Mickey's Doggone Christmas
(A/N I thought I should do this since it's Christmas and all. It only made sense to me. 😜 So here's where I found the original:

And I only own myself and any dialogue not in the shorts.
P.S. Please don't play video until it says so.
Here we go!)
(A/N Jamie's outfit)
It was finally the Christmas season and Max had invited Jamie to Christmas with him and his dad. She was even told she could invite her mom so they could all get to know each other. Goofy and Laura would meet them at the train station nearest to Max's house.
Jamie and Max had their bags and were preparing to board the train.
"Max, I'm so excited to see Goofy again. And I can't wait for you to meet my mom," Jamie said with a smile.
"Yeah. I can't wait to meet your mom, but you do remember how my dad can be, right?" Max asked.
"Yes I do. Don't worry, Max. I know your dad can be clumsy and a bit accident prone, but he still raised you and I have to say he did an amazing job," she told him as she gently cupped his face.
He smiled and said, "Thanks, Jamie. And I can say your mom did an amazing job with you too."
They kissed for a minute before deciding to part.
"I'd better give my dad a call," Max told her.
"Okay. I'll get the tickets," Jamie said.
They went to do their assignments, Max still a little anxious.
Meanwhile, Goofy was out making snow angels outside his house.
[GOOFY:]
"I was strollin' through the park one day
In the merry, merry month of May
I was taken by surprise..."
That's when his cell phone started ringing.
"Surprise? Hyuck! That must be Maxie," Goofy said.
He pulled it out then pressed a button, turning it into a regular telephone before answering it.
"Hello?" Goofy answered.
"Hey, Dad, it's me," Max said.
"Maxie!" Goofy exclaimed.
"Max, Dad. Look, I need to talk to you," Max replied.
"Hyuck! How's the weather up there?" Goofy asked.
"It's cold. Dad, this is important," Max remarked, trying to get to the point.
"You wearing the scarf I knitted for you?" Goofy wondered.
Max checked until he pulled it out.
"Yeah, Dad, every day," Max nodded then asked, "Listen, remember Jamie and how her and her mom are coming to our house for Christmas?"
"Uh, this Christmas?" Goofy asked, getting up then walking around.
Max groaned then answered, "Yes, Dad."
"Uh-huh. I remember. Jamie is such a sweet girl. You both are lucky to have each other," Goofy told him.
"Thanks, Dad. By the way, don't forget to pick up her mom. Also when we get there, I want to make a good impression. With her mom there and all. I was kind of wondering if you could kind of play it, um...you know, cool?" Max requested.
"Oh, gotcha. Don't worry, son. We'll give them a Christmas they'll never forget!" Goofy started to say until he slipped on the ice then yelled, "Whoa! Whoa!"
He then crashed into a wooden pole and Max heard it.
(A/N Play video now.)
"Yep. That's what I'm afraid of," Max mumbled.
"Come on, Max. We don't wanna be late," Jamie urged.
They boarded and Max went to get her a drink, but on the way back, he ended up spilling it. Jamie did appreciate the effort though.
I've got a boatload of butterflies in my belly
I'm short of breath with legs of jelly
Feel like I'm floatin'
'Bout 5 feet off the ground
They slept the majority of the way home, Max being in different positions. When their backs were against each other, Jamie smiled at Max's sleeping form and kissed his cheek. That woke him up and he blushed, making her giggle.
So I've got to ask for just one big favor
That my dad be on his best behavior
When he sees the two of us around
When the train stopped, they saw Goofy and Laura waiting for them. Goofy held a sign that said 'MAXIE' but with the IE exed out as Laura held a sign that said 'JAMIE'. They were standing by a limo, which excited Max and Jamie. But when it drove away to reveal the sign was really on Goofy's car, Jamie just giggled while Max groaned.
I'm gonna try to face the holidays fearlessly
And I hope he'll do his best not to embarrass me
Jamie and Max got off the train and hugged both parents. Then when Goofy took their bags and tried to shut the trunk with them in it, the clothes went everywhere, a pair of underwear landing on Max's nose. Jamie giggled as he took them off.
Make me look good
Make me shine
If you make me look good
I just might keep her as all mine
Make me look good
They all drove up to the house, Goofy and Laura in front while Max and Jamie in back, when Goofy handed a remote to Laura. He gave her a thumbs up with a wink. She pressed it and the whole house lit up, especially the sign that said 'Welcome Jamie and Laura'. That really touched them, but Max was a little embarrassed.
You have the tendency to frustrate me
Seems that you humiliate me
Every single time you get the chance
Then Max led Jamie to the hearth where he showed her some pictures of him growing up. Then Goofy decided to add his naked baby picture to the mix, making Jamie and Laura giggle.
Is it any wonder that I'm so frantic?
What with all your crazy antics
Ruining all my chances for romance
"How cute," Jamie gushed.
Max tried to get them away from it, but it was no use.
I don't expect you to become
Sir Henry Dignified
But could you just try to prove
that you were on my side
Then he and Jamie were enjoying some hot cocoa and couldn't help but stare at each other lovingly. But when they went in for a kiss, Goofy interrupted by wiping Max's mouth of the extra cocoa then taking a picture.
Make me look good
Make me shine
If you make me look good
I just might keep her as all mine
Make me look good
Then Max went outside with a sigh.
"Oh, that Jamie. She's really something. You sure know how to pick 'em, Maxie," Goofy told him.
"Max. It's Max, all right?" Max groaned.
"Gawrsh! It's freezin' out. Come on inside, son. We'll make cookies..." Goofy started.
"Dad..." Max said.
"And sing carols..." Goofy continued.
"Dad. Dad, please!" Max exclaimed, making Goofy stop, then Max said, taking his scarf, "I'm just going to take a walk."
"Oh," Goofy said sadly.
Then Jamie came out with a smile on her face.
"Hey, Goofy," she greeted, noticed Max, then asked, "Where's Max going?"
"He said for a walk. But he felt down about something. I just don't know what," Goofy answered sadly.
She nodded as she said, "I think I know. I'll go talk to him."
She ran after him as Goofy watched. Then Laura came out beside him.
"I gotta say, Mr. Goof. Your son is a great guy and I can see what Jamie sees in him. You raised him well," she told him.
"Thank you, Mrs. Dabbs. When I met Jamie, I knew she was right for my Maxie. You raised her well too," he returned to her.
"Thank you," Laura said then replied as she went inside, "She has been known to give great advice, so whatever Max is going through, she can help him."
Goofy nodded then he and Laura went inside to make some popcorn.
Jamie finally made it to Max and got in front of him.
"Max, what are you doing out here? And don't say 'going for a walk' since you told that to your dad," Jamie told him, hugging herself to keep warm.
Max sighed, put his scarf around her, then told her, looking away at the end, "I wanted to make a good impression on you and your mom. With my dad being the way he is, I didn't see that happening."
She smiled at him, gently made him look at her, then said, "Max, you did make a good impression on my mom. You've done so much for me from Day 1. And since we came here, my mom would keep telling me that you are the most respectful and nicest young man she has ever met and that Goofy raised you well. I wish you could see that."
They looked toward the house to see their parents in the kitchen when some utensils fell on Goofy.
"Be careful!" Laura exclaimed.
"Oh!" Goofy yelped then they both laughed.
Max and Jamie looked at each other with a small laugh.
I only wanted to make a good impression
Now I must make a confession
Wish I hadn't acted selfishly
He then saw the note 'Made by Dad' on his scarf and smiled as he looked back to the house. He took Jamie's hand and took her to the house, making her giggle. They looked through the window to see them pouring popcorn in the popper.
I guess I should apologize to you
After all you've filled my life with laughter
No doubt about it
You've been so good to me
Goofy dumped more popcorn in and Max and Jamie smiled at that. Jamie put Max's scarf on him and they went inside. They noticed that all four were under the mistletoe.
I don't know why I was so worried
'Cause, strange but true
You're my one and only dad
And I'm so proud of you
Laura quickly kissed Jamie's cheek then Jamie and Goofy kissed Max's cheeks. Then they noticed the popper going crazy sending popcorn everywhere. Max ran to it and covered the holes.
"Max!" Jamie called.
The popcorn went through his sweater and pants until it went all over, sending Max in the air. Then Goofy and Laura went to stop it when Max landed beside Jamie. Then Goofy directed the popper at the couple, sending them on a ride through the kitchen.
The whole house sent popcorn out of the chimney and they all ended up on the roof. This made everyone laugh.
You made me look good
You made me shine
You made me look so good
It looks like she's gonna stay all mine
You made me look good
Everything's fine
Everything's fine
You made me look so good
It looks like she's gonna stay all mine
You made me look good
"Awesome Christmas, Dad! This is great!" Max said.
"The best!" Jamie added.
"Yes, Mr. Goof," Laura agreed.
"Aw, shucks. Hyuck!" Goofy blushed.
They all laughed again. Then they went inside as the phone rang, Goofy, going to get it, then Laura then Max and Jamie. But the couple noticed they were under the mistletoe, making them smirk at each other.
"Shall we?" Max asked, placing his hands on her waist.
"We shall," Jamie answered, placing her arms around his neck.
They kissed, holding each other close. As they did, Jamie slipped something around his neck. When they parted, he took notice to it.
(A/N Max's necklace.)
"Merry Christmas, Max," Jamie smiled.
Max looked at her with a smile of his own then said, "Merry Christmas, Jamie. I love it."
They hugged when they heard their parents rush in.
"Max! Jamie! We have a situation!" Laura said.
"What's up, Mom?" Jamie asked.
"Mickey called and said Pluto was missing. The others are waiting outside with a snow plow to help find him. You wanna come?" Goofy said.
"Yeah. Let's go," Max replied as he and Jamie nodded.
They went in the snow plow and Goofy drove. They took some crazy turns when they ended up in front of a yellow house. They saw Mickey pop his head out of a huge snow pile. Then Goofy popped his head out the window.
"Hyuck! Hiya, Mick!" Goofy greeted.
"Goofy?" Mickey questioned.
Goofy chuckled then answered, "That's me!"
"That explains a lot," Mickey rolled his eyes with a smile.
Goofy chuckled as Max, Jamie, and Laura joined him.
"Who're your friends?" Mickey asked.
"This is my girlfriend, Jamie and her mom, Laura," Max introduced.
"Hi. Nice to meet you," Jamie waved with a smile.
"Pleasure," Laura did the same.
"Same with you both too," Mickey replied then asked everyone, "What are you guys doing here?"
"We're here to help you find Pluto," Daisy answered.
Pluto then popped up out of the snow and barked happily.
"We found him! Yay!" Huey, Dewey, and Louis cheered.
"Oh, Mickey, we were so worried. Uncle Scrooge even bought a snowplow company to help find him," Minnie explained.
"Ah, it was marked down for Christmas," Uncle Scrooge shrugged.
"Come on, everybody. Let's go inside," Mickey gestured.
He let them in and Minnie gasped softly at the sight.
"Oh, Mickey! Look what you've done. So nice and simple. Oh, I love it," Minnie complemented.
"Well, you don't want to overdo it, right?" Mickey smirked.
"Right," Minnie answered with a chuckle, kissed Mickey's cheek, then said, "Why, it's absolutely perfect."
"Almost," Mickey replied.
He then got Pluto on his shoulders and he put the star on the tree.
"Now it's perfect," Mickey declared.
Then he put some logs on the fire and everyone began singing.
"We wish you a Merry Christmas
And a happy New Year
We wish you a Merry Christmas
We wish you a Merry Christmas
We wish you a Merry Christmas
And a happy New
Deck the halls with boughs of holly
Fa la la la la
Those jingle, jingle bells"
Max then looked at Jamie with nothing but love, making her look at him.
"What?" she giggled.
"I haven't given you your gift," he told her.
Everyone looked at them with excited expressions and made room for them.
"What is going on?" Jamie asked with a confused smile.
Max then took her hands and looked into her eyes.
"Jamie, do you love me?" Max asked.
"Yes. With every part of my being," Jamie answered.
"That's great. Because I want you to know that I love you. When I'm with you, it's like nothing else matters. If it weren't for you, college wouldn't have been as great as I made it out to be. So I have a very important question for you and I hope you say 'yes'," Max explained.
He then got down on one knee and pulled out a little present box. Jamie cupped her mouth as she started to tear up with a smile. Everyone else was trying to hold in their excitement.
"Jamie Elizabeth Dabbs," Max started, opened it to reveal a beautiful ring, then asked, "Will you marry me?"
(A/N The ring.)
Jamie got on her knees and cupped Max's face then kissed him. When they parted, they rested their foreheads against each other.
"Yes. Yes!" she said as she started standing up.
Everyone cheered as Max got up and they hugged. He spun her around then gently placed her back on her feet. He put the ring on her shaky left ring finger before they kissed deeply. When they parted, they hugged.
"Best Christmas ever!" Jamie cheered.
The others laughed in delight and had a great time at the party.
