The night of graduation, Jamie and Max decided to go out on one more date on campus before the summer officially came.  There was another dance party and they decided to just go in their regular clothes. So they went and sat down at a table for a while.

"This has been a really great year," Max said.

"Yes it has. What was your favorite part?" Jamie wondered.

"Meeting you," Max smiled.

"Aww. Meeting you was mine too," Jamie stated.

"Thanks. And I really appreciate that you were there for me every time something unexpected happened," he commented.

"Well, I always do that for the ones I love," she answered, holding his hand.

That's when they heard the song "Only Hope" come on. Max stood up and smirked as he held his hand out.

"May I have this dance?" he asked.

"I'd love to," she answered.

She placed her hand in his and they walked onto the dance floor. When they started, she gently placed her bad arm on his shoulder; he noticed and just smiled.

"Don't worry. I got ya," he assured.

She smiled and let her forehead rest on his as the music played out.

At the end, they kissed lovingly. This has been the best year of school either one of them had ever had.
