"Would you like me to unlock your memory, Zane?" A sweet voice asked, causing the white ninja to jolt up, hitting his head on the bunk bed above him.

Zane walked into the bridge, spotting both Nya and Wu. "The hunt starts early today." He says, Wu looking up from the map. "A watchful eye never rests." "As long as the Serpentine roam freely, no one in Ninjago are safe." Nya states. "And where are the others?" "On the upper deck." Wu answers, looking back down at the map.

Zane walks to the upper deck of the Bounty, seeing the training equipment out, but not his team. Looking up to the sky his falcon is seen, before landing on his shoulders. "You are in my dream little friend, what good fortune will you lead me to this time?" He asks his bird, walking to the edge of the ship, leaning against the wooden fence that keeps him from falling.

He watches as his falcon flies away, his smiling disappearing once he hears that familiar eerie laughter. "Garmadon." He says with venom, turning around to face the Dark Lord. "Soon Ninjago will be turned into my own image and there will be nothing that will stop me." Garmadon kicked Zane, sending him flying into a wooden box, breaking it in the process.

Zane quickly recovered, throwing his shurikens, only for the Lord to dodge them with ease. Garmadon threw one of Zane's shurikens back, having the white ninja pinned against the wall by his clothing.

Suddenly, a green light appeared, stricking the Lord down. Zane gasped, seeing the prophesied Green Ninja. Both Lord Garmadon and Green Ninja began to clash weapons, while Zane picked up whatever information he could get of the legendary ninja.

With a final kick, Garmadon flew off the ship, yelling as he fell into the a black viod. Zane's surrounding changed once again. Left confused as he isn't familiar with the place. It resembled a sort of castle, but had a strange dark aura to it.

"Urg!" Zane fell to the ground, looking at his hands as they began to turn a shiny brown color. He was now made of copper, and his whole body felt very weak. "How I adore the sight of you shaking." A woman cooes, every step he hears sending him shivers. "Forgive me, I know she favors you, and I despise the thought of making her the slightest upset, but you have something of mine."

Able to finally look up, Zane is met with a pair of blood red eyes, and a sinister smile. "You are machine, so you should feel no pain." Before he could question her, his head is slammed to the ground. A sickening crack is heard, and despite what that woman said, he felt pain.

His face was slammed to the ground repeatedly, having lost the number of times his face met the ground. When it was finally over, Zane could barely keep his vision. Blinking a few times before letting the darkness take him.

Zane jumps up, hitting his head on the bed above him. "Arg!" He groaned, rubbing his head to soothe the pain. "You're gonna be late for training." Jay states. "Why did you not awaken me?" He asks, wishing they had. "Looked like you were having quite the dream, didn't wanna wake you." Kai answers.

"Is this not a dream as well?" Cole throws a pillow at the white ninja's face, chuckling. "That feel like a dream?" "No, thank you for the assistance." Though he was still unsure if this was a dream, the pain felt so real.

___

The Fangpyre seek the Hypnobrai, as they have their army ready for this said war. "I hope (Y/n) is okay." Lloyd said worriedly. They left her behind, it felt as if he had abandoned her.

In the distance, the Hypnobrai can be seen, with their own army. Upon seeing them, Lloyd's anger returns. "Teach them a lesson for betraying Lloyd Garmadon!" He yells as the two tribes come face to face.

Both Generals of the tribes pause for a moment, staring at one another. "Skales my old chum!" "Well if it isn't the Fangpyre, I didn't expect to be fighting you." Skales hugs the two headed serpent, smiling.

"You said you were enemies, not friends!" Lloyd whines, finding the outcome of this small war annoying. "Enemies while Slithraa was in charge [friends now that Skales leads]." "Tough luck boy, releasing the Fangpyre was the worst choice you could have made." He mocks, Lloyd puffing his cheeks in anger. "If you released the Constrictai, Venomari, or heaven forbid the Anacondrai, then we would have had a tussle."

"What should we do with the boy?" Asked the Fangpyre General. "[I say you hypnotize him into our personal servant]." Lloyd backs away slowly, feeling his blood run cold, but that could be because he is in this snowy region.

Luck was on his side, as he sees (Y/n) ride in with her motorbike. "I take it the war has been settled." She says, looking at both Generals. Skales stiffens in fear while the Fangpyre twins hiss at her. "They betrayed me, let's go somewhere else." Lloyd says, going over to the bike and taking a seat.

(Y/n) stared down at Skales, seeing him shiver slightly. "Is there a scratch?" He shakes his head no, praying that the boy didn't fall or something to make the girl think he had something to do with it.

She pats his head again, walking away, only for the Fangpyre General to grab a hold of her. Lloyd's heart begins to race, afraid for the girl. But with a blink of an eye, she takes out the Sword of Flames, slicing a bit of the General's leg. They bend down, hissing in pain.

"I think I remember something of snakes having a slow metabolism." She says, before hunching down to their level. "Meaning if you try that again toture you for days on end before deciding to kill you." The General hisses again, hiding his fear from her. "And even then, your lifeless body would still feel the pain I conflict."

She walks over to the bike, having a confused Lloyd wonder what she had said to the snake. "Do you have a destination you would like to go to?" She asks the boy, he nods, pointing at the map he hold. "Let's find the Anacondrai."

___

"With his fists on fire." Zane finishes, his teammates in amazement. "So I'm the green ninja." Kai states proudly, before getting pushed by Cole. "What are you talking about, he had incredible strength, remind you of anyone." "What about the nunchucks part, I use nunchucks!" Jay says, assuming he is the green ninja as well.

Zane leaves the ending of his dream out, not believing it would mean anything. He also didn't want to worry them if it did mean something. "Anyone can hold nunchucks, Jay." Cole says, rolling his eyes. "Since you all are no longer training, I assume you have found the answer to my riddle, what is the best way to defeat an enemy?" Sensei Wu asks, walking towards the ninja.

"The best way to defeat an enemy... is to train?" Kai questions, having a poor answer. "Feeble and incorrect, perhaps more training would help you focus." They all groan, while their Sensei leaves them to their training. "Alright, how about we work together on figuring out this riddle." Cole suggests, badly wanting to stop the training for some needed rest.

___

Lloyd and (Y/n) both stand in front of a tomb door. Out of the three tombs, this one was simple to open, just a small push and they were both inside. The sandy floor was littered with snake corpses, causing the boy to shiver in fear. Yet, (Y/n) didn't seem the slightest bit of worried, so Lloyd swallowed down the fear that was growing and walked around.

"What do you think happened?" He asked, hoping to find at least one survivor. "The dessert is not the best place to be locked away at, the chances of food are very low." She states, lightly touching the skull of a serpent, but immediately pulling away once she hears their screaming piercing through her ears.

"The only food around would be what was locked with them." And that would be themselves. "What was locked with them?" He asked innocently, not understanding that she had stated they ate eachother to survive.

A serpent appears in front of Lloyd, causing him to scream and run behind (Y/n). "Oh my, I do apologize, I did not intend to frighten you." The serpent says, eyeing both the girl and boy. "Due to my physical appearance, I do get a negative reaction towards people."

(Y/n) tilts her head, nothing about the snake looks frightening, the people are just weak minded. "My name Is Pythor, Pythor P. Chumsworth." He says, bowing to the two. "I'm Lloyd, Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon." Pythor looked at the girl, requesting her name, but she only stayed silent.

"Well, since the two of you set me free, I am at your eternal service." He bowed down, ignoring the rude silence coming from the girl. "You won't trick me?" Lloyd asked suspiciously. "I see no point in tricking you, after all, I hardly have any friends." He jokes, gesturing to the skeletons.

"Well Pythor, you don't have to be alone anymore, you can be our friend." Lloyd cheerfully says, before pausing and looking at the girl worriedly. "Wait, we are friends, right?" (Y/n) stares for a bit, having a forced smile. "If that is what you want." "You know, Floyd, strange girl, I have a feeling this will blossom into a wonderful friendship." He says, pulling both into a group hug.

The trio go to Jamanakai village, Lloyd and Pythor doing childish things, while (Y/n) threatens anyone who goes near them. Both the boy and snake trash the village, steal candy, and purposely break the other childrens toys.

After their little fun they lay down on the grass, eating the candy they stole. "You know Floyd-" "Lloyd." "Why don't you have any friends?" Pythor asked, licking his lollipop. "Well I couldn've made friends back at the boarding school, but I decided they didn't deserve to be near my presence and ran away."

"What an evil thing to do, but why run away from making friends?" Pythor asks curiously. "Well.. maybe I didn't leave willingly, but was kicked out." Lloyd sighed. "They said I wasn't evil enough to be there, so they thew me out..." Lloyd stayed quiet for a bit before smiling. "But who cares, I got to meet (Y/n)!"

"The strange girl?" Lloyd nodded, happily eating a chocolate bar. "Well, this school you speak of, let's go and show them how bad you really are." Pythor suggests. "With two loyal minions they're bound to want you back."

"Hey, that's a really good idea!" Lloyd chirped, standing up from the ground. He skips over to (Y/n), who is staring at the purple colored serpent. He only waved at her, licking his lollipop with a smile. "(Y/n), we're going to to my old boarding school by sunrise tomorrow." He orders, earning a nod from her.

Lloyd snuggles up onto her lap, red tinting his cheeks. (Y/n) freezes, unsure of the boy's actions. "I'm just going to sleep here, i-is that okay?" She nods, making the small child happy, before closing his eyes to sleep, leaving (Y/n)'s legs to feel numb.

___

The ninja walk over to their Sensei, feeling confident in the answer they have. "Have you found the answer on what is the best way to defeat an enemy?" "We have Sensei." Cole says, looking back at his team. "Its teamwork!" They say in unison. "Hmm, is that what you all think?" He asked his students, getting a nod from each of them. "You are all wrong." His students groan, annoyed as they leave the room of their Sensei.

"Forget about being the green ninja, whoever solves this riddle can be him for all I care." Cole complains, going back to punching the dummies. "What else could the answer be, we've thought of everything." Jay questions, slumping down to the floor. "You think that girl would know?" He asked, Kai growling at that question.

"She's the pupil of the Dark Lord, I doubt her answer would be what Sensei would want to hear." Zane frowns at that, that girl wasn't as bad as Kai sought her out to be, but he still had too little information on her to actually confirm it.

The alarms went off, startling the four ninja, Jay covering his ears from the loud noise. "What is that!" Hey shouts, getting up off the floor, still covering his ears. "Dunno, but at least it's something other than training!" Kai shouts back, running over to the bridge.

"Break it down for us Nya." Cole orders, pressing a button to turn off the noise. "Lloyd, that girl, and a weird looking serpent have overtaken Darkly's boarding school for bad boys." She says, pointing at the monitor to she three photos, one of Lloyd shoving his face with candy, the purple serpent, and the girl with her hood over her head.

"Of course she has something to do with it." Kai mutters, crossing his arms. "Nya, set the coordinates to the boarding school." Nya nods, running over to change course.

___

(Y/n) sits on the steps of the second floor, watching as the serpent and Lloyd skate around the halls. "Are you sure you don't wanna play with us?" Lloyd asks for the hundredth time, feeling guilty just watching her sit there. "You'll have fun."

"Do not worry on what I feel, it does not matter, continue to enjoy your time, I will keep guard." Lloyd pouts, crossing his arms. "I order you to come and play with us." She immediately gets up and walks towards them, Lloyd smiling.

"What can she use, there are no more skateboards." Pythor states. (Y/n) stares at him, extending her arm out and a violet smoke covering it. Once the smoke disappears, a skateboard is in her hand. "My, what power you have." He hissed in delight.

"What now?" She asked, looking down at the child. "Jump on it and have fun!" He says, before skating away with Pythor. (Y/n) looks at the board suspiciously, getting on top of it. She wobbles for a bit before she slips off and lands on her back. She quickly get back up, the skateboard disappearing. "I failed in having fun.."

(Y/n) jumps back quickly, inches away from being squashed by an anchor that just fell before her. She looks down at the hole it created, seeing the ninja groan in pain. "Let's agree to not let Kai put his ideas to use." Cole winced, getting up. "Agreed." Both Zane and Jay answer.

The girl makes her way upstairs, but like any other day, she gets stopped. "Hey! You aren't going anywhere!" Kai yells, (Y/n) turning around, ready to fight. "Is your mission to constantly follow my every movement, it is a bit creepy you know where my exact location is." Kai draws out a sword, swinging at the girl.

"Kai, she isn't- Oh nevermind." Cole tried reasoning, but gave up halfway and just began climbing up to catch Lloyd. "Perhaps you should follow your leader, we both know how this will end." She says, dodging another swing from his sword. "With you on your knees!" Kai hissed, landing a kick to her stomach.

So much rage he has for her, and she only kidnapped his sister once, there had to be more he was angered about. (Y/n) jumped back up to her feet, taking out a dagger. Throwing it towards Kai, she had him pinned to the wall. "Arrogant." She states, before walking up the steps to the roof. She was in no rush, the boy was in no danger. If she remembers correctly, their Sensei is the boy's uncle, he wouldn't hurt his own flesh, right? Then again, her memories of her own blood weren't pleasant.

___

"All you want to do is make the serpentine your slaves!" Pythor hissed. "Well sorry dear boy, but I've got other plans." Lloyd was once again betrayed, watching helplessly as Pythor disappears with the map he stole.

After the serpent left, Lloyd found himself surrounded. But all he could think about was what Pythor did, what the two other tribes did. Would (Y/n) leave him too, what did she have to gain from being with him? Everyone is the same, and in this huge world, he was alone, only to fend for himself.

"Nephew, you come here this imstant!" Lloyd looked at the flying ship, seeing his angered uncle. Instead of going up to him, he took a step back, causing everyone's blood to run cold.

"Woah there kid, take it easy, step away from the edge." Cole said, feeling the situation tense. (Y/n) finally made her way to the roof, seeing Lloyd. She takes a few steps towards him. "Stay back or I'll jump!" He yelled at her, halting her movements. "Where is Pythor?" She asked, getting a glare from the boy, as he took a few more steps back.

"Shut up, you're gonna make it worse." Jay whisper-yelled at her. In that moment the situation clicked in her mind, and she immediately grew alert. "Young master, I failed the order you gave me, the one to have fun." She states, trying to get the boy to come closer.

"Stop calling me that, I'm not your master." He didn't want to be a master, she wasn't his slave, he wasn't going to use her, but was she using him? He was so confused. She took a few more steps towards him, causing him to take a step back. "Forgive me, I agitated you." Wu looks back and forth between the two, contemplating if he should run towards him, but the fear of the boy being quicker frightens him.

"What should our next course of action be, we could visit Ninjago, whatever that is." She says. "Why are you still taking orders from me, just go ahead and take what you want and betray me already." He cries, only needing one more step to fall.

"Ah, so this is about trust." She says, as she goes down to her knees. The other ninja look at her confused. "You are like your father in that aspect, even now he does not completely trust me with his life, afraid that just by a sentence someone would have me turn against him." Lloyd looks away, more tears falling at the mention of his father.

"He has me prove that I will never betray him on a daily basis, and I will gladly do it for you." (Y/n) takes out the Sword of Flames, drawing it towards her neck. "How much blood do I need to shed?" She asks innocently, as though it was not something gruesome.

Garmadon had his pupil bleed for him, that didn't sit well with Wu, and only more questions were added in his head. Now wasn't the time for questions though, now, he needed to focus on his nephew.

"You're bluffing." Lloyd hissed, making the girl smile lightly. "How much blood do I need to shed?" She asked again. Lloyd's face twisted, feeling like crying again. "I don't care." (Y/n) sliced the side of her neck, hot blood dripping down her side. As she went to cut the other side, Lloyd ran to her, hugging her tightly.

"No No No, please stop, I believe you, I'm sorry, please don't leave either!" He ignored the blood that was dripping onto him, only focusing on getting the sword away from her. "Lloyd.." Wu whispered, standing behind the boy. "I need you to step inside the bounty." Lloyd held onto (Y/n) tighter. "(Y/n) comes with me." It didn't matter what they said, she was on the ship anyway.
