Five days. (Y/n) was asleep for five days. The only times she would wake up to do something was to either eat or use the restroom. By the time she woke again it had been somewhere close to midnight. Her stomach growled loudly, causing her to get up and head to the kitchen. From the fridge she grabbed an apple, taking large bites.

Making her way to the upper deck, the girl only stared at the night sky, admiring the view she got. A sudden wave of homesickness hit her, missing the stupid skeletons back in the underworld. "Wonder how they are." A sigh left her lips, heading back to her room.

Well, she was heading back to her room, but then she heard bickering.

The noise was coming from the bridge. There she saw her Lord, the old man, Lloyd, Nya, and the ninja. "My algorithms suggest retrieving the other fangblades would be far more dangerous, Pythor would surely have them heavily guarded." Zane states.

"What are you all planning now?" (Y/n) asks, catching the attention of everyone. "You're up!" Lloyd shouted, running over to the girl. She ruffled his hair a bit, making her way into the discussion the group started. "Is this about the Serpentine?" She asked.

"I came up with the plan to get back the three fangblades from the Serpentine's base." Lloyd bragged, giving a toothy grin. "The location of the Serpentine is still unknown." Zane added. "Oh?" (Y/n) was a bit confused. She had assumed her lord would have explained to the ninja where the Serpentine were.

She looked at Garmadon confused, which caused him to double over laughing. "Oh right, that thought completely slipped my mind." The Lord slapped a hand at the girl's back, causing her to let out a harsh breath. "(Y/n) has already figured out where they are hiding, right dear?"

Everyone was annoyed at that bit of information, but only one of them voiced their frustrations. "You knew where they were, and didn't think of saying anything!?" Kai hissed, causing (Y/n) to flinch and hid behind Garmadon. "N-Nya?" She called out in fear.

The red Samurai hit her brother on the back of his head. "She was asleep majority of the time, when did you expect her to say anything?" She shook her head before looking back at her friend. "So, (Y/n), where are they hiding."

(Y/n) stepped forward, showing the group where the current location of the Serpentine were. "Huh, after all this time, who knew they'd be under our noses." Jay commented. "Or rather, under our feet." Zane said, lifting up his foot. "We'll set sail first thing tomorrow." Cole stated, dissmissing evryone from the control room.

Before Jay could leave, (Y/n) held onto him. "Um, you need something?" He asked nervously. "Your parents?" It took the lightning ninja a while before he realized she was asking where they had gone. "Oh! Two days of your hibernation, they decided to head back to the junkyard, said they couldn't run their business on the bounty." He laughed a bit, scratching the back of his head.

"Actually, they had the idea of starting business on the bounty but I convinced them not to." Jay said with a sigh. "So they are at home safe?" The ninja nodded, reassuring the girl. "They also said to make sure you're eating enough, if they were still here they would be assaulting you with a whole buffet." She nodded, agreeing to do what the elder couple are telling her to do. "Alright, goodnight then Jay." She said, walking back to her room. "Night."

The bounty arrived at the mountain of a million steps. "Wait for me! I wanna help!" Lloyd yelled, only to get stopped by Wu. "This is not your fight, the green ninja is too important for a future destiny." (Y/n) glared at the old master, letting out a sigh to release her anger.

"The Serpentine wouldn't do anything to harm him, and it's not as if this would trigger the prophecy he is in." She hissed at the old man, glaring daggers. "Yeah see, I can be useful to the mission." "It's too dangerous for you, it's best you stay here for now." Lloyd pouted, finding it unfair that he has to stay.

"If we find ourselves in trouble, then feel free to come rescue us." (Y/n) added, only to spite the old spinjitzu master. "Yeah! I'll be the backup, the secret weapon!" Lloyd stated excitedly. "I'll stay here with Lloyd, it's difficult for me to say this, but good luck."

(Y/n) hesitated a bit, looking at her lord. "Should I go as well or do you wish I stay?" She asked, not sure if he wanted her to go. "Go ahead and go, unless you think you'll fail." Garmadon teased her, the girl jumping off the bounty and catching up with the team.

Entering inside the mountain, it was empty. "You said it'd be heavily guarded." Jay shouted in a whisper. "Forgive me, even nindroids make mistakes." (Y/n) looked around, seeing the drawings around the walls.

One of the drawings caught her attention, a drawing of a malevolent looking thing.  It showed the Serpentine underground while the people above ran away in fear of someone in gold. The walls shook and (Y/n) quickly looked behind her. "Uh, I meant to do that." Cole stated, 'purposely' finding a passway.

(Y/n) followed behind, ignoring any meaning the the drawings the serpents drew. While the ninja ran through the secret passway, Nya and (Y/n) only walked. "I am honored you are choosing to fight on our side, even if it is for this one battle." Wu thanked, only getting the girl to growl at him.

"I am not doing this for you, old fool." "Hey! What did we talk about?" Nya scolded, getting the girl to let out an annoyed groan. "Forgive me." (Y/n) said, but by the tone of her voice, it sounded like she could care less if he forgive her insult.

Making it to the actual base of the Serpentine, it was no surprise to both girls that the ninja were almost immediately seen. "Code red! Operation stealth was a total bust, we're going to need reinforcements, anyone there?" Nya called, but no answer.

"If we lose this battle I will be deeply disappointed, I will not be on another team that self-sabotages themselves." (Y/n) huffed, crossing her arms. "The Skulkin have the excuse of not winning battles for the sake to spite Lord Garmadon, but you all are just embarrassing."

The Serpentine only focused their attention on the ninja. While a few tried to pick a fight with (Y/n), they quickly noticed that she was bothering no one and left her alone. "(Y/n), the fangblades!" Cole yelled, pointing at the blades. "Oh?" (Y/n) went to fetch the colorful blades.

Reaching out to grab them, something comes up from the ground and grabs her instead. "Of course." She huffed, feeling really foolish for thinking they had nothing prepared as a trap. "Retreat! It's a trap!" Wu yelled, but it was too late, everyone was captured in the cage.

"Well! Isn't this a pleasant welcome!" Pythor delightfully shouted, catching the attention of everyone in the underground fortress. "Though, they still have their weapons." He noted, with fake disappointment. "How do we fix that?"

"How about stepping in here and taking them from us." Kai challenged, itching to fight the large snake. "Or you know, you can ask nicely." Jay nervously chuckled. "But we prefer the fighting." The red ninja said, drawing his sword. "No we don't." The blue ninja quickly added.

Pythor made his way infront of (Y/n). "So close, yet so far." He teased, using his tail to tilt her chin up. It wasn't a good idea on Pythor's part, as she bit the tip of the tail as hard as she could. Being Anacondrai meant his scales were indestructible, but she was still able to draw blood nonetheless.

He quickly removed it from her face, hissing in pain. "Good job, girl! You show him!" Nya cheered, causing (Y/n) to smile up at Pythor. "I guess we both know what Anacondrai taste like now." She hissed back, causing the purple snake to stare down at her with absolute rage.

She took notice on how Skales looked at the two, conflicted on what to do. She smiled lightly to soothe his worry. "Acidicus, would you do me the favor?" The Venomari General slithered over.

She was free of the restraints her hands were in. Even more confusion settled on the girl as the cage went down. When she looked back at the General, she was blinded, as her eyes burned badly. "ACK! NOT AGAIN!" She complained, as Skalidor the Constrictai General wrapped his long tail around the girl.

The team made a move to help her, but was halted by the pained squeal. "Tsk tsk tsk, we have a hostage, and yet you try and attack." Pythor said, forcing the girl to look at him, her eyes bright green from the venom. "Pretty purple.." She muttered.

"Now, surrender, or have your little friend here be another lifeless body you carry on your conscious." Pythor stared directly at Wu when he said that. "(Y/n), what are you doing, do something!" Kai yelled at her, frustrated at the situation. "She was hit with the venom of the Venomari, there is not much she can do, and were are limited with options." Zane informed the fire ninja.

In the end, they all surrendered their weapons. The cage came back up, being lifted from the ground, along with there weapons. "The ground is flying!?" (Y/n) yelled in shock before bursting into a small fit of giggles. "Great, we wouldn't be in this mess if it weren't for you!" Kai yelled at the girl, causing her shoulders to drop.

"We probably would have the fangblades by now, but you just had to come along." "Kai shut up, you would have done the same." Cole shot back, annoyed that he's blaming (Y/n). "Yeah, Kai, at least she got close." Nya said, putting her hands on her hips.

Kai was still angered, until he felt a pair of hands on his cheeks. She looked at him curiously, running a thumb across the scar on his eye. He pushed her away, a bit too hard as she landed on her butt. There was a small pause before she bursted out crying, actual tears falling from her. "N-Nya, your brother h-hit me!" She cried out, making grabby motions to the Samurai.

"Great, look what you did now." Cole sighed, rubbing his temple. "Well exCUSE me, I didn't know she was going to be a crybaby." Kai defended. "Yeah, it was a bit weird when I saw her like that too." Nya said, rubbing her friend's back. "Though, Cole was the one who mostly took care of her since I got captured by the Serpentine as soon as they got to safety."

"Wait, (Y/n) has been hit with Venomari venom before?" Jay questioned, looking between Cole and Nya for answers. "It was back when Kai forgot Lloyd at the arcade, he managed to infiltrate the Serpentine's hideout and we had to go get him." Cole answered.

"It affects her differently, Kai would just act all clingy-" "Shut up!" "-and (Y/n) acts like an actual child." Nya finished, finding her brother's embarrassment amusing. "Would that mean the venom causes anyone that gets hit by it to act a certain way?" Zane asked aloud, pointing at (Y/n). "In (Y/n)'s case, she only acts childish since she was robbed of her childhood."

"Hey, that actually makes sense, but if that were true, wouldn't that mean Kai secretly likes (Y/n)?" Jay questioned, getting a glare from the red ninja. "I.Dont.Like.Her." Every word he said oozed with venom. Jay hid behind Wu, trying to escape the ninja's wrath. "It is only an assumption, there is no need to fight." Zane added.

"Nya, let me tell you a secret." (Y/n) whispered. She wasn't that great at whispering as eveyone in the cage heard her. "I used to have six arms." She bursted into a laughing fit, causing Nya to roll her eyes.

"There's got to be something we can do, if I could just get my weapon everything would be alright, just need to focus." Kai said, reaching out for his weapon. "The cage is made of vengestone, our powers have no effect." Wu stated, causing the red ninja to let out a defeated sigh.

Zane walked over to (Y/n), giving her a smile. "I like the cold." She said, like a child hinting that she wanted something. "I can't sit still, I need to do something." Kai complained again, taking off the shirt of his gi and using the bottle of hair oil on his body. "Woah greaseball, warn us before doing that next time." Cole teased.

"Make all the jokes you want, but I'm getting us out of here." Kai had a brilliant plan, and while the team made an effort to make that plan succeed, (Y/n) was crawling over to the discarded gi.

She picked it up, throwing away her own shirt to but on the gi. Giggles made there way out of her. "I'm the red ninja!" She yelled, standing up, only to fall back down.

The plan of escape failed, ending with all of them being tried to the bars of the cage, except for (Y/n), she wasn't seen as much of a threat. "Great, we're in a much better spot then before." Cole said sarcastically. "Are you wearing my shirt?!" Kai yelled, (Y/n) using the collar of the gi to hide a bit of her face. "No..?"

"Take it off." He growled. "No! (Y/n), keep it on!" Cole quickly added. (Y/n) was confused, but kept the gi on. "Kai, she thinks she's a child, can you not tell her to do things she won't understand." Cole hissed, glaring at the ninja. "What are you taking about?"

Nya kicked her brother in the leg, causing the ninja to fall down a bit in pain. "If you told her to take off her shirt, she would have, but if you hadn't noticed, she's not wearing anything under your gi."

"Here." (Y/n) put her shirt over the red ninja, though, it didn'tgo fully on since one of his hands was tied, but she made an effort. "Better?" She asked, but didn't stay to hear his response when something else caught her attention. "Hi green ninja!" She shouted, giving hope to the rest of the team. That hope vanished when Lloyd fell down the long flight of stairs.

He quickly got back up, glaring at Pythor. "Well if it isn't my old friend, release the ninja, or face the wrath of the green ninja!" No one had been threatened by that, as all the Serpentine laughed. "You and what army?" "How about my army of fist." Lloyd proceeded to punch at nothing, only to trip on the overgrown gi.

"Or this army!" Garmadon shouted, having the entire Skulkin army behind him. "Dad!" "Lloyd, you made me realize I do have a choice, and if there is going to be any threat to Ninjago, it may as well be me."

"The Skeleton Army? Why would you fight along side Garmadon, he betrayed you and Samukai long ago." The purple snake questioned, Nuckal glared down the Anacondrai. "Because you have one of our kin." He growled. "CHARGE!" Kruncha ordered.

The cage lowered, (Y/n) falling back down on her butt. "Ow!" The bars were put down, the ninja grabbing their weapons to fight. "Here, go before itss too late." The same Venomari from days ago gave (Y/n) the four Fangblades, running away quickly from her as not to get caught. "Ooo, shiny!"

She bumped into Pythor, who hissed at her. He didn't have the chance to attack, as an axe made it's way towards them. Pythor disappeared and (Y/n) waved to the thrower. "Hello Nuckal!" His harsh look softened when he saw her cheery face. "Hi little kin!" He yelled back at her.

(Y/n) felt herself get lifted from the ground, looking to the one holding her. "Grumpy face." She teased, Kruncha letting an annoyed sigh. "You're such a handful." The girl let out a big smile when she saw the slightest hint of a smirk on his skull.

They all made it to the bounty safely, Kruncha still having (Y/n) in his arms. Much to everyone's surprise, apart from the two Skulkin generals and Garmadon, she was comfortably rubbing her cheek against his chest. "You going to put her down now?" Nya asked, with a hint of anger.

"Are we just letting every threat to Ninjago aboard, I'm sorry I must have missed that small detail." Kai said with frustration. "Well if you don't want her, we can always take her!" Nuckal yelled, his happy goofy persona leaving. "Ooo~ you're in trouble." (Y/n) teased, still holding onto the fangblades.

"NO! You're not allowed to take her, (Y/n)'s is mine! She stays with me!" Lloyd shouted at the skeletons, Garmadon holding onto his son to prevent him from getting physical. Nuckal bent down to Lloyd's level, giving him a sinister smile. "She doesn't even like you, so if you think she would stay for you, then you're in for quite the surprise."

Lloyd felt his heart shatter, about to say something, Garmadon took action instead. He grabbed the fangblades in one hand and pulled (Y/n) with the others. "Don't tell my son lies." "We're not the ones telling him lies." Kruncha added, glaring up at the Lord.

"You'd stay here for Lloyd, right my dear?" Garmadon asked, the girl blushing from the gentle hold he had on her. "Of course, why would I ever leave." She squeaked. "See, now leave."

The two general absolutely loved the young girl. When she was smaller they tried their best to spoil her with amazing gifts, just to salvage the little childhood she could have. Nuckal made it known that he cared deeply for her, Kruncha silently showed his love. They admired how loyal she was, admired that she never judged them for being loyal to their warlord, admired that she still helped them despite being on opposite sides. But even though they loved her loyalty, that's also a part of her they despised.

"Say bye, (Y/n)." Garmadon said, waving her hand for her. "Buh-bye!" Nuckal went back to being goofy, causing the girl to giggle. "Don't worry kin, we'll visit again." Kruncha looked at the group, then down at Lloyd. "Take this advise. Don't every treat her like your property again." He said it calmly, but it was easy to tell he was mad.

The generals jump off the bounty, leaving the team in an awkward silence. "Finally." Nya said, taking off her armor. "You're never going to leave me, right?" Lloyd asked, pulling on (Y/n). "Yeah yeah, don't worry so much, I couldn't leave even if I wanted to." She said in a very excited voice.

"I would die leaving your side, green ninja." "Alright (Y/n), go rest, let the venom wear out." Garmadon quickly shooed her, the girl letting out a pout. "Come on girly, let's get you to bed." Nya assisted her friend to a room.

"Tomorrow we sail to torch fire mountain, these fangblades must be destroyed." Wu said.

(Y/n) groaned, rubbing her eyes. "Where..?" Looking around she noticed she was in her room, but she doesn't remember coming here. The last she remembers was a cage, Pythor, she mocked Pythor on something.

Looking down at herself, she noticed she was wearing pajama shorts and a red gi. A hundred scenarios crossed her mind, each getting more embarrassing as to why she had the gi. She shook her head, trying to get those thoughts out of her head. Standing up from the bed she immediately got dizzy, holding onto the wall for support.

Finally regaining her balance, she was on her way out of the room when she noticed something. She picked up the yellow flower, twirling it between her fingers. A giggle left her, letting out a pleased sigh. "Childish." She whispered to herself.
