Aashna's Pov:

"Are you in love?” I asked and I was tongue tied. What made her feel like that?

"No, of course not."I said.

"Then why are you always smiling.. Sorry not smiling, why are you always blushing like an idiot." She said.

Okay, I got to know why she was feeling like that. Just minutes ago I was thinking about Aarav's reply to my story and I guess I was blushing at that time. But what is my fault? He always says something which make me blush.

"Aashna." Di shouted and I looked at her.

"No. You are overthinking.” I said. Man! I should be aware otherwise Di will keep on doubting at me.

But Am I actually in love? I don't know! Whatever. Now I should leave for college, I said to myself and went out of the house after say bye to everyone.

I reached college and met Simran. I also knew that Kriya will come with Ruan, So I decided to wait for her. I was busy teasing Karan on his new hair cut whereas he kept on teasing me on my red top. He said that I look like a tomato.

After I was done teasing him, my eyes shifted to the entrance and I saw the new couple entering on Ruan's bike. I looked around and saw everyone looking at them. Man! They both look so cute together! Kriya got out of the bike and came towards us, whereas Ruan went somewhere.

"Hi. “She said but instead of saying hi to her everyone teased her and she just blushed.

After that Karan went to library as he said that he want some notes. Simran to meet her friend and me and Kriya decided to attend the lecture. We were walking towards our college building, just then a bike came and stood in front of us. I looked at the person driving it. Ruan!

"I can never expect a decent driving from you.” I said and he just rolled his eyes. Then my eyes shifted to Person sitting back. Aarav! I smiled at him and he did same.

"Where are you going?” Kriya asked.

"I will be back in ten minutes, just having a small work.” Ruan answered her and she nodded.

"And Aashna, I'm not stealing your best friend.” Ruan said and I got confused. Did I said that to him?

"When did I said that?" I asked.

"I still remember the look you gave When I entered the college today. Your look clearly said that, 'he is stealing my best friend from me’.” He said acting like me.

Did my look really said that? But I was happy to see them together.

I looked at him and saw Aarav hitting him.

"Stop teasing her.” Aarav said. Idiot! He was teasing you!

"Okay. Sorry man!” He said. Why would he say sorry to Aarav? I'm the one he should say sorry.

"Bye, see you at 11."He said to Kriya.
11?our second lecture?

"Aren't you going to attend the lecture?” I asked and before she could answer, Aarav answered it.

"Neither you are going to attend it." He said with a wink and before I could speak anything Ruan started the bike and drove away.

"Let's go.” Kriya said and took me to the class. On the way I kept on asking her that we are not going to attend the lecture but she didn't answered me anything.

"This is last time I'm asking you, why are we not attending the lecture?” I said and looked at me annoyed.

"Why are you so stubborn? It's Ruan's birthday today and he don't want to spend it attending the lectures.” She said. Okay! I said to myself and went inside the classroom.

After the lecture ended Kriya literally dragged me outside the classroom. We went down and saw Ruan waiting for us. Only Ruan? Where is Aarav? I scanned for him but he was not there.

"He will come in two minutes.” Ruan said. Why he always read my mind?

"Who?” I acted as if I don't know what he was saying.

"The one you are searching.” he replied.

"I'm not searching anyone.” I said and took out my phone hoping that he would not say anything now. I really find it very difficult to act in front of him! And luckily he didn't said anything.

"Where is Aarav?” Abhimanyu asked as he came towards us.

"He said he will come with two minutes but still he is not here." Ruan said. Kriya and Ruan were busy with each other so I started talking with Abhimanyu.

"Sorry I'm late.” Aarav said from behind and everyone looked at him.

I looked at him and found him already staring at me. But the thing which caught my attention was his hand which was behind him. What is he hiding?

"Let's go.” Ruan said and sat on his bike, Kriya got settled behind him. Abhimanyu sat on his bike and drove away. Now I was left with only one option, I looked at him and a smile appeared on his face.

"Come fast.” Ruan said and started driving. Whereas Kriya winked at me. Girl I hate you!

"For you.” Aarav said and handed me a pink rose. I love pink roses! Means he was hiding this rose behind.

"Thank you.” I said and took the rose from his hand.

"How do you know that I like pink roses?” I asked.

"You told me." He replied. I told him? When? Anyway, I'm happy that he gave it to me.

"Thanks again.” I said and in return I got his heart melting smile. He started his bike and I got settled on it.

"Where are we going?” I asked him and came to know that there's a new restaurant near by and Ruan wants to try it.

"Okay.” I said.

After few minutes he stopped his bike, I looked at the surroundings but there was no restaurant, the only thing present there was trees on both sides of the road.

"I'm getting a call.” He said before I could ask him anything.

'mom, I already said you I'm not interested. You can go. Please try to understand.’ he was busy talking on his phone trying to convince something to his mom.

'Okay, I will be there.’ he said and hung up the call.

"I hate family functions.” He groaned and started the bike.

"Why? I mean why you hate them?” I asked.

"Because you won't be there.” he whispered. Did I heard it right? Did he actually said it?

"What?” I asked just to confirm what he said.

"I don't know but I don't like attending them.” He said. Well this is totally opposite of what I heard. I guess I'm over thinking.

After some time we reached our location. Kriya, Ruan and Abhimanyu were already settled and so there were two seats left which were for us. I went and took my seat followed by Aarav.

We ordered our food and started chatting. After sometime the waiter came and served us and we all started eating. After we were done eating everyone ordered ice cream, I was not in mood of having it but Ruan forcefully ordered it for me.

We were waiting for our Ice-cream but suddenly I felt thirsty and extended my hand to take a glass of water but at the same time Aarav too extended his hand and the result was his hand rested on mine. The moment his hand touched mine I felt all my cells on fire.

"Sorry. You take it." He said removing his hand.

"No, you take it." I said.

"You.” He replied.

"You.” I said and Saw Ruan taking another glass. He filled it and gave it to Aarav. Ruan smiled at me and I was not able to control my laugh.

"Joker.” He said and I laughed more.

I was actually enjoying being with them but then again my happiness didn't last for more time, as I saw    my senior and Aarav's classmate, Priya coming towards us.

"Hi everyone.” She said as she came and stood near the table where we all were sitting. Hi, everyone replied.

"Oh, Hi birthday boy.” She said and wished him. Ruan got up from his seat as she extended her hand while wishing him. But instead of shaking hand, she side hugged him. I looked at kriya and saw the rage in her eyes.

" Jealous?” I asked her but she ignored it.

"And Aarav?” She called for him. I hope it's not his turn now!

"You are taking me for a movie tonight.” She said and even Aarav agreed that he will definitely take her. Man! I'm definitely jealous now. Why is he taking her for a movie?

After that she went away.

What I'm to him? I guess it's only me who love him. He don't feel anything like I feel for him. I'm just over thinking. He is being friendly with me like he behaves with everyone else and I'm the one who was assuming things!
