Anamika was moving towards the main gate, Rajveer who was in the hall saw her leaving the house. He called her. Anamika stopped at her track and turned to him, he approached her and forwarded his credit card but she refused to take and ran out of the house. Rajveer sighed disappointedly.

In around 20 minutes, Anamika reaches the Party destination. As she descended out of her car, she saw Vineet waiting for her in the entrance. She smiled at him and he responded in the same manner. He marched towards her and to his surprise Anamika pulled him in a tight hug and wished him as soon as he approached her.

He parted from her "tabiyat thik hai" he asked teasing, still surprised 

Anamika nodded affirmatively, smiling at his astonishment"it's your birthday na, toh socha surprise Doon tumhe" she stated.. 

Vineet snuggled closer "Ye surprise se jyada shock tha mere liye madam" he exclaims and move back.

"tumhare tewar dekh ke laag rahe hai aaj bahut jhatke milne wale hai mujhe" Vineet spoke and led her inside the pub, where the party has been thrown. 

The loud music welcomes them accompanied by the roaring sound of their friends. A smile was playing on Vineet's lips which was missing for a long time because of her absence in the party but now she was there with him. 

Vineet cut the cake as by now his friends started shouting at him to cut the cake. He feeds Anamika with a piece, Anamika feeds him too and the party swings up to a new height.. Loud music and the crowd was dancing wildly, more than half were already drunk, some were lying on the side couch while few had already left. Vineet was checking on the guest just to make sure they don't create any mess, he doesn't want any kind of problem in his Birthday Party. He was passing through the bar area and found Anamika standing there with a glass of shots and some empty glasses lying on the table beside her. Gulping down her drink, Anamika orders for another shot. Vineet approached her. 

"you had it enough Ana" he exclaims, Anamika turn her head to face him.

She gave a small smile and spoke "Yea, I know" she gulped down the drink as soon as the bartender placed the glass on the table. Vineet snatched the glass from her hand 

"bas' ' he gazed at her, she made faces but ordered another drink for herself, Vineet stopped the bartender from making a drink for her. 

"chalo let's dance" Vineet said pulling her hand but Anamika pull back her hand 

"No, I don't wanna go" she replied, Vineet ignored her denial and pulled her on the stage. He wrapped his arms around her and moved his body to the tune of music. Anamika too joined him after a few minutes. 

Meanwhile Vineet's phone rang, he left the stage and moved to a corner to attend the call. Anamika followed him. Finishing off the call, he turned only to find her standing behind him and was smiling. He narrowed his brows while Anamika pulled him in a corner. She threw her arms around his neck and pecked his lips lightly which was nothing but a 440 volt shock for Vineet. 

"Ahem, jaan tumko chadh gayi hai" he said meaningfully and parted her.

"Hey! Aisa nahi hai. Aacha listen, I have a surprise gift for you, Chalo close your eyes na" she demanded 

"No.. Mujhe laag raha hai tumhara surprise gift jhatka dene wala hai mujhe" he exclaims, moving back. Anamika pull him.

"Shut up! Aisa kuch nahi hoga. Close your eyes" she said and cover his eyes with her hand. She took out the gift from her purse and placed it on his palm, later removed her hand from his face and asked him to open his eyes. 

Vineet almost screamed to see "that" on his palm. He looked at Anamika shockingly, his mouth hung open.. 

"are you.. Are you mad!! Tum ye laai ho, really?" he asked in shock, a tinge of anger was audible in his voice.. 

Her face fell "tumhe.. Aacha nahi laga" she asked 

He glared at her "tum soch bhi kaise sakti ho ki.. Kya chal raha hai tumhare deemag mei.. Do you even know ye dene ka matlab kya hota hai '' he shouted at her. Anamika fell down on the couch with a thud, she hung down her head in embarrassment while Vineet was angry, he never expected that she would come up with something like that, a packet of Condom. 

Vineet was constantly looking at her, he secured his seat beside her, feeling her getting embarrassed by her own act. He held her hand but Anamika didn't look up at him.. 

Vineet turn her head towards himself to face her, he cupped her face with his one hand "you don't need to do all this, you know na gift doesn't matter to me it's just a way to express one's feelings, happiness and love but it doesn't mean that only by presenting gift one can show their love for other. No! It's only love that matters. Meine manga kya tumse koi gift, nahi na. Fir Kyun tum khud ko ek aise spot pe khadi kar rahi ho jahan se sab galat hi dikh raha hai tumhe "Vineet spoke, calmly trying to make her understand. He doesn't want her to take the situation wrongly. 

Anamika lifted up her gaze and looked at him" I'm sorry.. Mere pass.. Paise.. Paise nahi the aur mujhe laga.. laga ki tumhe.. "she didn't complete her sentence and down her gaze.. 

Vineet cupped her face" main bakwas karta hoon, it doesn't mean ki main wahi chahta hoon. I know, tumhe ye sab pasand nahi issliye main bas tumhe tease karta hoon aur kuch nahi.. "he clarifies and the next moment she hugged him tightly.. He patted her back and pecked her head.. 

They remained in the same position for some time but parted with the ring of her phone. She checked and found it was Prashant who was calling her. She attended the call and came to know that he's in her home for Naina's check up. He asked her to come as he needed her help,  Anamika assured him that she'll be there in sometime. After the conversation, she disconnected the call. 

She informed Vineet that she has to go home, Vineet offered her to drop but she denied saying that she'll manage and she doesn't want him to leave his Birthday party for her. Vineet was not willing to let her go by herself as she was drunk not that much but enough to get in trouble. Despite his insistence, she leaves the party alone. 

Vineet sighed disappointedly, it was then when a girl almost jumped on his lap, Vineet pushed her slightly such that she fell on the couch. 

So, now the girls are gonna torture him as Anamika has left the place. He knows that they can't flirt with him in front of Anamika as she will kill them for sure. But now, she wasn't there so they got a chance. 

The girl tried to be cozy with him, Vineet pushed her aside "behave Soniya" he glared at her.. 

Soniya tried to touch his face but he tilted backwards "why are you wasting your time behind her. Wo hamesha apni extra dramatic parents mei hi busy reh jaayegi.. Let's get married, I guaranteed you, we'll be happy" she said trying to kiss him but when she failed, she started talking nonsense about Anamika and her parents, Vineet was trying to calm her as he knew the girl was drunk and not in her senses. She herself was unaware of what she was saying.. 

"Soniya, tumhe ghar jaana chahiye" Vineet said but the girl was stubborn. Vineet gets frustrated but something happens that leaves him shocked..
