Ok so I was sitting down on my seat and waited for the rest of the passengers to leave the plane so that I could leave last but I still need to get my katana. I look around and saw the last passengers leaving the plane. I got up and made my way to the cockpit but the sound of the door to the toilet sudden opens. I turn around and saw a tall man in shads and black fixing his wrist button with a stoic expression. The door to the cockpit opens up and I looked over my shoulder to see another man in shad and black who also has stoic expression and he was holding my katana.

I then gave him my upmost undivided attention. "I would like for you to hand me back my katana now" but he ignore me and placed a finger on his earpiece. I didn't need to look back to know that his friend was doing the same thing. And the first words that came out of their mouths were "Yes sir" in Japanese and I knew this was going to get ugly. The one behind me advances and so did the one in front of me. Thank god I took some Japanese lessons.

Sighing, I relaxed and put my hands up in surrender. By the look on their faces I could tell they weren't expecting this outcome. But they quickly composed themselves and grabs me roughly by the shoulder and kindly escorted me out the plane but instead of the usual exit, they took me out the other door. Upon opening it, three military cars was parked below the airplane. two on the side and one in the middle. The man in black pushes me forward and so I obeyed. Walking down, I saw a man in shades smoking a cigar. Once I reached him, he blew a smoke in my face. I didn't react to him since I've been through this type of stuff growing up.

"So, you're the one who was causing a ruckus back in China?"

I decided to stay silent and ignore him. Instead, I eyed the scenery and breathed in the air of Japan. The man clicks his tongue before signaling the guards behind me to follow him. Me included of course. I was basically thrown in the backseat of the truck with my hand cuffed. Inside a van with blackened widows, possibly to prevent anyone from the outside from seeing what's inside. The two guards sat beside me while I was in the middle whereas the man who blew smoke in my face sat across me with his legs over each other.

He scans me up and down. He was trying to understand me, a skill that any experience solider can do. Those were the words my father told me and I could tell he was the strongest one in this van. If it weren't for the man in the other van, this man would've been the strongest. I have no interest in them so I would like to get away now. I look out of the window and looked back at the Captain of the squad. He was about to say something but I interrupted him by speaking first. 

"So? Do I need to start killing someone? Or will you drop the act of the Captain, Mr. Mercenary?"

That seem to shock him and that gave me every reason to get out of this vehicle. I could already feel the guards beside me shift in their seats and I swiftly hit their pressure points in her necks and knocked them out by hitting them with both of my elbow and blood pour from their nose. Seeing the still shocked expression on the Mr. Mercenary's face, I quickly took this oppotunity and grab my Katana. Mr. Mercenary was already going for his gun that was in his clothes but I was faster, I pull out my Katana and shoved my Katana into his mouth but making sure to not kill. So I slammed my foot onto his arm that went for his gun and snapped it in half. I turned my Katana and had the blade in between his teeth.

"Now, tell your friends to call it off" I said with a calm tone.

I then grabbed a knife since he wasn't doing what I wanted so I stabbed it into his left tight and his screams was heard. I quickly pulled out my Katana and switched it with the knife and stabbed his left cheek across his right and pulled him down. I saw a small window to the front seat opened and I did a vertical slash in the van. When I did, the guards to the front was about to scream before I closed the window and their heads fall off their shoulders and blood splurged out. As for Mr. Mercenary, I grabbed another knife from the unconscious guards and stabbed his hand through the floor of the van and he screamed again. I went to the drivers seat from the back seat. I opened the door and ripped off the front door, the inside was painted in red and I pull away the leg that was on the gas panel.

I went back to back seat and threw out the guards that I knocked out on the ground. Sitting back on the seat, I questioned him. "You know, I'm still waiting right?" The man groans, unable to peek from the pain. I pulled out both the knife and kept them. His screams was a given since it was painful. He whispers and clutches his hands so I made sure to reassure him.

"Don't worry. You have time before the front car makes a turn. I'd say you have...forty seconds. So start speaking."

"It is not my call to make!" His eyes were red and he was sweating profoundly. "I'm not the one who made the call! I was only ordered to capture you!"

My eyes shifted from him to the sound of a vehicle making a rough turn. Guess forty seconds was asking too much. I was wasting time so I need my answers fast, but I'll ask the most important one.

"You have a wallet?"

He was confused before he painfully reached for his back pocket and pulled out his wallet. I took it and opened it and saw it. A picture of a family, one that I only half had. Closing my the wallet and gave it back to him. He was confused. As I got off the van, he yells out to me. "What's wrong?! You're showing me pity now! Better you kill me! And just in case you're wondering, they're dead!"

I chuckled. He took it and accepted it as it is. "Yeah laugh at me, I'm pathetic, I have no powers, I'm just a normal man with a job. Guess you're no different than the espers than took my family!" The other van was closing in and I took this chance to talk "I'm laughing at you not because you're pathetic. In fact I envy you alot." I didn't need to turn around to know that he was confused. "I'm just a fourteen year old kid who just want to go to school. Besides, you were planning on dying like the rest of them"

"Wha? H-how did you?" He stutters and I sigh.

"The only thing that I'm good at in this world is killing, ripping away the good from people and sensing the bad in a person. Why do you think I haven't kill you yet."

The van finally stopped and the guards came out. However, there was one person I didn't expect to see.

"I thought you were busy in china, getting healed up!"

I spoke out to the woman who finally stepped out of the vehicle, Madam Fang and she looked more happy than pissed. Once she heard my voice she spoke in a very sweet tone that I never expected her to do. "Hello darlin~" wait, darlin? Who? Was it that man in the van? I took a few steps back and saw the guy unconscious and I shook my head. No way. I looked back at her and she was still smiling at me with one hand on her cheek while the other one was waving at me and her left leg was in the air.

"You haven't given up yet?" I called out.

She replies "Given up? Me?! Oh darlin, you gave me a very special gift~ A gift that came from you~"

By now I can feel my eyes narrowing and she even got excited just from saying that and I was getting weird out by her.

"How did you get here so fast!? It was only a four hours flight so there's no way you could've got here faster than me!"

She smiled and even blushed. "That I can't tell you, dar lin~" the guards behind her was rubbing their heads and I could tell that they had enough of her. Wait, something was wrong. How did I not sense her from the beginning? My eyes were scanned the area and no one was here except us. My hand was already on the handle of my katana. I closed my eyes and spread out my senses, then I instantly found out the reason why everything was so weird. I opened my eyes and glare at the woman before me.

"Oh why such a glare, darlin? If you continue, you'll make act up" she said with a deranged smile on her face.

I got into position and made sure to grab the floor with my foot. Once I was ready, I broke off from the ground so hard it shattered and I did a quick draw on her and her only. Unexpectedly, she stopped the sword with two of her fingers. I quickly shifted my weight to my right leg and pulled my Katana down. It caught her by surprise and she  got cut in half but it was then it confirmed my suspension.

It was a illusion. Her body rippled like an image on the water and disappeared. Then, something caught my attention. I got my guard up but it was no use when she appeared on my right and gave me a peak on the cheek. I quickly slash at her but she was once again turned into a ripple in the water. Unable to land a hit on her, I tried extending my senses again but it was futile because my not only my ears but my sense of smell was all over the place. I could hear multiple footsteps and I can smell a hint of cold air. But strangely enough, I couldn't feel it.

"What's wrong darlin? Can't keep up?" She giggles and appears above him and wraps her slender hands around his neck. Then, she whispers into his ear "I can take it nice and slow~" 

Tetsu spins and swings at her but she does a backflip and used his sword to her advantage and jumps away from him. Tetsu dashed across the field when she gracefully landed on her feet. However, Tetsu at his age is already impressive enough to escape an entire army and massacre them in a laboratory, but, he hasn't come across a person with powers who has him playing on the palm of her hand. Tetsu stops and the woman smiles. Tetsu's eyes widens and he began shaking. His eyes, mouth, nose and ears started bleeding like a waterfall. He coughs out blood and the blood on the ground began to reflect his image. From the reflection the woman appears before him with a blushing smile.

"Oh darlin. How could you be so cruel? You tried to cut my pretty face. Anger and suspicion clouds your judgement. Had you figure it out faster, there would be no pain to feel." 

Tetsu lifts up his head. He sees her clearly now, the woman's appearance changed completely. She had a butler's uniform, her blue ocean like hair combed back into a pony tail and her blue eyes looked to be as deep as the ocean depths. Everything but her words were graceful and elegant. She kicks Tetsu in the stomach and at the same time lifting him up and roundhouse him in the sides, causing him to cough up more blood. He flew and bounced off the floor a few times before coming to a stop. The woman took her time and stroll to him as he tried his best to get up but failed. His muscles ached to the point of tearing and his head felt like he was in ten different kinds of pain. His eyes were glued to the floor and he saw a pair of high heels and if he weren't in so much pain, he would've complimented on the heels.

He looks up to see the woman sucking on a lollipop. She let out the lollipop with a pop and she crouched down and booped him on the nose. "Darlin, you need to relax. Keep fighting and you'll get yourself nowhere." She sighs and continues "I swear, you're just like my brother. Reckless, headstrong, careless and...swift and sharp like the wind"

For a moment, Tetsu saw a emotion of pain on her face and he felt his body free of the pain. He was confused and when he tried to get up quickly, his body ached but he pushed through the pain and pushed himself back. His body was starting to break down due to all the blood he was losing. The woman sighs and put her hand on her waist. "Oh dear what a shame, if only he was here to teach you the basic of his element, you would have survived the attack I inflicted on you. Truly a shame indeed" on cue, she disappears in a blink of an eye and slams her fist in his chest.

He coughed out blood and his eyes rolled back. She removes her hand from his chest and took out a handkerchief and wipped away the blood from her hand. She looked down at the body of Tetsu and sighs in disappointment. She looks up at the sky and begins talking to herself "Oiiii~ Brother Futen? I'm done now, can I go back to sleep?" She calls but there was no answer and the woman pouts and started getting frustrated and throwing a tantrum "Why you! You told me to come down here and help this boy and now that's he's dead you're not letting your cute, little sister go?! You better let let me come home or else I'm telling Kagu-nii where you hide all your sake!"

Then, a gust of wind blew and she rolled her eyes. But what she heard left eyes wide "The boy isn't dead" she quickly turned around and she still saw a dead body, no life. Scoffing, her attitude and personality has completely changed from a shy but scary to serious and upright. But when he twitched his fingers, her eyes widen. His arms shifted and he pushed himself off the ground. He fell a few times before he used the sheath of his katana to lift himself off. As he got up, he spoke with anger and frustration. "I will...not die! Not until I find that bastard!" he coughed out blood before he continue what he was saying "I...will...FIND HIM! And...when I do..." He finally stands at full height and his eyes glows blue "I WILL MAKE SURE HE'S GOING TO SUFFER JUST AS I DID!" His memories of his father appears in his mind before he dashed in, not before throwing away his Katana and throws a straight right to the woman. 

She blocked it but she didn't expect Tetsu to suddenly gain speed and strength at a crazy level. She narrows her eyes when Tetsu was able to push her back a little. "So much force from a dead man. However..."She thought as she redirected the force of his hit by moving back and twisting her body a bit so that his fist slides off her palm. She used this chance aimed for his neck with her right hand shaped into a claw when his body fell forward. "You're still too inexperienced!" As her hand quickly reaches for his neck, Tetsu did something that completely took her by surprise, by using his momentum to his advantage by using his leg to jump over her and grabbed her claw hand and threw her over. 

"What?!" He caught her surprised expression and he dashed forward. She changed her position in mid-air and landed on her feet but when he looked up, she lost him. "Where did he go?!" She thought. She looked down just in time to see Tetsu sliding and he pushed himself off the ground using his hand and he roundhouses her on the neck. Her face was smashed into the ground but Tetsu wasn't done. He hooked her neck and was intending to throw her away but she grabs his leg and Tetsu's eyes widens a bit and he broke himself away from her. The dust was covering her face but the rest of her body was still visible but her eyes and sinister smile glows red in the cover of the smoke. 

"It seems that I've underestimated you. I apologize. If you can survive my hit for the next fifteen seconds, I will consider on overlooking this humiliation" She bowed and then her blue hairs begins to defy gravity.

Then, just as she said that, the whole place turns into a underwater well. The ground was filled with water that reaches the ankles and the environment was a giant tree connected to the walls of the well. "Now, lets begin" she then disappears and hits Tetsu in the stomach causing his eyes to roll back and cough out more blood. He saw that the water was spilt and he knew that she covered the distance in pure speed. She continues to hit his stomach in rapid succession and she kicks him away and he was sent flying to the wall and was stuck in it. Fighting back the pain, he saw her in the air with her fist reeled back.

He was too weak to do anything. He was too tired to lift his fingers. As she got close, the slower time went for him. He remembers in one of his memories, a lesson taught by his father. The scene changes to him when he was eight years old. Tetsu and his father was training in the training room. Tetsu with a wooden stick. Tetsu rushes in to attack but Lin dodges it with his eyes close and he used his own wooden stick and wacked the stick out of his hands, easily disarming him. Tetsu gets does it again but it always ends up the same way, with him losing his weapon.

"Oh come on! How can I not hit you!" Tetsu said with a child's like tantrum.

Lin chuckles and swings his sword around before coming to a stop. "Tetsu, you need to understand that brute force is not always the answer" But the naive Tetsu just made a pout and cross his arms, making Lin sigh. "Son, do you know the reason why I can dodge your attacks even thought I have my eyes closed?" He asked him. Tetsu closes his eyes and for a few seconds, he finally comes up with an idea "Oh oh! Is it because of your powers?!" The boy said with innocent enthusiasm that it almost made Lin say yes but he had to be strict. "No son, its because I'm reading you" He told him the answer but Tetsu was confused. "Soooooo...I'm a book?" 

This made Lin facepalm but he chuckled. "Maybe one day you will understand, but there is more than just reading your opponents, you will have to do more than just read. You will have to release yourself from unnecessary thoughts." 

"But how can I do that?"

"Like I said, Tetsu. One day you will understand, that it will take more than just reading your opponent to win a fight"

The scene changes back to him being stuck in the wall and the woman's fist was closing into his face. He closes his eyes and exhaled, it echoed within his mind. His hand was already moving before he willed it to do so. The woman saw his hand moving but when his hand simply touched her elbow joint, it turned from a straight punch into a bend arm. No it wasn't bend the wrong way, Tetsu just hit the joint that makes a person's arm bend (The right way that is), lessening the damage. She landed on the wall and pushed herself away from him. 

"Three seconds gone" She yells at him.

Tetsu pushed himself from where he was stuck in and landed on the water on his feet. His hair was messy and his breathing was calm. He got into his battle stance. She respected his valor and endurance and got into her battle stance. She goes in and uppercuts Tetsu who chopped on her elbow joints again and with enough force to force her arm on the ground. She looks up and he elbows her on the head but she back flips and kicks him in the chin. Both staggered back and glares at each other. Both breathing heavily and both charged at each other and started hitting each other with excessive force, completely abandoning defense. She sweeps him off his feet, jumping and adding a spin to increase the damage when he knees him in his stomach. Gritting his teeth, he lifts both his legs and clams her by the side of her head and pulls her off him.

Both were starting to lose consciousness. And they weakly got up, with their clenched fist.

"5!"

They let out their battle cry and charged at each other one last time.

"4!"

They pulled their right hand back. Magic started to flow to both their fist. The woman had water around her while Tetsu had wind around his fist.

"3!"

The water splits apart, making a way for both of them.

"2!"

They're finally in each others zone. No holding back, no illusion, no lies, nothing but their finally attack to decide the victor of this duel.

"1!"

Their fist connected with each others cheek. Both didn't bend a knee. Both still standing. They both smiled and said the final countdown.

"0!"

The area burst apart and was turned into a white room.

Tetsu's eyes opens and he notices that he was lying on the ground and that there was no injuries. It's like he didn't fight in the first place and the woman who looked like Madam Fang in a butler uniform transformed into a beautiful woman with blue hair covering one eye and her new silky dress blue dress that hugs her voluptuous body.

"Who're you?" He asked.

The woman in blue sighs before answering. "I am the sea, the calm flow of the water, you may call me, Suijin. I am the deity that rules over water."

She was waiting for Tetsu to compliment her but all she got was a "Oh, ok"

Dumbfounded and confused, she clears her throat and does it again but Tetsu stops her. "Stop, I know what you're going to do. Anyways, where am I?" The water Deity sighs and told him what he wanted "Child, we are in your mind." And Tetsu was shocked to hear that. "That's what you're more shocked about?!"

Tetsu stretches his head and laughs nervously. Suijin had a devilish smile. She moves to Tetsu and began pushing his buttons "Oh? Is there something in here that you don't want is knowing? Hmm? Don't worry, you're a growing boy so I know you're hiding a bit of those somewhere in here"

But Tetsu pushes her back and asked her to wake him up with upsets her. "Awww, but don't you wanna spend more time with me? I'll be so lonely~" but Tetsu just shakes his head and she sighs once more. "Fine, if you insist. But before that, I have to give you a present for passing my test." She opens her hand and a water starts to form around her palm. It forms into a ball and explodes. From there, a pendant was created, the necklace had a blue gem and silver thin chain. She puts it around Tetsu who was a bit cautious about it but she only smiles "Its okay, my child. It will not harm you, it will only serve as a guide for you"

Tetsu calms down from that and accepts the pendant placed around his neck. Suijin smiles at him and said "You look really handsome in that." He looks at her and only said "Oh uh, thanks."

Still smiling, she leans forward "Now, go back out there and get stronger. The world will need you and others one day" she kisses him on his forehead and Tetsu was brought back to reality. He jerks forward and saw that he was sleeping outside the airport gate with his sword resting in his shoulder. Leaning back against the wall, he placed his hand on his head and wipes away the sweat. His hand instantly went to his pendant around his neck and surely it was real. Smiling, he only thought of one thing.

"It been awhile since I last got a gift from someone" 

He looks up at the night sky filled with stars.

"I miss you dad."
