Step 8: Distract and Sneak In

Jack raised an eyebrow at Kai who only smiled back. "Are you going to tell me this master plan of yours?" He asked.

"You didn't tell me yours. So... Nope." Kai smiled again and hopped out the car. Jack blinked and grabbed his stuff running after her. He grabbed her by the shoulder and pulled her back into the tree line.

"What are you doing?!"

"Don't worry I got this," Kai assured him. "Just tell me... Do you need anything before you head in there to do... Whatever it is Jack's do."

Jack but the inside of his lip before he sighed. "I need one of their passes."

"What's it look like?" Jack pulled out his fake one and Kai nodded and began to walk forward.

"Are you sure you want to do this? These people shoot first and ask questions later."

Kai blinked in the darkness. Her brown eyes searched his. "I honestly don't know why I'm doing something as stupid as this. But, I am for whatever the reason. So, you need one of those pass things? I'm gonna get you one."

Kai started off again and Jack followed not far behind. Finally they came closer to the base. Kai motioned for him to stay as she walked into the street. She took her hair out of its ponytail and messed it up. She began to walk forward but staggered side to side as if drunk.

"Stop!" A boy shouted a gun raised. Two other boys next to him did the same.

"Hi-hiya boys!" Kai shouted with a over exaggerated wave. "I'm lost! And my car is being a bitch!"

"I don't even think you should be driving like that," one of the other boys muttered.

The final boy looked her up and down. Jack then chose to block out the rest of the conversation as he crept forward. He came to the side of the trees not far from where they were. Part of him wanted to shoot all three now but of that wasn't blowing his cover he didn't know what was.

The boy that was checking Kai out was now closer to her. Obviously he was not familiar with personal space. She laughed at something he said. Jack rolled his eyes waiting for something to happen.

Her hands grabbed his ass. Before Jack could gag he noticed what she was trying to do- grabbing his pass from where his hung from his belt.

Jack watched uncomfortably until he saw her grab the pass. Kai disconnected herself from the guy. She began to spin in circles and fling her arms this way and that. The guys on patrol were to busy watching her to notice her fling something in the trees.

Jack noticed it. He dove to catch it. And he did catch it but he successfully... managed to run into a tree. Ignoring his pain Jack continued walking and left Kai behind. He silently hoped that she was okay as he headed through the trees until he came to the gate. He walked out the trees and to the main gate. He kept his head down as he placed the stolen pass on the scanner and opened the door.

He walked inside and past the few people milling about. He glanced at the doors searching for a room with computers.

After walking for about ten minutes he opened a door on a whim. Inside was... a broom.

He had walked into the closet.

Jack closed the door and continued down the hall. After taking some random turns he opened another door. Inside sat a computer a laptop actually. Four of them charging side by side, but that wasn't the only thing inside. Also there was two sets of bunk beds. And on them sat four girls in various stages of dress.

At the sight of him all of the girls grabbed their guns.

Jack's eyes widened. "Shit."
