The latest chapter from my random book reveals how big of a dork I am for you-know-what, and this proves it.
I freaking LOVE THIS DUDE. When he was introduced, I knew right then and there I had to draw him.
Such a well-written antagonist! Deceptive, charming, scarily observant...and in only seven episodes I've established a love/hate relationship with him. His arrival wasn't nearly as hyped up by the fandom as it should have been though.
I headcanon that he and his generals all get together for girls' night outs when they aren't busy trying to kill the paladins (maybe I'll draw Auxia and Enzor and the rest...).
He has a locked Galra blade like Keith's, because I was just too lazy to draw a proper one. Drawing all of the details on the armor was the hardest part, and it was kind of frustrating at times. I...had to cut something out because I just couldn't get it right. I was overall quite happy with the result, and I was able to improve some shading and hand-gripping techniques.
That probably sounds a bit pretentious, sorry.
But yeah, here's our fabulous L'oreal commercial!
