this is the first entry to this ✨magnificent ✨ art book, and I'm happy to say I'm pretty pleased with it!

this is a redraw of Shanty, a character I made in fifth grade with a pencil and a blue sharpie pen.

here's how she started out;;

the anatomy makes my eyes cry, though everyone has to start somewhere, yeah? I think she's alright, I remember how proud I was when I drew it!

and here's now! about uh,,, three/four years later!

I tried to keep the same pose and relative outfit, though there are some minor changes! I think I definitely still have room to grow, and I'm a bit glad I chose that pose back then-I'm still terrible at drawing hands!
