Karishma arranged her things in the wardrobe late in the evening, past two days, she hadn't seen Haseena in the house, & she heard some noises coming out from outside of the room, "did she back", & a hard sound grabbing her attention, & Karishma's heart skip a beat, "kahi koi chor toh" & she picked up the umbrella, & take a baby step towards the living area, & another noise grabbed her attention, "kitchen mei se" & she takes baby steps towards the kitchen, & found a figure in a long hoodie, lights are off & the figure looking for something it a drawer, & before figure move a bit, Karishma hit the umbrella stick on figure's back, & a deep pain groan voices coming out from figure, & Karishma on the light, & goes to hit another time, "argh, mai hun, mai hun" & Karishma open her eyes & looks at Haseena, who holds the pan in front of her face with a poor gesture, & umbrella falls on the ground, with open mouth, & asked, "tum kab aayi, aur mujhe pata kiu nahi chala"

Haseena tries to rub her back, & says, "late afternoon ko aayi hun, aaww" & Karishma looks at Haseena's closed eyes, her face clearly shows she is in pain, "tumhari galati hai, aise bina light ke kon kitchen mei khada hota hai, woh bhi hoodie mei", "insan hun thakki huyi hun, 36 ghante nonstop kaam kiya hai, unn 36 ghanton mei 5 operations karke aayi hun, bina sooye, toh kya ghar aa kar kapde utarkar aati kitchen mei, bhook lagi hai, aur mere saare food drawer khaali kiu hai"

"chips, candy's, chocolates, ice cream's tubs, noodles, instants food packet, & last but not least pizza slices that is not so good for health Ms surgeon, toh maine sab kuch gareebon mei bat diye" & Haseena looks at Karishma with shocked face, "mujhe bhook lagi hai bhook, Ms writer, ab mai khaaungi kya, 36 ghante pehle khaaya tha, woh bhi ek sandwich aur coffee", "haan toh aise bolo na, bana deti hun kuch" & Karishma open the fridge door, & Haseena look at her fridge, the whole fridge fully packed with vegetables, eggs, other groceries as well, & Karishma pulled two eggs & oranges, & Haseena take a seat on chair, & she rested her chin on her palm, & her eyes started to close, while Karishma break the eggs, & make omelet, & peel the oranges, & make a fresh juice, & turned towards dinning table, where Haseena slept in seated position, her chin rested on her palm, her mouth slightly open, & Karishma carefully keep the plate little far from Haseena, & carefully touched on Haseena's arm, & tiredly Haseena open her eyes, & looks at Karishma, then omelet & Karishma keep the juice glass in front of Haseena, & Haseena asked, "coffee", "look at your dark circle, they screaming a loud for sleep, no you are not drinking coffee, otherwise you started to look like a witch", & Haseena sighs, & cut the omelet into pieces, & eat it, & says, "thank you", & Karishma take a seat in front of Haseena, & Haseena cut another piece of omelet & looks at Karishma with sleepy eyes & asked, "why are you wearing scarf in the house, & that too in summer days, don't you feel hot", "that none of your business" Karishma says with sharp stern tone, & Haseena sighs & silently eat her food, & her cell started to ringing, & with laziness she getting up from chair, & collect her keys, & phone, & Karishma asked, "where are you going", "emergency call" & Haseena went in her room, splash some cold water on her face, & left the half food & half glass of juice on dinning table, & before wearing a shoes, & Haseena says, "don't get mad, woh half plate food aur half glass juice waise hi rehne do, maine aane ke baad khaa lungi" & she slapped on her face's both side, & pulled out one sachet from one of the drawer, & tore it, & empty in her mouth, "you can do it" she whispered under her breath, & she left the house..

Out of curiosity, Karishma opened the drawer, & found the coffee sachets, & awestricken by an act of Haseena, who eats coffee powder, & left the house, "what kind of this girl, & who eats coffee powder like milk powder" & she looks at the sachets pack with weird eyes, & walks towards the dining table, & looks at the half plate food & half glass of juice, & sigh, & keep it in a fridge..

Haseena stood near her in blue scrub with closed eyes, & an open mouth a little, & the nurse knocked on Haseena's cabin door & entered the cabin, looked at Haseena, who was sleeping in a standing position, & carefully touched Haseena's arm, & Haseena open her eyes, & looks at nurse, & says, "done for a done, why can't people stay away from the unhealthy thing, I am dead, when will hospital dean appoint new senior surgeon", & she takes a seat on her chair, & nurse kept the coffee mug, & Haseena nods no, & says, "my quota is done, Georgi, thanks for this, & did Ross update the report", & nurse keep the patient report file on the table, & Haseena shares a tired smile, & says, "thank you", & Haseena's cabin door sudden gets open, & she tiredly looking at the person, "kya khabar hai", & Haseena looking at the nurse, & nurse leaves the cabin, "mar rahi hun"

"I am asking about your future wife Haseena", & Haseena looks at the person, & says, "abhi shayad se soo rahi hogi, aur mujhe kuch pata nahi hai Sameera"

"Sameera, are you serious Haseena, I am your best friend, you should call me Sam only, I am Sameera only for outsiders, you broke my heart into pieces" & Sameera sat on the couch..

Haseena looks at Sameera & says, "you are so dramatic, please don't behave like this in front of anybody, otherwise no one will believe you are OBGY head"

"then tell me, what happened between you two" Sameera asked with the same excited tone..

Haseena sighed, "she makes an omelette & fresh orange juice for me, when I look for food in the kitchen", "what" Sameera jumped in excitement, "mmm, stop behaving like a kid Sam" Haseena stared at Sam with dead glare, & Sam quickly says, "she is keeper, I am telling you"

Haseena shook her head with a smirk, & completed her reading report, & signed it, & said, "I am leaving, right now, we meet at 10 in the morning, bye" & she picked up her bag, & "woh scrub toh nikal kar jaa" & Haseena check out herself with poor eyes, & Sam asked, "kisi ko bol dun tujhe chodne", "no, it's only 1:30 am, I'll go" & she leaves the cabin, "be safe" Sam says with a smile, "hopefully the girl who suddenly appeared in this surgeon life this time, is keeper, not heartbreaker"

Karishma was busy arranging things in her room, & she listened to the door open ring, & footstep of Haseena, she didn't go out of her room to check on Haseena, while Haseena kept the bag in her place, & tiredly looked at the guest room, & make an invisible bubble in her mouth, & she takes a step towards the guest room..

"woah, you change the colour, oh my eyes" Haseena says with a fake irked face..

Karishma looks at Haseena, who lens on the door with crossed arms, & Karishma unbelievably shakes her head, & Haseena rolls her eyes at Karishma's bed, & says, "what are you doing at this hour, you can arrange things in the morning as well"

Karishma did not give any attention to Haseena, & Haseena shrugged her shoulders, & says, "okay, enjoy your time" & she walked towards her room, & Karishma shook her head, "need to control my frustration"

Haseena got fresh, & came out of the room, & opened the fridge, & found the healthy homemade food plate, & softly smirked, & she felt the presence of Karishma & Karishma said, "garam karke khaa lo" & Haseena shook her head, & keep the food plate in the oven, & Karishma goes in live area & plays the TV, & Haseena quietly peep out from the kitchen, & twisting her lips, & says, "tumhe Spanish aati hai"

"haan, yahi kaam karti hun" Karishma did not look at Haseena, & she wrote down something in her notebook, & Haseena pulled out warm food, & took a seat another end of the couch, & Karishma caught Haseena by the corner of the her eyes, & Haseena mix the curry into rice, & take a one a bite & says, "thank you for the food, at this hour" & she looking at the timing, "2:23 am almost" & Karishma looks at Haseena & says, "we need to talk"

Haseena shook her head in agreement, & Karishma paused the video, & Haseena said, "please don't pause it, I am, I am watching" & she looked Karishma's straight face, "okay, go ahead"

"what do we answer to people, if they ask about us" Karishma asked in a serious tone..

"why they will gonna asked about us" Haseena asked with chewing food..

"your friends, my friends, what we will answer them" Karishma comes on straight to the point, & Haseena thinks for a moment, & says, "but humein unnhe answer karna hi kiu hai", & Karishma stares at Haseena for a moment, "agar hum doono mei se koi bhi kisi aur ke saath pakda gaya toh", "excuse me, hum doono ka rishta taye kiya hai, humare parents ne, abhi aane wale ek saal tak hum kisi aur ko date hi nahi kar sakte, aur aisa kiya aur hum doono mei se kis ke bhi parent ko pata chala toh unnka dil tootega", & Haseena looks at Karishma, who nodding with 'get it' expression, "toh humein kya karna chahiye", "aaj ke baad hum doono bahar walon ke liye girlfriends hai", "cool, I don't mind" & Haseena finished her food, & says, "it was tasty" & she walks into the kitchen, & clean her plates, & come back in the live area again, & take a seat another end of the couch, & Karishma says, "tumhare parking mei meri car bhi parked hai"

"woh bakwas car tumhari hai", "It's a sports car" Karishma says clutching her fist to control her anger, "you wasted your money, it's not worth it at all" Haseena says casually..

"why don't you talk with me normally, what is wrong with you", "I'll answer your question, but before that, answer my question, why are you still wearing that damn scarf", "mind your own business" & Karishma sighs, & get back to her work, & Haseena shakes her head, look after Karishma wears that scarf middle of the night as well, & she gets up & says, "good night, & once again thanks for the food", "khaane ke liye baar, baar thanks mat bolo, bas har weekend par mere saath groceries ke liye chala karo" Karishma politely says, "mai try karungi, lekin jab kabhi tumhe bore lage ya phir tired ho toh, tum mujhe sidhi list bhej sakti ho, mai hospital se aate waqt lekar aaungi" & Karishma shook her head, & Haseena says, "it's almost 2:45 am, get some sleep, good night" & she walks towards the room..

The first three weeks Haseena stayed busy with her work, Karishma hardly see Haseena's face, early morning Haseena left the house, & came back after she slept, & sometimes she didn't back, & untouched food plate witnessed Haseena's not presence in the house..

One fine weekend morning Karishma came out of her room with a hard yawn, & found Haseena near the kitchen slab holding a coffee mug, & standing sleeping with a little open mouth, Karishma felt bad looked after Haseena's condition, & she came near her, softly says, "doctor", "please 5 minutes nahi toh jaan jaa sakti hai" she clearly whispered in a tired tone, without opening her eyes, & Karishma carefully touched Haseena's wrist, & Haseena open her eyes with resting her head on kitchen cabin, & says, "oh I am in home", & Karishma says, "tumhe bukhar hai"

"nahh, it's normal, relaxed" & she pure hot water in mug, & asked, "tumhe coffee chahiye", "nahi" & Haseena coming out of the kitchen, & Karishma followed her, "tumhe bukhar hai Haseena", "NAHI HAI" Haseena says with high tone, & walks into her room, & shut the door with anger, "mujhe kya padi hai, bukhar se pighal hi kiu na jaaye" & way towards her room with stumping foot, & shut the door with thud sound..
