"aur hum bhi yeh dosti risteindari mei badalna chahte hai" Karishma coughed hard while spitting out water, & she looked at those wide eyes, & two peoples pair of poor eyes met for the first time..

Two days ago, Karishma's cell rang for the fourth time, & she was still searching for her cell when she heard the particular ringtone ringing, which reminded her of her mother, she groans, & prays to god, & the cell stop ringing, & she took relief breath, but again her cell started to ring with another particular ringtone, & she pleads to god, her heartbeat reaches on peak point with every ring..

Another end side of the story, Haseena walks into her cabin in a blue colour scrub with a tired face, & looks at her desk & sighs, she corrects the place of files, then her diary, & last but not least, keeps the glass water on her right side, rest her head, she goes to closed her eyes, & her cell started to dance on phone stand, "video call", & she sighs, & cut the call..

Finally, Karishma found her cell under the bunch of papers, & checked out particular ringtones miscalled, & controlled her heartbeats, & "itne saare calls kon karta hai", & she dialled the number..

Haseena opened her eyes & picked up the video call with a yawn, "yeh kya haal bana ke rakha hai"

Karishma holds her cell near her face, & says, "hi maa, hello papa"

"ammi abhi ek surgery karke aaye hai, aap please kisi bhi baat ko lekar shuru mat kariye, mai bahot jaada tired hun" Haseena says with a tired tone..

"maa hum kaam kar rahe the, aur aapko kiu dekhna hai, ke hum kaise kaam kar rahe hai, aur yeh humara office hai, khud ka cabin hai, hum kaise bhi yaha par kaam kar sakte hai" Karishma says in pouty tone..

"humare aankhoine ke neeche kale gadde aaye hai, toh ussmei konsi badi baat hai, ammi hum ek best hospital mei kaam karte hai, itni kum umar mei aapki beti best surgeon hai, usska best rate 89% hai, aur aapko yeh nahi dikh raha hai, bas humare yeh aankhoine ke neeche aaye huye gadde dikh rahe hai, mai patli hun yeh dikh raha hai", "aur tum 29 ki ho gayi ho, yeh abhi dikh raha hai" her mother says in stern tone..

"25 ki ho gayi ho, kab aayege tumhe manners, aur kitni baar kaha hai, aapni saari chizein thik jagah par rakha karo"

"bas 29 ki hi huyi hun, ussmei konsi badi baat hai, aur aapne mujhe yeh yaad dilane ke phone kiya hai", "Haseena" a heavy, but polite tone Haseena heard & she shut her mouth..

"maa kya baat hai, aur meri yeh 25 ki umar huyi hai, yeh baat kis liye ki jaa rahi hai" Karishma asked with a soft tone..

"2 din baad humein hotel blue mei aa kar milo, dinner ek saath kar rahe hai, thik hai", Haseena shook her head politely, "ji abbu"

"2 din baad, shaam ko humein hotel blue mei mil rahi ho, family dinner karte hai, jab se tumne naya kaam haath mei liya hai tab se tumne ghar par aana band kiya hai, toh 2 din baad, kitna bhi bada kaam kiu naa ho, humein woh saara kaam chodke, tum mil rahi ho, ek saath dinner karte hai" Karishma shook her head with a smile, "ji papa"

They both cut the call, & lean on a chair with sighs..

Karishma singh, 25 years old, the writer, hate to love, but expert in writing a love, reading a love, & watching to love, & living on her earnings, but in a rented apartment..

Haseena malik, 29 years old, a successful surgeon, love her job, & her small friend circle, loves her parents but built a huge wall around herself for new people, & she takes care of it, personally, or her friend circle can call it, she guarding that huge wall, with her rudeness, heartless, arrogancy & her ruthless personality for only those people who try to climb that wall..

PS: this story is only about Karishma & Haseena, other characters are not that important, so you can imagine whomever you want as per the introduction, & I am not going too deep into Haseena's profession, so please forgive me for that one thing, I wanted one frontline surgeon, that's it, so please forgive me.

Back to the story, 2 days later..

Haseena checked out at the time, it indicates 8:39 pm, & her parents numerous miscalls, & she changed her hospital shoes into her formal shoes, & sprayed some perfume on her clothes, & left the hospital, but before that, she informed reception that, she can available for emergency, & finally she leaves the hospital with a good note..

Haseena was driving her SUV car towards the destination when her cell rang, & she cut the call, & pressed the auto-typed message, & that she was driving, & her eyes caught the time 9:12 pm, & she shook her head in disbelieve looked after the traffic, & finally, she dialled the number of her parent, & says, "ammi raastein mei hun, thoda wait kariye, traffic laga hai, iss samay bhi, aa rahi hun" & she cut the call before listening to any reply from her mother..

A 9:23 pm Haseena reached the hotel, & she stood in the lobby, & manager asked, "yes mam"

"reservation on the name of Malik", "Haseena malik" a manager asked her politely, & she smiled warmly, & manager guided her table, & she walked towards the table with a little confused face, two people's back shows familiar, but two peoples faces shows unfamiliar, but those two familiar faces enjoying time with unfamiliar faces, & Haseena reach near the table, & lady says, "dekho aa gayi Haseena"

Haseena smiled at the woman, & she shared a warm side hug with a smooch on her cheeks of love, & The man too stood up, & Haseena shared a warm hug with him, & he showered his love through his forehead kiss to her, & Haseena looked at unfamiliar faces, & Haseena's mom said, "baitho", & Haseena take a seat beside her mother, & her father gets busy with talking with those unfamiliar faces, & Haseena's whispered near Haseena's ear, "yeh kya huliya banake aayi ho"

Haseena turned her face towards her mother with blinks, & whispered back, "mujhe kya pata tha, aapne kisi aur ko bhi bulaya hai family dinner ke naam par, aur aapne baataya kiu nahi"

"Haseena beta" & Haseena, & Haseena's mother stops whispering, & looks at the lady with a smile, "pehchana humein", "Haseena is clueless of that question, & unfamiliar man irrupts in a playful voice, "tum bhi kaise sawal puch rahi ho, beta humari patni ke sawal ka jawab mat do, hum baata dete hai, hum doono hai aapke maata pita ke kareebi dost jo ke India mei rehte hai, aur yaha UK ghumne aaye hai, aur saath mei humari beti se milne"

Haseena faintly smiles, & at the same time a girl walks into a scenario in a formal knee-length dress & a scarf around her neck, & Haseena rolls her eyes, & says in her head, "bahar itni garmi hai aur yeh hai ke scarf ko gale mei dalkar ghum rahi hai, weirdo" & her mind voice cut by her father's voice, "Haseena issye milo, yeh hai Karishma, humare dost ki beti" & Haseena looks at Karishma, who took a seat beside her mother, & their eyes met only for once, both are not interested to share a single smile as well, & they ordered the food, the whole table was busy in talking but only two persons are not willing to share anything, they both only enjoying their food, that's it..

After dinner was over, their parents ordered the cake for dessert, "toh kya kehte ho, baata de, jaruri baat" Haseena's father asked Karishma's father, & words of Haseena's father grabbed the attention of Karishma's & Haseena's, & they both started to look at their parents..

"aaj ka dinner kisi purpose ki wajah se planned kiya gaya tha, aur humara woh purpose poora bhi ho gaya hai" Karishma's mother says with smile..

Haseena & Karishma look at their parent with clueless minds, & Haseena's mother exchanges a smile, "aur hum yeh chahte hai, ke yeh dosti ab next level par le jaaye"

Haseena, & Karishma gulped their throat, & Karishma held the glass of water, "yeh hai humari choice, aur humein ladki pasand hai" Haseena widened her eyes, & hear after Haseena's father's words..

"aur hum bhi yeh dosti risteindari mei badalna chahte hai" Karishma coughed hard while spitting out water, & she looked at those wide eyes, & two peoples pair of poor eyes met for the first time, hear after Karishma's father declaration..

And Haseena turned her shocked face towards her parents, & Karishma looked at her parent with a poor face, while their parents looked at their daughters with hopeful eyes, & those hopeful eyes, they couldn't ignore it, they had no option but to say no..

"toh kya kehte ho tum doono" Haseena's mother asked with an excited tone..

Haseena & Karishma looks at each other, but they both do not dare to open their mouth, & Karishma's mother says, "arye, tum bhi kya yeh sawal puch rahi ho, dikh nahi raha hai, doono ke doono chup hai, matlab haan hai unn doono ki" & quickly Haseena irrupt with her hands up..

Karishma's attention grab by Haseena's hands, & she looked at Haseena with upset layer, & Haseena opened her mouth with a firm tone, "mai kuch kehna chahti hun" & their parents shook their heads, & Haseena gulped her throat, & said, "mujhe kuch time spend karna hai Karishma ke saath, before gets marry" & Karishma's eyes pops with shocked, "yeh kya bol rahi ho" Haseena's mother says with stern tone..

"ammi let me finish first, please" Haseena politely says..

"baat poori karne do, beta bolo tum" Karishma's mother says with a smile..

Haseena take a long breath, & says, "mujhe Karishma ke saath kuch waqt beetana hai, taake usse pata chale mere profession ke baare mei, mai doctor hun, surgeon hun, aur mere field mei divorce hone ke chance bahot hi jaada hai, aur aap sab best friends hai, aur mai ya phir Karishma bhi aisa nahi chahnge ke aapki dosti kharab ho, aage chalkar aisa kuch ho toh, iss liye mujhe kuch waqt beetana hai"

"I am in" Karishma quickly says firmly, & they both start to stare at their parents..

A pin-dropped silence broke by Haseena's father, "kitna waqt chahiye", & Haseena looked at Karishma, & Haseena says, "ek"

"ek saal" Haseena's mother almost screams, & Haseena tries to nod hesitantly, & before Karishma's mother irrupt, Karishma says, "itna toh waqt chahiye, ek dusre ko jaanane ka, aur hum doono ko mile waqt bhi kitna hua hai"

"hum sab ke time toh aisa nahi tha" Karishma's mother firmly says, "maa aapke waqt normal shaadiyan hoti thi, ab zamana badal gaya hai, aap doono hi dekho, aap bhi aapki beti ki shaadi ek ladki se fix kar rahe ho, toh waqt toh dijiye, aur mujhe Haseena ki baat samjh aa rahi hai, aapke itne saal ki dosti, agar hum doono ki shaadi ke baad divorce ki wajah se kharab huyi toh humein accha nahi lagega"

"she is correct" Haseena quickly agrees with Karishma, & they both exchange looks, & look at their parent, & their parent think for a moment, & their parent's sighs sounds grab their attention, & Haseena's father says, "thik hai, toh kal hi Karishma aapna saara saman, rented house se, Haseena ke ghar mei shift karegi"

Haseena widened her eyes in shock, & Karishma looked at Haseena with a helpless face, & mentally Haseena hit herself, while her father garbs her attention, "poppy" Karishma held laughter, & looking at Haseena, whose face was embarrassed by the pet name called by her father, & Haseena looks at her father, "tumhe koi problem hai" & Haseena nods no, "thik hai, Karishma kal hi tum aapna saara saman, Haseena ke apartment mei shift karna, thik hai", & Karishma looks at her parent, then Haseena, who is not willing to look at her, & Haseena says, "mujhe nikalna hoga, emergency hai, mujhe nikalna hoga" & she greets to everyone with a faint smile & left the place, without turned back for once..
