~AUTHORS NOTE: Hey guys! So I'm not sure about this story, it was fun to write, not sure what I'm going to write next to I guess just Just Watch What Happens :D (oh that was a good one)~

"Youse still dreaming about stars Jack?" A voice called to him as he laid on his bunk, his arms folded behind his head.

"Nah, Jacks over that, he's thinking about some one special" another voice said, Jack looked over and spotted Race grinning at him. Jack smirked.

"See Romeo he doesn't even deny it" Race said. Jack sat up swinging his legs over the bed and stood up stretching his muscles.

"Aye! Where ya going Jackie?" Romeo said as Jacks took a step towards the door. Race smacked Romeo across the back of the head.

"ta Katherine's, obviously" he said as Romeo rubbed the back of his head.

"Where else would I'se go?" Jack challenged. Romeo shrugged, Race stuck a cigar between his teeth and smirked.

"Hey Jack, youse better be careful I bet ole man Pulitzer wouldn't be to happy ta know youse was being sweet on his daughter right under his nose"
Jacks eyes glinted mischievously.

"Be careful? What's the fun in that?" He said. The boys chuckled with laughter as Jack headed out into the night although it was dark, he knew the way to Katherine's house like the back of his hand his thoughts slowly drifted to her and how bright her smile was, and how passionate she was about things and how unbelievably well her body fit in his arms or how well there lips moved together... "Wow, pull yourself together" Jack whispered to him self as the Pulitzer mansion came into view. The last thing he needed was to get himself caught in a day dream, one needed to be on alert when sneaking into their girlfriends room at 10 o'clock at night. Jack slipped through the familiar gap in the fence and crouched across the grass, keeping to the shadows. When he reached the house he pulled himself onto the fire escape and climbed to the second level. He carefully peered into her room and smiled at the sight, she was sitting at her type writer staring at it, her soft curls were sprawled across her shoulders and she wore her usual red skirt and white blouse. She was taping her fingers fast on her desk thinking hard. Softly Jack reached out and tapped on her window, she jumped slightly and turned to look. A smile spread across her features as she saw Jack and she quickly came to the window pulling it open.

"And what would you be doing out on my fire escape Mr Kelly?" She asked her eyes bright in the moonlight. Jack smirked and leaned on the window seal so he could be closer to her.

"Couldn't sleep... you wanna help me?" He said turning his charm on like a switch. She flushed slightly at the innuendo but leaned closer to him.

"I'm not very good at helping people fall asleep" she said. Jacks smirk grew and he wondered if he could get away with another suggestive comment.

"we don't half to sleep" he said raising his eyebrows. Katherine attempted to looked annoyed but she looked as if she were holding back a smile.

"Watch it Kelly" she whispered. Jack chuckled as she pulled him into her room, he glanced around at her neatly made bed and her very messy, unorganized desk.

"What youse working on?" Jack asked when he saw her desk.

"Just an article about food poisoning, I wasn't really working on it thought I couldn't think straight" she said with a wave of her hand.

"Need help?" He asked pulling him to her.

"Nope" she replied popping her "P"
Jack pulled her lips to his and kissed her softly trying to memorize them. She wrapped her arms around his neck and stood on her tippy toes trying to deepen the kiss but he pulled away just enough so there lips barely touched. She let out an irritated noise and twisted her hands in his hair trying to pull him closer, but he kept far enough away. He was teasing her and it made him chuckle to see her annoyed.
She pulled away her eyes confused and annoyed "Jack" she said exasperated. He grinned and pressed his fingers into her sides and brought his lips to hers again, this time letting her deepen it as much as she wanted. She pulled away after a moment to catch her breath "I'm glad you came" she whispered pressing a hand to his chest. He replied by pressing his lips softly to her neck, she shuttered underneath his touch. "If my father knew..." she said leaning her head back for him. Jack sighed against her skin, this was not the first time this had come up she had always been nervous to let Jack in her room for fear her father would find out. Jack had never been too worried he wasn't about to let Pulitzer get in his way, but alas Katherine was still worried.

"Ace, relax I ain't scared of him" Jack said pulling back to look her in the eyes. "I already told ya that"
Katherine nodded and Jack thought back to their first kiss back on the roof of the logging house, it had been so real, she had been so real.

"I'm still worried though, he has men that can do really awful things" she said her eyes far away. Jack cupped her cheek with his hand and made her look at him,

"Yea but youse wouldn't let them hurt me would ya? Youse my Angel reamber? Ya here ta save me" Jack said. Katherine smiled and rolled her eyes at his cheekiness, she then pulled him into a hug.

"Love you Jack" she whispered.

"Love ya too Ace" he whispered back.
