A/N: Hey everyone! Just to let everyone know, this chapter will just be a simple little bonding trip for our characters. Nothing real big or major but should be nice. Stick around for announcements/shoutouts at the end of the chapter. Hope everyone enjoys!

Now with their part of the show over with, Ben was now backstage receiving applause and congratulations for one hell of a comeback match. It was everything he hoped for and felt great to be back. However, Ben had to give a big thanks to Sheamus for giving him such a great match. He owed him big time for it and they mixed up their crafts even better than they thought they would. What an amazing competitor he was.

Then, the celebration was cut short when the room's attention was drawn to The Fiend returning as well, eyes darted right at The Archangel. There was nothing but creepy silence for a moment until Bray removed his Fiend mask, revealing a bright welcoming smile.

"Bring it here buddy!"

Ben grinned before going to hug his good friend. They've been big fans of each other since first discovering one another and became fast friends upon meeting. They also had some in-ring battles in the past, but nothing on the scale of what was to become of their new rivalry.

"Welcome back kid! It's great to see you again" Wyatt cheered.

"It's great to see you too man. You're looking better than ever"

"Right back at ya!"

He then turned his attention towards the five feet of fury right next to Bray.

"And you absolutely kill it out there with this"

Alexa blushed a little from his kind words.

"Thanks and you looked great out there yourself"

Ben did a little bow, earning giggles from the two.

"Say, the night is still young" Bray noted. "You wanna grab a bite and catch up?"

"Let's do it!"

They exited guerrilla and went to change into casual clothes before meeting up at a local cafe they all enjoyed. They got to talking about the years apart and Bray started praising Ben's time on the Indie scene when that got brought up.

"I hafta say, you had some awesome matches in the Indies these past years, like that one you had with that big British star. Uh... What was his name? The guy who called himself The Alpha I think?"

"Logan Kenway" Ben smiled.

"Yes, him! That match was awesome!"

"I saw that match too" Alexa chimed in. "That might be one of my favorites because you two really mixed well"

"Yea, one of my favorites too. Logan was great to work with. I honestly hope he makes it to WWE some time. You two would like him a lot, but it's weird that he's younger than me"

Alexa and Bray laughed.

"Like, I'm so used to being the baby of the locker room, but now there's all these new guys that are the same age or younger than me. It's weird and I can barely get used to it"

"You will, but you'll still hate it" Lexi replied and they laughed. "But don't worry, that doesn't mean we have to act our age"

"I'll drink to that" Ben raised his cup and they all laughed as they toasted.

"But enough about me. I heard you're gonna be taking a break from wrestling after our fued is over?" Ben asks Bray.

"Yea, just some different stuff I've been wanting to do lately, new opportunities, exploring new options, that kind of thing"

"Hmm, what kind of opportunities?" He asked with much curiosity.

"Well, for one thing, I'm gonna be doing a new indie horror film" he smirked while Ben shot up his eyebrows.

"You're kidding?!"

Bray laughed while shaking his head no. Given that Ben is a huge movie geek, Bray knew he would love the sound of that.

"Dude, sign me up already. That is perfect!"

"I'll be sure and save you a ticket"

"Sounds good" he laughed again as Bray kept grinning.

Ben then glanced back at Alexa, wanting to make sure he kept her in the conversation.

"What about you? Anything else going on?"

"Uh... Not really, just mainly putting my focus on my career and getting back in the groove of being in the ring"

Ben nodded with understanding, that being the same thing he was doing.

"I'm really glad we actually get to work together now" she smiled.

"Same here! I'm very excited about this. This is gonna be gold"

"You know it, kid. I've been waiting for this for a long time" Bray stated.

"You and me both" They fist bumped proudly. "I can already imagine what the three of us are gonna put together in the coming months"

"One thing's for sure, it'll be unforgettable" Alexa smirked.

"Hell Yes!" He then fist bumped the Goddess.

"Now, if you two will excuse me" Alexa stood from her seat and headed to the Ladies Room.

Benjamin just kept smiling as he watched her go.

"Forgive me if I'm prying, but you seem to like her" Bray noted and Ben laughingly scoffed.

"Tell you the truth, I've always liked her at least a little bit since she first appeared on Smackdown, not that I'm the only one there of course"

The two friends laughed.

"But now, since actually meeting her, getting to see her with my own two eyes; honestly, it's impossible not to"

Bray giggled under his breath.

"She's a great girl, the kind you don't see every day" Bray acknowledged.

"Yea, but I've only actually met her just a week ago; and given that I just got back and now starting a new beginning here... I mean, it seems so sudden. I don't wanna rush things without being sure of everything, especially the timing"

"Well, you have plenty of time to make sure and work up to it. Just take it slow. It hasn't been real long since her engagement broke off"

"Yea, that's actually one of the things that worries me about this"

"Hey, don't sweat it man. When she's ready, she'll come around, I know it. Just take the time to hang out with her every chance you get and make sure she's doing more than just focusing on her career. She hasn't really done much outside of it and may need it"

Benjamin had a feeling when he asked her about that earlier. She seemed like she hadn't done much lately outside of WWE and didn't seem too interested in such either. He certainly hoped he could help her out and would try his best.

"I'll do what I can, promise"

"I know you will" Bray smiled. "But also, please treat her right. I'd hate to see Braun coming after you"

"Yea, thanks"

They both laughed before Alexa returned.

"I miss anything?"

Ben and Wyatt glanced at each other with smirks.

"Nothing important" Bray answered, although she seemed a bit suspicious.

"Actually, I was wondering about something if it's not too much to ask?" Ben asked Alexa as she looked at him with wonder.

"What's up?"

"Would you be willing to travel with me tomorrow? I'm scheduled to be at the house show on Wednesday and Ricochet's down in Orlando this week"

Alexa looked a little surprised for a moment. She glanced at Bray as he smirked with impression. She thought about it for a moment before giving her answer.

"Yea, it's no problem at all"

Ben smiled gladly before thanking her and she smiled back.

It was the next day when the superstars of Monday Night Raw were once again hitting the road. Many of them, including Benjamin and Alexa, ate breakfast together before separating into their decided travel groups. Ben and Lexi were now on the road and heading off towards their next show.

"Thanks again for doing this, really means a lot" Ben said as he drove with Alexa in the passenger seat next to him.

"No problem, gives me a chance to get to know you better" she smiled and he reflected it. "Plus, I know traveling all alone can kind of suck"

"I don't mind it sometimes; having my own little space, listening to music, getting lost in my own imagination; can be nice actually. But usually, I like to have someone with me, even if we're not really doing anything"

"Just nice to have the presence of friendly company" She stated and he nodded back. "By the way, I noticed you wear those a lot when you're out in public" she pointed to the headphones sitting on the dashboard.

"Not always, just usually around this time of year" he noted.

"Is there a reason for that? If you don't mind me asking?"

"Not at all. It's... kind of an autistic thing, if not an anxiety thing"

"Drown out extra noise?" Alexa asked, having heard something about that.

"For some? Yes. For me? Mostly because I have really bad anxiety about being able to hear things buzz, especially too closely to my ears; and I know that may sound kind of dumb, but it's a real thing for me"

"No, it doesn't sound dumb at all. I know people with special hearing have that type of problem. Does hearing things buzz really bother you that much?"

Ben could tell she was interested in knowing, which he actually appreciated, and tried to explain as best as he could.

"It's a little hard for me to explain, but the best way I can is it's like someone shooting a taser directly into my ear. It's not painful in that same sense, but it's one of the most unnerving things that could possibly happen to me. I mean, it just rips my nerves to shreds when I hear that"

Alexa grew a look of concern as he spoke.

"I'm sorry, that sounds awful"

"I mean, don't gemme wrong, special hearing does have its perks, but also its flaws like everything else. But, *sighs* I'm learning to deal with it"

"I wish you didn't have to though"

Ben could hear the caring nature in her voice and couldn't help but smile.

"Well, enough about me and my anxiety problems. Anything else you'd like to know?"

Alexa seemed hesitant about her next topic.

"There is something I've been lightly curious about, but you don't have to answer if it's none of my business"

Ben furrowed his brow.

"What's up?"

Alexa took in a short breath before asking.

"Would you still have come back if Vince was still in charge?"

Ben's expression went from questionable to understanding, given this was something a lot of people wondered.

"No, not a chance. I mean, I appreciate everything Vince did for me in the past, but.. he lost his way and... stuck around way longer than he should have. I hope that doesn't offend you though"

"No, you're ok. I like Vince, but he was getting harder to work with in later years; and it was time for some big changes"

"Amen, now here's a question for you," he smirked as Alexa raised her own brow.

"Ok?"

"What has it been like with this new darker character you have alongside Bray?"

"Oh my God, it has been amazing! Some of the most fun I've ever had. Like, I'm doing things I never thought I could do before and it has been such a ride"

"It's easy to get lost in, right?" He kept on smirking.

"Yea, it is actually. It's crazy, but I love it. It's great getting to explore this different side of me and show everyone what I can do"

"Well, if you don't mind me saying so, you make quite the incredible actress"

"Thankyou" Alexa blushes again.

"I mean, your wrestling ability is pretty ok too. Don't gemme wrong"

Alexa could tell he was messing with her and gave him a playful slap to the arm as he giggled. She just shook her head while turning back towards the road.

"Ok, here's another, is it really true that Rey Mysterio was your inspiration?"

"Hell yes! My childhood hero. I could watch Rey all day"

"Same here! Him, Cena and Undertaker will always be my top guys. Not that I don't love any of today's stars, but nobody will ever replace those three for me"

"Good, no one should. Nobody could replace my favorites and Rey's too cool"

"Preach!" They playfully fist bump. "What's your favorite match of Rey's?"

"Oooo, that's a tough one..."

"Yea, he's had a lot of great ones, right?" Ben giggles as Lexi thinks for a moment.

"Uh... My personal favorite... I would have to say either when he won his first world title, or any of his matches with Eddie Guerrero"

"Oooo, some good choices there" Ben smiled like a fanboy.

"What's your favorite?"

"Oof, it's tough for me to choose honestly"

"Ok, how bout this then, what's your favorite Disney movie?"

Ben gives her a glance before laughing a little.

"Figures you'd ask me that"

"Is that another tough one?"

"Honestly, I'm bad at choosing favorites, but I can tell you some of my top pics"

"Let's hear it!" She grinned excitedly.

"Bolt, Big Hero 6, Emperor's New Groove-"

"Oh my God! Emperor's New Groove is too cute!"

"That's my mom's favorite too, so I basically grew up with it" he giggles. "Yea, there's a pretty huge amount of Disney stuff I like; and yes, that includes Toy Story"

Alexa giggled happily.

"Ok, now what is your favorite Disney World attraction?"

Ben's smile started to fade as he started to look a little embarrassed. He was even too afraid to look Alexa's way. She grew confused from his silence and sudden change in expression.

"What?"

Ben shamefully sighs before responding.

"Ok, don't hate me for this, but..."

"Did you not like it there?" She worriedly asked.

"No, I...*sighs again* never been there..."

Alexa's eyes widen in shock.

"What?!"

"I know, I know. I don't know how I haven't yet either. I've been meaning to forever, especially in the two years I was down there for NXT, just... never did for some reason. I honestly couldn't say"

Alexa sighed with an eyeroll, almost laughing even from disbelief.

"I'm sorry, but I can't be friends with someone who's never been to Disney World. That's unacceptable. So, next time we're in Orlando, I'm dragging you there myself, kicking and screaming if I have to"

Ben laughed, but also felt excited about his definite first trip there and flattered by Alexa wanting to do that for him. Not to mention how this also helps with getting her out more like Ben and Bray discussed.

"I look forward to it"

Alexa smiled proudly as she too was clearly excited for it. Benjamin just kept glancing at her with such admiration and wonder and with such a glint in his eyes that Lexi could feel his gaze every time. She even grew bashful when they made eye contact.

"What?" She nervously laughed.

"Nothing, it's just..... there's so much more to you than I expected. I mean, I've always known you are much different in person than you are in the ring, just... I don't know, I... I guess I never really expected what the real you would be like"

Now Ben was the one to feel embarrassed again, even more so than earlier as he kept his eyes on the road. Alexa was grateful he was too, so he wouldn't see how red her cheeks were. That was perhaps one of the sweetest things anyone has ever told her. Now she was gazing at him the way he was gazing at her just a moment ago.

Not knowing how to respond, she just shrugged and said,

"Maybe you just didn't know the real me yet"

Ben finally glanced at her again with that sweet smile Alexa found herself adoring.

"Well, I'm glad I get to now" he admitted before turning back towards the road.

"Me too"

Lexi took this moment to place her hand over Ben's as it held the gear shift. Ben wasn't sure how to handle the sudden affectionate contact, but he certainly wasn't complaining. He even wrapped his thumb around her fingers as both could feel their hearts racing, but silently enjoyed this moment all the same.

Later in the drive, Alexa was behind the wheel while Ben was asleep in the passenger side. She couldn't help but peak at him here and there, loving how peaceful he looked and feeling happy that she did this with him. She also wondered if maybe this might be leading to something more than just friendship, which was crazy considering they had only just met.

Even so, she had to ask herself if maybe it was possible, if maybe she was ready to move on and if she wanted and was willing to take a chance with him.

Could she? Would she? Only time would tell for now.

Also, Logan Kenway belongs to Logan-Kenway who introduced my OC in his Alexa Bliss story and I thought it was only fair I get him in somehow. I won't say how or when, but may actually bring him into the story at some point too. We'll just have to wait and see.
