Solar's POV
I opened the door for Mishka as she walked in and immediately noticed my human and she looked anxious about something but she gave me a respectful nod before reaching for Starry and looking at her all over like checking her mouth and eyes and nose and everything and making sure her muscles were working and eventually gave her a vaccination before releasing her and letting her run to her room but then she said something to me with a hint of an anxious tone while I feel a pit dropping into my stomach as she said "it's just like I thought she's healthy except for a high fever so just sneak this into her drink once a day for about five days and don't worry she won't even notice the taste but she's a baby human just like I feared when I heard of the small size but I know your family and your level of expertise and the fact that it's traditional to choose a human and stay with it for life but they do require different care needs and they need round the clock care like they need three meals a day but they also need a lot of healthy snacks throughout the day and they don't drink all of their drink in one sitting so it's best to just give them a cup to carry around and just filling it up every time it's empty and they need a bunch of vitamins to grow properly and they need more mental enrichment and their behavior is different and they cannot be left alone for any period of time so let me grab something from my car" she said kindly with a hint of worry in her tone before coming back with three books in her hand that have at least 1000 pages each "here you go these are about all the different developmental milestones both physically and mentally along with care and other things also the first book is ages 1-5 and the second one is 6-10 and the final one is 10-15 because beyond fifteen they can be treated how you would treat any adult human but she's four years old so you're on the first book" she said while handing the books to me and waving goodbye and I realized I just got myself into a complex situation.
