Orchid's POV
I was hiding in my room underneath the blanket as I heard the mean lady leave so I crawled out of bed because I know I've only been here for one day but I'm super bored when I suddenly see him put my cushion on the couch but it's far away enough that he can't easily reach me so I climb up with a bit of a struggle before managing to make it up there and I sit down before he slowly grabs the remote and turns on a bright and colorful tv show where I can see them all looking at the many different sky's of many different planets as I watch with interest and he proceeds to read a book while I watch in awe but eventually he slowly reaches for a deck of cards and pulls them out of the box before showing me a card of himself and he also points to himself and says "Solar!" While I say Solar? And questioningly point at him and he nods happily while showing me a card with a mirror and pointing at me "Starry!" And I realized he named me but I think that name sounds prettier than my other names so I go with it and repeat Starry? I repeat while pointing at myself with a smile before he shows me a bunch of cards and teaching me what some words mean but they were impossible for me to ever pronounce but I learned to understand the and eventually he slowly grabbed the cards before putting them away and slowly getting up before saying "lunch!" And I realized that if he was gonna hurt me he wouldn't have bothered with the whole name thing so I slowly followed behind as he goes into the kitchen and closes the gate behind him so I excitedly wait behind the gate and watch him cook as it seems he's making some weird bread like substance and then he's putting what seems to be some jelly like substance on it but as he comes closer to the gate I quickly walk to my cushion which was already moved to the ground without me noticing and I sit down and look up at him while being excited at the prospect of food!
