AK'S ROOM,

The police officers starts investigating her room. AK was hell tensed regarding Ahaan's files which was in her cupboard's locker. She knew that Parv would definitely do something to find out if she is Guddan or not but she never thought that he would do something like this.

The whole room was investigated and now only her wardrobe was left which was locked.

Constable: Ye locked hai, ise kholiye.

AK looked at him and then at Parv who was eagerly waiting for any evidences.

Parv: Aise kya dekh rahi hai, aap? Kholiye ise!

AK: Ab hamara personal space me bhi invade kiya jayega.

Parv: Ofcourse, any doubt??

She unwillingly unlocked it as she didn't wanted anyone of them to doubt on her but her facial expressions were very well expressing her turmoil. She looked around the room only to notice Revati's absence. Everyone from the house were present in her room except her. She wondered where was she when she needed her the most.

The officers were searching the entire wardrobe and Parv was keenly looking at it without even blinking to find any clue that she isn't AK but Guddan but he didn't find any. They drew out all the cash present in it and kept it infront of everyone.

Parv: Aapko ise locker me rakhna chahiye, aise bahar kyun rakha hai?

AK: Kya farak padta hai locker ke andar ho ya bahar, wo to locked hi rehta hai na.

Parv: Wo to sahi hai lekin ye poora kitna cash hoga?

AK: Why do you wanna know?

Parv: Mai bhi to is ghar me rehta hun aur ek police officer bhi hun to meri responsibility banti hai ki mai in sab ka dhyaan rakhun. To bata dijiye.

AK: Kuchh 3,4 crores honge.

Saraswati: 3,4 crores???

Parv glared his sister for expressing her astonishment in front of his team.

Saraswati (murmuring): Pehle pata hota to kuchh hazaar gaayab kar deti is me se. AK ko to pata bhi nahi chalta.

Parv: Agle baar se ise locker me rakhe. Itna cash aise bahar rakhna sahi nahi hai.

Now she was asked to unlock the locker but AK wasn't ready to do that because she didn't wanted anyone to see the documents present in it.

Parv: Ab locker kholne ke liye Panditji se mohrat nikalwana padega kya?

AK: Tumhe jo documents chahiye wo usme nahi hai. So please leave.

Parv: Wo to check karne ke baad pata chalega na ki wo usme hai ya nahi.

AK: Poore kamre ki talashi li na, mili kya? To usme bhi nahi hai.

Parv: Ho sakta hai poore kamre me nahi mili kyunki is locker me ho. Dekhiye aap apna aur hamara, donon ka time waste kar rahi hai. Aap jaldi se hame apna kaam karne de dijiye phir hame bhi tasalli mil jaayegi.

She unwillingly unlocked it and stood there completely tensed about the outcome. This time Parv himself came forward to look into the locker. He drew out the files present in it. He started checking each and every file and every statement of the papers present in them. She was just looking here and there and thinking to resolve it any ways. After checking every file he looked at the last file but AK took it before he could check it.

Parv: Kya kar rahe hai aap? Last file check karna hai phir kaam hogaya. De dijiye.

AK: Wo....wo mai keh rahi thi ki.... wo ye file....ye khaali hai...ye...is me kuchh nahi hai...

She muttered nervously because that file contained all the documents related to Ahaan, his birth certificate, his medical reports and much more.

Parv: Kuchh nahi hai to dikhane me kya problem hai? Ek baar mujhe check karne de dijiye.

He tried to take the file from her but she held it firmly and didn't gave it to him.

Parv: AK, please don't waste our time and give this file.

He said with a stern voice and she couldn't help but gave the file to him. But before he could open the file, he heard his name in a stern voice and immediately dropped the file from his hand. AK picked up the file in the nick of the time and again locked it in the locker which was noticed only by AJ as the other members were busy in recognizing the persons who came followed by Revati.

AK gave a tensed look to Revati who inturn gave her affirmation through her eyes.

Man: Inspector Parv Singh!

Parv: Sir...sir...aap yahaan? Agar kuchh kaam tha to mujhe hi bula lete, mai khud aa jata.

Man: Mai bula sakta tha lekin lagta hai aap kisi aur kaam me bohot busy hai.

Parv: Sir, wo to bas.....

Man: Kisi bhi official document ke basis par action lene se pehle us document ki aur usse related case ki achhi tarah se information nikal le. Ye basic baatein aapko sikhane ki zaroorat padegi aisa socha nahi tha.

Parv: I am sorry sir. Mai aa.....

Man: Enough! Jo tumne kiya so kiya, lekin ham bhi CBI officers hai. Aankh band kar ke kaam karna hamara pesha nahi hai. On behalf of Inspector Parv and his team, I apologize to all the Jindal family members. Actually, jis case ke related documents ke liye inhone ye sab kiya wo actually ek hafte pehle hi solve ho kar close bhi ho gaya. I think Inspector yahaan nahi the isiliye unhe pata nahi tha ki unke absence me kisi aur officer ne ye case already solve kar diya. Am I right, Inspector Parv?

Parv: Yes...yes sir!

Man: Good! I think it's high time you and your team should be in the station.

Parv: Yes sir.

He asks his team to follow him and leaves from there.

Man: I am sorry Ms.AK, hamare hote huye bhi aapke saath ye sab ho gaya.

AK: It's Ok. Waise bhi aap sahi samay par aa gaye.

Everyone look at her as they couldn't understand the actual meaning behind her words.

AK: I mean to say, I was actually getting late for my shoot. Aap ne sahi time par aa kar mera aur time waste hone se bacha liya. Thankyou! I should leave now.

She left for her shoot being relieved from the stress she was having regarding Ahaan's truth revelation.

When AK returned back from her set, she immediately barged into Revati's room to seek answers for the questions which were bothering her since the time she left. Seeing her sister so anxious, Revati smiled widely.

Revati: Aap ko dekh kar aisa lag raha hai jaisa ki ek bachha exam me fail hone wala tha lekin first aa gaya aur us se khushi bardaasht nahi ho rahi.

AK: Meri pyaari behna! Ye sab baatein chhodiye aur batao ki tumne wo kaise kiya...I mean... tumhe kaise pata chala? Tum to wahan thi bhi nahi.

Revati: Di, jab kal aapne bataya tha na ki Parv aapke baare me pata lagane ke liye kuchh to karega, tab se hi mujhe us par shak hone laga. Aaj subah wo apni team ko le kar jab ghar aaya aur unse baat kar raha tha to maine sun liya and you were right about him. Isiliye, isse pehle ki wo aapka sach jaan leta maine uska sach bahar nikalwa diya.

After listening to what she said, she hugged her excitedly.

AK: Thankyou so much! Agar tum nahi hoti to pata nahi aaj kya ho jata. Saara sach bahar aa jata.

Revati: Di, I know maine aapki help ki but honestly I didn't wanted to do that.

AK: Kyun?

Revati: Di, aap jaanti hai sach kabhi bhi bahar aa sakta hai, to phir aap hi sach kyun nahi bata deti. Ahaan ko ya kisi aur ko ye sach kahin aur se pata chale usse behtar yehi hoga ki aap use ye sach khud bata de.

AK: Revati, ham is baare me pehle bhi baat kar chuke hai aur mujhe ab kuchh aur nahi kehna.

Saying that she left to her room.

Revati: Di, aap kyun samajh nahi rahi hai? Isse sab se zyaada problem sirf aapko hogi. I hope ki jo bhi ho raha hai sahi ho aur aap par iska kisi bhi tarah se koi effect na ho.

AK'S ROOM,

AK enters her room with her own set of thoughts regarding Revati's words when she hears some voice from the balcony. She goes there and finds AJ speaking to someone on the phone. She turns back and was about to leave but stopped when she listened his words.

AJ: Aap ko ye baat chhupane ki zaroorat hi nahi thi. Isme kuchh galat nahi tha, jo tha sirf sach tha aur sach ko chhupaya nahi jaata kyunki wo kabhi na kabhi saamne aa hi jata hai.

Even though he was speaking to someone else, she felt like those words were said for her.

AJ: Chhupa kar bhi aapko kya mila? Jab Mr. Sen ko pata chala to unhe is baat se koi farak nahi pada. In fact, a strong image and reputation of us has grown for our company in front of him. Just because we assume some odd thinkings related to our past, we misconceptualize our own future regarding that.

AK was looking at his back and listening to his words attentively as he is speaking to her.

AJ: Jo hua so hua, let it be. Make sure kal ke meeting ki saari preparations ho gayi ho kyunki mai kal restaurant late se aaunga. I have some work at home. Ok!

He ended the call and was heading towards his room when he found AK staring blankly at the wall and indulged in deep thoughts.

AJ: Ms. Kapoor!

Getting no response in return, he moves closer to her and held her arm getting her out from her reverie.

AJ: Ms. Kapoor?

AK: Yeah,... Kya hua?

AJ: Ye to tumhe batana hai ki kya hua? Where are you lost? Maine aawaz bhi di lekin tum sun hi nahi rahi thi.

AK: Kuchh nahi hua hai. Nothing!

She turned towards the door of her room but before she could go, he held her wrist and turned her. He could clearly predict that something was wrong with her and she too knew very well that if she continued looking into his eyes, he will surely get confirmed about the same.

AK: Kya hua?

AJ: Wo tumne accident ke case ke related baat karne ke liye kaha tha na, usi baare me tumse baat karni hai.

AK: Kya baat hai?

AJ: Wo jo inspector ye case handle kar rahe the unka transfer ho gaya, to ab ye case koi aur handle kar rahe hai. Maine unse baat ki, he will be coming over here tomorrow morning to discuss it with us.

AK: Oh, Ok, then, I will be joining you tomorrow morning.

She gets inside her room ignoring his questioning looks regarding her.

AJ (thinking): Is it just me assuming or she was really bothered about something?

AK (thinking): Kya sab sach keh rahe hai? Hame Ahaan ko sab sach bata dena chahiye kya?

NEXT MORNING,

AJ and AK were sitting along with the inspector as he was explaining what all he did about the case.

AK: Why don't you clearly say that ki accident ke ek hafte baad bhi aap se ek truck driver ko pakadna na ho paya.

Inspector: It isn't as easy as you assume it to be.

AK: Why it isn't? Wo sirf ek truck driver hai, koi undercover spy nahi jise aapko dhundhne me itni pareshani ho rahi hai.

Inspector: Truck driver hi hai leki hamare paas uske baare me koi information nahi hai.

AK: Aap ka kaam hi uska information nikalna hai, Inspector.

Inspector: Why don't you understand.....

AK: Mujhe kuchh samajhna hi nahi hai. Enough is enough!! Aap mujhe is case ki file dijiye.

AJ: Ms. Kapoor, calm down!

AK: No, Mr. Jindal! Not now!

Inspector: Ham is tarah aapko kuchh bhi nahi de sakte.

AK: Ye case file kisne ki? Maine, right? To isiliye mai aapse is case ki saari details le rahi hun. Aap logon se to apna kaam ho nahi raha hai mujhe hi kuchh karna hoga.

Inspector: Ye aapka koi daily soap nahi hai jahaan jo kaam koi nahi kar sakta wo uski female lead kar deti hai. It's impossible for you. You can't do it.

AK: Sahi kaha aapne, ye koi daily soap nahi hai warna mai aapko kya kya sikha deti uska aapko andaaza bhi nahi hai.

She takes the file from him and studies it carefully.

AK: What's the time, right now?

Inspector: 10 AM.

AK: Agle 24 ghante baad, I mean kal subah 10 baje aap phir yahan aa jaiye ga. Aapko mujrim mil jayega.

Inspector: Are you kidding me, AK? Ek din me aap use dhundh lengi jo ki ham ek hafte me nahi kar paaye.

AK: It's your fault ki aapne apna kaam nahi kiya lekin mujhe apna kaam bohot achhe se karna aata hai and I mean that. You all can leave now.

AK was sitting along with Dadi, Revati and bahus having their evening tea and gossips when the men returned from the restaurant and joined them.

AJ: Ms. Kapoor, tumne wo case ki file kahaan rakhi hai?

AK: Aap ko kyun bataun mai? Wo apni sahi jagah par hai.

AJ: Dekho tum........

Dadi: Kya tum donon hamesha shuru ho jaate ho? Kabhi to 2 minute kaam ke baare me mat baat kiya karo.

AJ: Maa, lekin usn...........

Arya: Daddaaaa!!!

Ahaan: Mummaaaa!!!

They both came from their room and ran towards AJ and AK.

AJ: Kya hua??? Aap donon aise chilla kyun rahe ho?

Arya: Kuchh bhi to nahi. Bas aise hi.

AK: Aap logon ne dara hi diya. Mujhe laga kuchh ho gaya...

Ahaan: Uffooo Mumma! Kuchh nahi hua hai. Aap hamesha kuchh galat hi sochte rehte hai.

AK: Ahaan, aap....

Ahaan: Mumma sshhh!! Aap abhi kuchh mat boliye warna mai jo bolne wala hun, wo bhool jaunga.

AK: Kya kehna hai aapko?

Ahaan: Mumma, mere Papa koun hai?

The question made her feel as if she was burdened with the weight of a mountain.

Ahaan: Mumma bataiye na. Teacher ne hame homework diya hai, Arya bhi apne Dadda ke baare me likh rahi hai, mujhe bhi apne Papa ke baare me likhna hai. Aap please mujhe unke baare me bataiye na.

Her thoughts were hazed for a while and tears started brimming in her eyes but she composed herself and spoke to Ahaan with great difficulty.

AK: Aap....aapko homework karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Mai teacher se baat kar lungi.

Ahaan: Mumma aapne hi to kaha tha ki homework nahi karna is a bad habit. Mai to homework karunga. Aap mujhe Papa ke baare me bataiye na.

AK: Ahaan, enough!!!

She said in a heavy voice and stood up moving him away from her. Not being able to see his innocent yet questioning face, she left to her room leaving a confused Ahaan behind.

Ahaan: Maasi, Mumma ko kya hua? Maine to sirf Papa ke baare me poocha na.

Revati: Ahaan, aap apna homework book lekar aaiye, mai aapko homework kara deti hun. Ok?

Ahaan: Ok, Maasi. Mai abhi aaya.

He scooted towards his room to bring the book and returned immediately. Handing over the book to her, he sat down eagerly waiting to know about his father.

Revati: Arey, isme to apne favourite hero ke baare me likhne ke liye kaha hai.

Ahaan: Haa.

Revati: To Arya, aap apne Dadda ke baare me likh rahe hai?

Arya: Haa Maasi.

Revati: Good! Lekin Ahaan aapke favourite hero to aapke Karan uncle hai na? To aap unke baare me nahi likhenge?

Ahaan: Ha, lekin mujhe mere Papa ke baare me likhna hai.

Revati: Abhi ke liye ham Karan uncle ke baare me likhte hai aur agar unhe pata chala ki aapne unke baare me nahi likha to unhe achha nahi lagega na. Wo aapko itna khush rakhte hai aur aap unke baare me nahi likhenge?

Ahaan: Nahi, mai Karan uncle ke baare me hi likhunga. I love him sooooo much. Wo bohot achhe hai.

Revati: Let's start!

AK'S ROOM,

"Mere Papa koun hai?"

Even though she came back running away from the questions and the truth, Ahaan's question was only resonating within her. Though she has each and every accurate answer for each question Ahaan or someone asks about his father, she didn't knew the exact way to answer them. She doesn't know how to make him understand the truth and this is what stops her every time from revealing the whole truth. Even though there were some of the truths which should be hidden and revealed when it was the correct time but atleast Ahaan has to be known half of the truth. Fighting with her own two options, she decided to tell him and atleast try to make him understand what he has the right to know. She made her mind to speak what all is right for him to know and headed towards his room.

Finding no one with him, she made him sit infront of her.

AK: Ahaan, Mujhe aap se ek bohot hi important baat kehni hai. Aap please pehle meri baat suniye aur use samajhne ki koshish kariye.

Ahaan: Ok, as you say. Bataiye aapko kya kehna hai.

P.S: I am really really sorry for the late update. Even though my exams completed 10 days before, I didn't got time to update my stories as I am very very busy with my studies this year.
