Guddan came back to the kitchen to prepare lunch. Jaya saw the bandaid on her forehead which made her concerned.
Jaya: Guddan, kya hua? Ye chot kaise lagi?
Guddan: Kuchh nahi Aunty, bas cupboard se saaman nikal rahi thi to lag gaya.
Jaya: Dhyaan rakha karo beta.
Guddan: Aap jaiye Aunty, mai kar lungi.
Jaya: Abhi to saara kaam karke aayi ho, mujhe help karne do. Akshat baaki sab ko mana kar sakta hai mujhe nahi.
Guddan: It's Ok Aunty, I will manage.
Jaya: Guddan, ab mai tumhari Saas hun. Wo time gaya jab ham sab tumhari baat maante the, ab tum meri baat maanogi. Jao, jaakar wo sabziyan le aao.
Guddan: Ji.

They both were preparing the lunch together.

Jaya: Guddan!!
Guddan: Ji Aunty!
Jaya: Ham sab jaante hai ki tumhari aur Akshat ki shaadi kin haalaton me huyi lekin beta, kab tak tum donon apne life me un misunderstandings ko jagah dete rahoge. Tum donon ke liye behtar yehi hoga ki aapas me baat karo aur apne beech sab kuchh sort out karlo. Ye sab bilkul bhi achha nahi lag raha hai.

Guddan was just listening silently to her words.

Jaya: Guddan beta, tum sun to rahi ho na.
Guddan: Ji Aunty!
Jaya: Mai Maa hun Akshat ki, bohot achhe se jaanti hun use mai. Bohot ziddi hai kisiki nahi sunta, sirf apne man ki karta hai lekin ye bhi jaanti hun ki tum hi ho jo use sambhaal sakti ho. I know it's kinda weird saying it to you but Antara ke jaane ke gam se sirf tum hi use bahar nikal sakti ho. I know tum donon ke liye bohot mushkil hai ye but tum donon ko thoda time chahiye. Give yourself some time, give each other some time. Sab thik ho jayega.

Guddan: I agree! And I am even ready to give this relationship a chance lekin kya Akshat, mere is koshish me mera saath denge. Kya wo bhi meri tarah is rishte ko ek aur mauka denge? Mai khud ko, is rishte ko, Akshat ko waqt dena chahti hun lekin kya wo bhi mujhe waqt denge? Waqt un rishton ko diya jaata hai jahan hame kisi improvement ki ummeed ho, jahaan ham apne koshishon ke return me apne partner se kuchh expect karein. Lekin hamara case bilkul different hai. Unhone bas jo samjha, usi par apna faisla suna diya. Mai to ek din purani wife hun aapko to saalon ka experience hoga na, Aunty. To bataiye, kya sirf meri koshishon se ye rishta sudhar jayega? Jab tak ham donon saath me koshish nahi karenge, Will everything be fine? Maine itne saalon me bas itna seekha hai ki kisi bhi relationship ka foundation TRUST hota hai jo wo mujh par karte hi nahi hai. Jab unhe mujh par bharosa hai hi nahi to is rishte ko aage badha kar mai khud ko hi takleef kyun dun?

Jaya: Tumhi ne to kaha na Guddan ki mujhe tumse zyaada experience hai, to usi experience se mai bhi keh rahi hun. TRUST  ke saath TRUTH bhi us foundation ka hissa hota hai. Tumne bhi to Akshat se sach chhupa kar rakha hai. Ham sab achhe se jaante hai ki tum Antara ke saath kabhi kuchh kar hi nahi sakti lekin jo sach tum sab ko dikha rahi ho aur jo actual me sach hai, wo donon hi bohot alag hai. Don't you think tumhe Akshat ko sach bata kar us TRUTH ke foundation ko kaayam rakhna hai, tab Akshat TRUST ka foundation rakh payega. I am not defending him because he is my son,tum apne point of view se soch rahi ho, maine bas uska point of view tumhare samne rakh diya hai. Ab jo bhi karna hai tum donon hi kar sakte ho. I know Akshat very well, wo tumse atleast ek baar ye sawaal karne zaroor aayega.

She remembered how he asked about it just few hours ago.

Akshat: Sawaal jawaab, faisla sunaane se pehle hota hai Mom. Faisle ke baad to sirf saza hoti hai. Kyun, Parv? Sahi kaha na?

He asked his brother who just entered the kitchen followed by him.

Parv: Mom, wo b......
He was about to say something but his attention diverted on the bandaid on Guddan's forehead.
Parv (holding her shoulders): Guddan, Are you fine? Ye chot kaise lagi tumhe?
Guddan (removing his hand): Mai thik hun. You need not worry about me.
Parv: Kaise pareshan na hun, I l...
He stopped in between his words when he witnessed the gazes of the three persons on him.
Parv: Mom, wo mai poochne aaya tha ki koi servant nahi dikh raha hai. Mujhse glass gir ke toot gaya tha to room saaf karwana hai.
Guddan: Mai saaf kar deti hun.
Parv: Tum kyun karogi? Baaki sab kahaan hai?
Jaya: Guddan, tum yehi raho, Mai Laila ko bhej dungi.
Guddan: Lekin...
Jaya: Maine kaha na mai Laila ko bhej dungi.
She said glaring Akshat.
Akshat: Jo mai batane aaya tha wo to bataya hi nahi. Mom, Dad aapko bula rahe hai. Aap jaldi jaiye.
She left the kitchen.
Parv: Take care. Agar koi problem huyi to mujhe batana.
Guddan: Domestic violence!
As she said these words, Akshat choked on the water he was drinking. She enjoyed this condition of his while Parv looked confused.
Guddan: Mere ek patient ke relatives me koi hai jo apne husband ke against Domestic violence ka case file karna chahte hai. Wo ek lawyer ke liye approach kar rahe hai. If you wanna take this case, I will ask them to contact you.
Parv: I will take it.
Guddan: Thanks!
Parv: Tumhe thanks bolne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Ye mera kaam hai.
Akshat was looking at them keenly while they both ignored him because they knew what he was thinking.

DINING TABLE,

Everyone were having their lunch.

Mahesh: Guddan, beta chot kaise lagi?
Akshat looked at her worrying that she would say about him. So he replied before she could.
Akshat: Wo seedhi se gir gayi thi.
She looked at him shocked. He thought that she was shocked because he lied infront of everyone but the actual reason was that he didn't say the same reason as she said to her mother in law.
Jaya: Lekin Guddan ne to kaha tha ki cupboard se saaman nikalne me use chot lag gayi.
She slightly smiled looking at him because he himself hit his leg with the axe.
Mahesh: Donon me se sach koun keh raha hai?
Akshat: Obviously, ma....(he was about to complete but Guddan glared him and he worried that she will say the actual truth).
Akshat: Mera matlab hai, Obviously ham donon sach keh rahe hai. Wo seedhi par chadh kar cupboard se saaman nikal rahi thi to seedhi se gir gayi to cupboard pe sar lag gaya isiliye ye chot.
Guddan (murmuring): Jhoot bolna hi tha to koi dhang ka bahana bana lete.
Mahesh: Akshat, tumhe samajh bhi aa raha hai tum kya keh rahe ho? Aur jab ye ho raha tha to tum sirf dekh rahe the?
Akshat: Dad, wo mai...
Mahesh: Rehne do tum! Jo bhi ye tumne reason bataya hai agar wahi ho to thik hai lekin agar kuchh aur pata chala na mujhe to.... Tum apne Dad ko achhe se jaante hi ho. Guddan, take care of yourself.
Guddan: Actually Uncle! Mujhe aapse kuchh poochna tha.
Mahesh: It's Dad, not Uncle. Bolo kya kehna hai.
Guddan: Wo, mai kal se phirse Hospital join karna chahti hun.
Mahesh: Ye to bohot achhi baat hai. Waise bhi ghar me akele kya karti tum.
Akshat (whispering to her): Pehle hospital me bhi poochlo ki unhe tum jaise doctors ki zaroorat hai bhi ya nahi. Unhe bhi to apne patients ki jaan pyaari hogi na. Tumhare bharose unki jaan to khatre me nahi daal sakte.

Tears welled up in her eyes as she remembered her sister. She closed her eyes and the tears flowed through it. She clutched her dupatta in her fist in pain. He was never used to see her in pain but she herself has forced him to give her pain.

NEXT MORNING,

Guddan woke up early in the morning and did all the chores she could manage in that time. She served the breakfast on the dining table. Everyone were present except Mahesh. They were waiting for him to start their breakfast but heart a loud crashing sound from his room. Everyone rushed to his room to find the vase shattered on the ground.
Akshat: Kya hua Dad?
Jaya: Aap thik to hai na??
Mahesh: Mai thik hun, wo ye vase haath se lag kar gir gaya. Tum kisi ko bula do ise saaf karne ke liye.
Jaya looked at Akshat and Guddan and the trio exchanged their looks.
Jaya: Aap breakfast ke liye chaliye, mai kisi ko bhejti hun.
Mahesh: Aaj mujhe meri subah ki chai nahi mili Aur tum mujhe breakfast ke liye keh rahi ho.
Guddan (thinking): Uff, mere dimaag se hi nikal gaya. Ek kaam karti hun to doosra bhul jati hun.
Jaya: Ek din chai nahi peene se kuchh nahi ho jayega. Aap breakfast karne ke baad chai pi lijiye.
Mahesh: Sirf yehi baat nahi hai, do din se kamra saaf nahi hua hai. Saare servants ko kya chhutti de rakhi hai? Tumhe achhi tarah se pata hai mai cleanliness ke liye kitna conscious hun. Mujhe abhi mera kamra saaf chahiye. Aur saare chefs aur servants bhi ghar par chahiye. Now!

Guddan didn't cleaned his room because he was present in his room the whole day and she didn't get a chance to clean it. If he wasn't there she was busy in some other work. And she couldn't go infront of him to clean the room because she very well knew the consequence if it happens.

Guddan (in her mind): I am sure Aunty ne hi Uncle ko sach bataya isiliye wo ye sab kar rahe hai. Pata nahi ye donon ek doosre se koi bhi baat chhupa kyun nahi sakte.

After everyone had their breakfast Guddan was picking the dishes form the dining table when someone held her hand which made her startled.

Akshat: Ye lo.
He handed 1500 rupees to her. She looked at him confusingly.
Akshat: Ek rupee to hoga nahi tumhare paas, to ye raha kharcha. Cards, cash sab mere paas hai na.
Guddan: Lekin...
Akshat: Kya hua? Bohot zyaada hai kya? Thik hai to...(he picked a 500 rupees note from her hand). Itne me kaam chala lena poora ek hafta.
Guddan: What ek hafta??
Akshat: To kya ek din ke liye samajh rahi ho? Zaroorat se zyaada paise mile hai. Shukr karo ye to diye hai maine.
Guddan: Aapko mere paise mujhe hi dene me problem ho rahi hai?
Akshat: Tumhaare paise the jab tum Guddan Gupta thi, ab ye mere paise hai kyunki tum ab Guddan Akshat Jindal ho.
Guddan: You know what, mere paas aapke saath behes karne ke liye time nahi hai. Aapko jis khush fehmi me rehna hai rahiye.
Jis soch se aapko khushi milti hai aap usi me khush rahiye. Mujhe hospital ke liye late ho raha hai.

Saying that, she left from there.

Guddan: Ye mera laptop bag kahaan hai? Ek to late ho raha hai mujhe aur ab ye mil nahi raha hai.
She said searching all around for it.
Guddan: Mere kamre me bhi check kar liya, nahi hai. Aur kahaan ho sakta hai?? Di ke kamre me.

She headed towards Akshat's room but stopped at the door when she remembered his words.
She needed her laptop but she couldn't ask him to give that because she very well knew that he will again start a new drama on it. She spotted Laila who just came out of Parv's room after cleaning it.
Guddan: Laila!
Laila: Ji Guddan Didi! Kuchh kaam hai kya?
Guddan: Is kamre me mera laptop bag hai, tum laa dogi, please.
She said pointing towards Akshat's room where he was speaking to someone on his phone.
Laila: Mai abhi layi.
She entered his room after a knock and picked the laptop bag which was placed on the glass table at the corner of the room.
Akshat: Ruko Laila! Ye mujhe do!
Laila: Lekin Sahab ji, wo....
Akshat: Maine kaha mujhe do!
She passed him the laptop bag. She exited the room with empty hands and seeing this Guddan was frustrated.
Guddan: Problem kya hai inki? Khud hi jana padega.
She came and stood infront of his room with hands on her hips, tapping her right foot on the ground with anger waiting for him to come out. He came out of his room to see her standing with an angry face. If things weren't going wrong in between them, he would have laughed at her.
Akshat: Aise kyun khadi ho?
Guddan: Aapko achhe se pata hai.
Akshat: Ye chahiye tumhe?(he asked showing her laptop bag in his hand)
Guddan tried to take it but he immediately moved his hand back.
Guddan: For your kind information, Mr. Akshat Jindal, Ye na hi Guddan Gupta ka hai aur na hi Guddan Akshat Jindal ka. Ye mere Papa ka hai to is par aapka koi haq nahi banta. Isiliye aap ise mujhe waapas kar dijiye.
Akshat: Itni aasani se nahi, dear wifey!
Guddan: Aapki faaltu bakwaas ke liye time nahi hai mere paas. Mujhe hospital ke liye late ho raha hai. Bohot zaroorat kaam hai mujhe.
She snatched the bag from his hand and hurried towards the door while he was just standing there thinking something.

He immediately went inside his room and called someone.

While Guddan came out of the house, grabbed all her things and was heading towards the parking lot to take her car.
Guddan: Car keys to laana hi bhool gayi.
She was about to go back to the house but remembered that it  isn't with her but with her husband.
Guddan: Cab se jana hoga.
She booked a cab for herself and left the house.

Akshat was watching her from the window of his room speaking to that person. He ended the call with a wide smile on his face.

Akshat: Ab mai bhi dekhta hun ki kab tak ye sach mujhse chhupega Guddan...

With that he drove his car to the destination where his questions could get answered.
