A/N Ok, it's time for episode 94!

Melanie's POV

After the meeting, Garroth left to find Raven, our wyveryn. I stayed behind, still a bit weak from yesterday's events.

As I walked back up the stairs, Laurence caught up with me.

"Melanie, we need to talk." He said.

Worst words in the human language... I thought, turning around.

"What is it Laurence?" I asked. He frowned.

"You've been avoiding me recently. Care to explain?" He asked.

I just don't want to see your face, seeing as you completely lied to me and my brother!

"I've been sick, remember?" I asked, quoting him from the meeting.

"I know that's not it. You used your magicks to get me to drop you when I was trying to help you." Said Laurence. I frowned.

"That's a completely different topic, Laur-"

"No, I know it's not Melanie. I can tell when your lying." He said.

"Please leave me alone, Laurence-" I started to say, but he ignored me.

Laurence pinned me up against the wall, his face inches from mine.

"L-Laurence, what are you doing?" I asked nervously.

"If you really are ok, you'll do something. If you're not, you'll do something else." Laurence said.

I realized what he meant.

1) Kiss him forcefully and let him think I still loved him

2) Shove him off and let him know I no longer had feelings for him

I grabbed his collar and pulled him closer to me, an mmph sound coming from his voice. I felt his lips against mine, but this time it was different.

There was no longer that feeling in my stomach that I used to get when I kissed him.

I pulled away, pushing him off a bit and walking into my dormitories, slamming the door.

I knew I screwed up big time, but it no longer mattered.

I didn't love Laurence anymore.
