Episode 93

A/N Ok, in this episode, we all hate Zane 10 times more.

Melanie's POV

I heard something outside of my room, so I walked outside.

A woman in a purple cloak walked down the stairs and out of the building, and I see Garroth looking at the floor as if he is regretting something.

"Garroth? You ok?" I asked, snapping him out of his daze. He looks up, and becomes relieved when he sees me.

"Oh, Melanie. It's just you." He said. I nod.

"Who was that?" I asked. Garroth sighed, turning to walk back to his room.

"Someone who helped me realize something." He mumbled. Deciding not to pry anymore, I grabbed my helm and sword.

"Where are you going?" Asked Garroth.

"I'm over Laurence, so I'm off to patrol." I explained. Garroth nodded.

"All right. I'll be here, waiting..." He trailed off, walking into his room. I creased my eyebrows together.

That was strange...

I shook the feeling, and walked outside to patrol.

"Zane, you better leave, or else I'll-"

"You'll what? I already told you your choices. Either give me the amulet, or suffer war." Zane sneered. I tightened the grip on my sword, glaring at him.

"I swear, I'll make you pay one day, Zane." I said.

"Is that a threat? From my own dear sister?" He asked. I snorted.

"Don't tempt me." I warned. Zane chuckled.

"Yes, I know better then to... Trigger something." He said. I bit my lip.

He knew

"Wouldn't it be a shame if I was to show you something that were to perhaps... Cause a trigger?" Asked Zane, taking the sword out of my hand and grabbing my wrist, dragging me into the woods.

"Get your hands off me!" I yelled. Zane smirked.

"Not gonna happen, sis." He said.

Then, he pushed me into the clearing in the forest, and ran off. I got up to chase after him, but realized I was standing exactly where Laurence and Aphmau were standing.

My vision became blurry, and I slowly collapsed into the grass, nothing but darkness to accompany me.

If only Amber hadn't left to the Yaggdrisail forest, maybe she could've helped me with this vision...

Even thought it wasn't a vision-it was a memory

<<<MEMORY>>>

I saw two people-Laurence and a replica of myself. I was in the Nether.

Laurence's lips were pushed against my replica's, as he held her in his embrace. My replica's arms were wrapped against his neck as she kissed him back, deepening it.

The sight made me fall onto my knees and cry. I could do nothing but watch it happen.

"NO, STOP IT!!" I yelled, running through them.

I passed through like air.

"PLEASE!!!" I yelled, knowing Laurence never loved me, and would betray me that day at the baby shower.

Then, I saw Laurence save me from becoming a Shadow Knight... Something only a person would do if he loved the other.

<<<MEMORY OVER>>>

I felt myself get tossed around a bit. I opened my eyes, and saw someone carrying me bridal style.

And not just anyone-Laurence.

"Laurence, put me down, please." I mumbled, having no energy for some strange reason.

"You're awake!" Laurence cried, slowing down. He still didn't let me go.

"Laurence, please... I can walk." I lied, knowing I probably couldn't. He shook his head.

"Sorry Melanie, I can't. Kawaii Chan saw you passed out on the floor in the big clearing in the forest, and she says a vision unlike any other was forced into you, leaving you with no energy. So, you're stuck with me." He said, flashing a smile.

I didn't want to be in Laurence's embrace anymore. I knew he no longer kept it for me, and that he had shared it with others. I closed my eyes, and willed my magicks.

Something, please stop this... Please...

Then, the strangest thing happened-the grass grew at an impossible rate, wrapping around Laurence's ankles and causing him to fall over. I was let out of his grip and I quickly stood up, running away.

As soon as I ran into my room and locked the door, I collapsed on the floor, not having enough energy to take me to the bed.

A/N So, Zane and Lillian huh? They are the worst...
