A/N I'm not joking when I say that I cringed like mad when I read the old version of this chapter.

Melanie's POV

I woke up kicking and screaming, Cadenza and Garroth holding me down.

"Melanie, you're awake!" Cried Garroth. His helm was on, and I had to check for myself.

"Garroth, take off your helm right now." I ordered him. When Garroth didn't listen, I went ahead and pulled mine off. He was forced to pull his off as well. I got up, and pulled him next to me in front of a mirror.

Our sandy blonde hair matches, along with our light blue eyes. We were identical...

...You're twins. And identical ones at that...

I felt my heart pounding, and my head aching. I felt uneasy, and started to fall. Garroth caught me, and I let myself fall into Garroth's arms, crying.

"Melanie, what happened in your dream?! It was worse then last time!" He exclaimed. I told him what my dream was about while trying to calm myself down. I failed.

"So... We're twins?" He asked in disbelief. I wiped my tears away and sniffed.

"Possibly." I said. Garroth and I had been best friends since kindergarten. How is this possible?

At that moment, Aphmau came down the stairs with a grin on her face. Garroth and I quickly turned and put our helms on.

"Guys! Molly just had a baby!" She exclaimed. Then, her face fell when her eyes landed on me.

"What's wrong?!" She cried, rushing towards me. I looked at the floor.

"Nothing Lady Aphmau. I'm absolutely fine." I replied, lying to both Aphmau and myself.

"A-are you sure? I can get Kawaii Chan and Zoey..."

At that moment, her words were drowned out by my thoughts.

...Many magicks users with your same talent have been driven mad because of their horrible nightmares and visions...

"I'm gonna be insane!?" I yelled. Everyone turned and looked at me.

"Uh... It's nothing, really. I'm fine, I promise." I said. Aphmau slowly nodded.

"Well, I'm just at my house if you need me." She said, leaving.

"Care to explain what's going on?" Asked Cadenza. I sighed, and looked at Garroth, who had also pulled his helm on.

I had much explaining to do.
