Manvi's POV

I was left stunned at his confession. He sat back opposite me and I focused on my food. He was staring at me without a blink of an eye. 

I looked at him and said "Sameer.. you can't love me" 

"why?" He questioned. 

"I am married!" I confessed, he looked at me in a state of shock. 

"what?? you are already married?" he asked for reassurance of my words. 

I shook my head positively. He wasn't pleased to hear me, I sighed deeply and said "I am sorry Sam but I just considered you as a friend.." 

He glanced at me and smiled "really? what about the kiss we shared yesterday?" 

"It just happened, that doesn't mean I have feelings for you" I exclaimed but it seemed he wasn't convinced by my words. 

"really? then tell me honestly are you happy in your married life?" he questioned crossing his arms across his chest and eyeing me with a fixed gaze. 

I was silent for a while, I was hurt by Aarav's behaviour towards me. I said, "yes I am happy.." 

"then what are you doing here with me? where is your husband? I have met you like five to six times and your husband was nowhere with you.." he said in anger. 

I sighed deeply, tears brimmed down my eyes. He held my hand and said "I can clearly see it Mannu.. the person you love he doesn't love you.. trust me I will give you everything you want" 

I looked straight into his eyes and those eyes spoke billions of emotions. He rubbed my palm with his fingers and asked "aren't you happy when you are with me?" 

It's true when he was around me, I didn't felt loneliness. "but.. I" I paused when he kept his fingers on my lips. 

"shh.. you are the most gorgeous girl in the world, and you deserve love, not loneliness" he spoke which instantly brought a smile to my face. 

He stood up and signalled me to come with him. I denied.. "I said I am married" I reminded him. 

"so? that won't change the fact that I love you," he said unaffected with the truth about me. 

I sighed deeply and stood up from my place. I said, "I am sorry sam but I won't meet you again.." 

I rushed out of the restaurant, I stood outside the hotel waiting for the cab to arrive. It has been almost 10 minutes but no cab was ready to take me home.  

Just then his car stopped in front of me, he lowered the window of his BMW and looked at me. "it's 11 pm, I will drop you home" 

I denied it by looking away. Sameer smiled at my attitude and said "Manvi.. get inside" 

I walked off far away from the hotel, I was walking on the abandoned road hardly I could see any vehicle or people walking. I sighed "argh.. I should have taken the lift from him" 

I was really tired of walking and sat on the bench at the side of the street. I scrolled my phone and tried to book a cab but couldn't get the network. I was really annoyed, I stood up and began to walk again.  

Two bikes approached from behind and started to move in circularisation position around me. A fear passed down my spine, I gulped down my throat and tried to maintain the calmness. 

One of them spoke, "She is the one right?" 

I was bewildered, the one took out his phone and smiled "yes, she is the inspector's wife" 

I was stunned to hear it. Again because of Aarav I am in trouble. I called him but his phone wasn't reachable. "damm.. I hate you Aarav..." 

I just run away from there, the bikers were following me. I dialled Sameer's number but he was disconnecting my call. "Manvi.. why will he pick up your call? you broke his heart.. arghh.." 

Tears escaped down my eyes, I was tired and my heels broke. I ended up falling down on my knees, I sat down grabbing my leg "ahh.." I had twisted my leg. 

The bikers stopped in front of me, I was left shocked. I was so frightened that, words weren't escaping my mouth. I was unable to shout for help, one of them got down from the bike and approached me. 

I couldn't see his face as he was wearing a helmet, I tried to stand up but failed miserably. He held me from my arm and pulled me up harshly. I glared at him with hatred and shouted "leave me" 

"that bloody inspector tortured me in the cell, he has to pay for his deeds.. you are freaking hot! warm my bed" he said inhaling my fragrance and I was feeling so disgusted with his closeness. 

I tried to push him away, I bit him hard on his palm and ran for my life. It only worsened the pain in my foot but more important was to save my dignity from those morons. "Aarav.. you promised you will always protect me" tears escaped down my eyes. 

I collided with the big car and my head hit the bonnet. I held my head in pain as the blood began to ooze out from my forehead. I sighed and said "is there anything worse than this" 

"I told you.. sit inside my car but you never listen" the familiar voice said stepping out of the car. 

I glared at him and shouted "your driver hit me" 

"hello.. he pressed the brake on time otherwise you would have broken your bones" he snaped at me. I sighed and then hide behind him when the bikers came there. 

Sameer smiled broadly.. "see.. you always need me" 

He asked me to sit inside the car, I opened the door and sat inside. He bought with those bad guys and within few minutes they run away as they were scared to go to jail again.  I was tired, my body was drained and my mind had stopped working. I was feeling like a lifeless body and the pain was unbearable on my foot. 

My eyes were tired and slowly I shut my eyes. I could just hear Sameer telling drive "Take us to the hospital" 

Sameer's POV

I was disheartened to know that she is married. It broke my heart into millions of pieces for a moment but then I realised she wasn't happily married. If she would have, she wouldn't have come on a date with me again. 

I am going to love her despite knowing she is married. She left the restaurant abruptly, her denial made me want her more. She refused to take a lift from me and I smiled at her behaviour.  

This girl had taken my heart away, I asked the driver to drive off. After a few minutes, she called me and I was surprised at her call. I smirked "she is already missing me" 

I didn't pick up the call but asked the driver to take a U-turn towards the hotel. I was shocked to find her running on the road without her sandals, she didn't even hear the horn of the car. The driver stopped the car right on the time and I immediately stepped out of it. 

I scolded her with a concern in my voice "I told you to sit inside my car but you never listen" 

She looked at me and argued, then suddenly hide behind me. I was confused at her behaviour for once and then saw two boys approaching. I smirked.. "you always need me" 

I asked her to settle inside the car and I got the chance to save her life again. It seems destiny also wants to get together.
