We finally got outside that house *shivers*.

I look up at the mountain. It looks steep, but very beautiful. It has lush green grass and many rivers and wildlife. Though its top should be frozen like it's surrounding neighbor mountains, it isn't. I'm going to blame that on Iana.

As I start to climb the mountain, I feel a light breeze. I hear a whimper. It sounds kinda human I guess? Kinda like a cross of a dog and a hu...ma...n? Oh dear.

As I'm walking, finally with free hands, (supplies are being carried by 7 tails), I cup the amulet in my hands and face it towards me. I look with concern. Inuyasha is pale and has comedown with a sweat.

"I-Inuyasha, are you okay?!" I cried... out loud I guess.

"Mmmhm y..eah." He says like he is having trouble. It's night again, I guess I just have until sunset tomorrow to get atop the mountain.

"Don't lie to me Inuyasha, this is serious!"

"I'm fi.... ine" He huffs.

"Doesn't sound like it!" I have to let the amulet fall around my neck for a second, This mountain is steep and I have to get over a couple boulders. I hear a groan and get one of my tails to face it to me as I climb. I smell something odd on the amulet that I didn't smell before. I get over the boulder and peer at the amulet's rim. It's almost like a poison is beginning to seep out.

Uh-oh.

"Inu, how long have you felt sick?" I ask worriedly.

"A co...uple da-ys a-ago." He responds.

I let it fall back again. Now it's my turn to whimper. I love him! Humans can't handle that poison and neither can weakened demons! He's turning human soon, he won't last!

I need to hurry! I accelerate my speed and start bounding over everything in my way. ((I'm sorry about this super heroics stuffs, I'm listening to inspirational {video game} music)) By this rate, we will definitely get there by sunset.

"(Y/n)... Slo-Slow do-down...!" Inuyasha says with worry laced in his voice.

I stay silent and my eyes water. How is he worried about me right now?! He's poisoned! I leap over another boulder in my way. This one was the size of 7 people on each other's shoulders. Are they... getting bigger? A tear falls off the left side of my face.

Inuyasha's pov

Everything hurts. (Y/n) didn't respond when I told her to slow down. The amulet is spinning a bit and I can see the view when she jumps. Ah (Y/n)... Why are you doing this? I don't want you to get hurt. I-I love you more than I've ever loved anyone else! Please... A water drop lands on the amulet, but the sky isn't gray.

"(Y/n)....?" I say.

It hurts so bad, speaking. Moving in general. But I'll do it for (Y/n).

I can't slow down!  I leap over two boulders. I won't!!! I'll get you out of there Inuyasha, even if it costs my life!  My legs burn so bad, I'm shaking, but I have to keep going. We'll get there!
