No POV

It was a bright morning in Kalos. The sun was shining as the cloud began to clear in the blue sky.

Ash was walking down the streets and saw Gary and Dawn at the bus stop. He had to leave Pikachu at home, well the reason was...let's just say there was a slight problem in the morning.

He still felt weird of why he leaned to kiss Serena, it was like he was complete with her. But why? She has a boyfriend, would that be cheating?

Ash arrives at the bus stop to see Dawn and Gary.

He looked at Gary to see a red hand mark on the cheek while Dawn's arms were folded with an angry yet mad expression.

Ash looked at Gary then at Dawn.

"What going on" He spoke, breaking the two teenagers silence until Dawn turns to Ash still with a mad face.

"Well, Ash why don't you ask Gary for that, firstly he bought a dress which was something inappropriate" she exclaimed with veins popping from the forehead.

Gary snorted and responds "What, every girl like that"

Dawn turns at Gary and huffs by turning away. Ash looked at the two and gave out a signed as two more students arrive which were May and Serena.

When Serena arrives she looks at Ash who looks back, gazing into her eyes.
A blush formed across her cheeks, remembering the time at the party when they nearly kiss in the closet until Dawn had to ruin the moment.

A swelling of nervousness grew inside of her with palms beginning sweat a little as she looks at her crush.

Ash looks up and saw Serena gazing into his auburn eyes. A tingling feeling went through his mind, like it was showing him signs of tips. However, he still wants to know why he leaned forward that night.

Without realising, Gary moves his hand in front of Ash's face.

"Hey Ashy-boy" Gary called, clicking his finger. Ash stops his gaze and turns his head at Gary.

"Huh" he replied in puzzledness.

"You dozed off," Gary said with a frown.

"oh uh yeah" Ash replied in embarrassment putting his arm at the back, rubbing the nape before looking at Serena who still had a blush.

Finally, the bus arrives. They gang enter the bus as they now head over to their school. After that, they arrived at their destination. The gang exited the vehicle and enter through the school gate where they met their friends at the playground, like usual.

When the group formed together and start to talk to each other. Someone was walking up to them.

Dawn looks at her friend and slid her eyes as they were now widened with surprise or anger.

The group noticed this and turn around with their eyes beginning to widen.
There someone behind was none other than Calem who had his hands in pockets and looks with a straighten face.

Serena was still scared from the time when he battled her crush, it did scare her for these past days and tried to forget but couldn't as they now halt in their tracks. 

Ash looks at Calem by frowning his eyebrows, he doesn't know why his rival or enemy was coming towards them.

Ash looked at Serena and senses that she scared from the time he battled Calem then looks ahead as he saw Calem beginning to speak but someone interrupted.

"What are you doing here" May exclaimed, narrowing her eyebrows.

She remembers the time when Calem was about to punch her but was saved from her cousin. However, she still felt angry with Calem as he was now in front of their gang.

Calem signed and looks up at the gang "I came here to say sorry." he replied

Which made the whole gang widened with shock as they knew that Calem is apologising in front of their eyes and ears.

"Wait, are you apologising," Gary asked with eyes full of curiosity. More like he didn't trust of what Calem just said to them.

Calem signed again. "Yes I am" he replied and continued "Look, after these past few days, I've realised that I was bad in front of you guys so I'm here for an apology for the things that I've done wrong so will you please forgive me." he apologetically said.

The gang looked at each other with exchange looks of thinking if they should trust him until one person spoke out.

"All right"

The group turned their head over to see Ash who had a bright smile at Calem then looks at the group.

"I trust him" he proclaimed. The group looked at him with open mouths until Gary spoke out.

"Ashy-boy! why do you forgive him. you know the reason what he's done to us for these past few days or what so ever. He even tried to kill you in battle." he responded with some nod from behind as they agreed on what he said about Calem.

Ash looks at Gary with a smile "I know I know, but guys" he said and walks till he was beside Calem. "just give him chance, I know he's done bad things to you but still, everyone deserves a second chance for what they've done, so give Calem chance will you" he added with a smile.

Calem looks straight at Ash in surprise. he couldn't believe his eyes that his rival was sticking up for him. For these past days he wanted to get revenge on Ash for humiliating him in a battle but now he was astounded and shock.

The gang looked at Ash then at each other.

Dawn steps forwards and spoke before signing "Fine," looks up at Calem "But if you do one more thing, them this is last straw" she warned.

Calem shrugged "sure, whatever" he replied and walks over to Serena, draping his arm around her. "Hey baby," he said with a smile.

However Serena didn't like this at all, not that she didn't want Calem in her arms, all she wanted was Ash's arms.

Although with Ash, there was a feeling of jealousy when seeing this. He didn't know what it was, but it did get him mad for some reason until Gary spoke.

"Well I'm not trusting him" he whispered to Ash who broke out of thought, shaking the feeling away and whispered back.

"I know you don't trust him Gary, but give him chance will you," Ash said

Gary signed "fine, last one and he's done"

When the gang began to talk. The bell rang, ending morning break. As students began to head inside the building and going into their classes.

With the gang, they were sitting down with their friends. Start studying in English, maths and science. Which was going well at least.

"Hey, ashy-boy" Gary said. sitting next to his friend.

"Yeh," Ash replied.

"What's 10+9?" Gary questioned with a smirk creeping up.

"That easy gare-bear. It's 19" Ash answered with a smile but then turned in to a frown.

"Your wrong ashy-boy, it's 21"

"How is it 21."

"Because Gary oak invented it" he said and begins to laugh at the joke he made.

Ash rolled his eyes and went back to his answers on the paper. Sitting up ahead, he saw Calem beside Serena who didn't look comfortable at all, it was like she wanted to move away from him.

At lunch, the gang were sitting together at the table, even Calem was sitting with them which was a little awkward between them.

Whenever Calem puts his arm around Serena. Ash didn't know why he was feeling jealous or forming a fist in his hand with white knuckles popping out. Why does he feel this way and why does he want punch Calem for some reason. It wasn't like he was going to, right?

"Hey, Ash" May spoke out which made Ash broke his thoughts.

"Yeah," he said, looking at his cuz

"You knuckles are turning white" May points.

Ash was confused at first and looks down at his hand to see they were white from knuckles. "Oh right" he said quickly, laying his hand flat from a fist.

After lunch break. Ash began sitting next to Dawn in classes which made Serena jealous as well, of course, she knew Ash was jealous of Calem but this time it was her turn, seeing Ash talking to Dawn making each other laugh and work together.

Although it did make Serena sad in the inside and lonely at the out.

When school had finished the students began to head out as they made their way to their homes, but Ash wasn't going home. Nope, he was going to the mall to get something for his mother.

When entering a fancy and busy shop. He came out with a small bag and began to head out.

"Wow, what a day," he said to himself as he turns to the corner but the corner of his eye, he saw something which made him curious.

He turns around to face the direction and what he saw? made his hand formed into a fist with a grit from his teeth in anger by narrowing his eyebrows.

"Calem" he glowered.

In his sight he saw Calem, not alone but with a girl. As the two leaned forwards, making their lips connect and began to make out.
